My wife and I wish to express that we were totally impressed with and appreciative of every aspect of the services provided by Myers CarSmart Collision in Pisgah Forest, NC in the repair of my pickup truck. This includes body work, parts replacement, communicating with the insurance company, keeping me informed, and returning my truck to me in excellent condition. Thank You to Kevin and crew. Myers Body Shop did an excellent job on my car. The staff were always so kind, even with my weekly calls! Thank you all for the great work!Update to this review: when I returned home to Florida, three issues came up. 1) Passenger headlight not aimed at all,2). Passenger door rubbing, and3) windshield washer connector connected wrong.All were easy adjustments and should never have happened.

Met with Dean, who took the time to evaluate alignment damage to my truck. He didn't think it was a bent frame and recommended that I take it to another shop. He was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this business for your collision needs.

Fantastic experience! Scott was very helpful and genuine. The work was top notch and I was pleasantly surprised that they washed, dusted and vacuumed my entire car! Didn't expect that! I've never received this level of customer service or attention to detail in the work they provide from another body shop. I will recommend them to everyone and I will use them for any future work I need!

I ve personally know the Myers family for a long time. I also know the Myers Body Shop reputation for high quality work. However, I had not needed their services until my 2013 Ram was backed into. I went directly to Dean for an estimate because I wanted his shop to make the damage go away. Let me tell you I couldn t be more satisfied! Excellence isn t just a slogan for them. Are you looking for an outstanding body shop? Go see the folks at Myers Body Shop! They do excellent work, always courteous and respectful with professional customer service. They didn't hesitate to go the extra mile for me as their customer. Dean & Scott kept be informed on every detail. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Myers Body Shop!!

I helped out one of my closest friends who had a damaged door and quarter panel. We visited Meyers for an estimate. All very professional. The work was later completed so as not to see any evidence of the previous damage to the car. Recommend!

Another driver backed into us, crunching our front end. Myers gave us a very fair estimate and did a superb job. Paint match was perfect and you'd never guess there had been damage, The car actually looked better than before the accident!

They do excellent work at reasonable rates. 4% added to credit purchases. Friendly, competent staff. They limit their estimates to just between 9-11 AM.

1/4/19 - We just had to have our Subaru Outback fixed, due to a branch falling on the hood of the car while we were driving.Myers did an absolutely outstanding job. They had to replace the hood and when confronted with a replacement part provided by Subaru that would not fit, managed to reconfigured the old part to where the damage was not at all noticeable.But the above and beyond came when we picked the car up. They upon their own decision, had washed and waxed the car to where it looked like it just came out of the showroom. This included cleaning the mag wheels and dressing the tires.To say they least we were majorly surprised when we went to pick the car up, never have we been treated to this level of service by any car body shop. I have had body work done there, extensive and limited. They are reasonable in their charges if they are Quicken their service, and when the major repair was done to my 2009 Prius, I couldn't tell that anything had been done it look like a new car.

Terrific job of re-painting the front and rear sections of my 10-year-old Dodge Magnum Hemi, which, because these areas are plastic, the paint (Inferno Red) had deteriorated until my car looked like it had a case of the mange.Color match perfect. Courteous, friendly, experts.
