Very nice place! We were in site 6 which is directly behind the small office building. No one was in the building during our stay. The site was very easy to pull through, level and graveled and the hook ups were easy and very well maintained. The sites are arranged so that you are not parked right up against the next camper, which we appreciated. The road noise in our spot was very noticeable during the day, but we couldn t hear it at night inside our RV. We did have one issue, The WiFi kept knocking us off while we were trying to watch the game. We text the hosts, who were out of town on vacation and they told us to feel free to go reset the wifi which we did and it worked. Firewood is available and you pay with the honor system. I would definitely recommend this campground. Very close to hiking, breweries, restaurants etc. We enjoyed our stay.Nearby activities: Hiking, breweries, downtown Hendersonville and Brevard.

Small campground makes it perfect for a quiet and enjoyable camping experience. Definitely not a place for kids which is what we preferred. Conveniently located between Hendersonville and Brevard, NC with lots to see and do nearby. Sites are spacious and very well maintained with landscaping for privacy. Highly recommend this campground. Cannot wait to return!

Very nice little campground. There are like12 sites, but the sites are all quite large. The are also well kept and level. This is one of the quietest campgrounds we have ever stayed at. Partly due to size and mainly due to location.15 minutes from Hendersonville, Brevard, or Pisgah forest. There may not be all the amenities as a large park, but there also aren't the issues. The host was super responsive and we're able to work with us on a late arrival and a late departure.

Convenient location to the many adventures that Transylvania County has to offer. The host was responsive and set up was easy! In hopes of providing clarity regarding the site sizes, there are four back-in sites on the west side of the property that are indeed huge! The remainder of the sites are pull-through and quite close together in comparison to the back-in sites. Our front mat (8x16) could not lay flat on the far side of the attached image due to the site size. Not an issue to us for the pull-through convenience! Our stay was fabulous and we will look forward to visiting again.

What a special small RV park! Units must be self-contained as there is no bath house but who cares. The sites are huge and super private. Each site has a picnic table and a very nice fire pit. You cannot tell from the pic of our rig how really large the sites are as we did not back very far into the site. I have read other reviews that state that the sites are small. I don t know where those people have stayed but - these are the biggest sites you will find at a privately owned RV park. There are only 15 sites here, all gravel and nicely level. There is a very nice gathering area with 2 huge fire pits and chairs. This place is just very well done. Landscaping is beautiful. 15 min into Brevard. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful time at Land of Waterfalls RV park! It was close to Pisgah Forest, DuPont Forest, 30 minutes from Asheville, and about 40 minutes from South Carolina. My site was site 4, and it was a HUGGGGE back in. Very quiet at night, but it is close to a busy street, so during the day there is some road noise, but I was rarely there during the day. My only issue I had is when i arrived to check-in at 3p, there was someone still in my site. I paid extra for site lock, so I wanted my reserved spot. I called the camp host as there is no office to check in at (all online), and she was able to call the folks that were there. Thank God they were home and were able to pack up and leave (they had their days mixed up). But this was pretty inconvenient for me as I m a pretty punctual person and I had to wait for them to vacate my site, which took about 45 min. I think going forward, if there is to be a camp host, it would be prudent to check the sites that have people who are supposed to be leaving and people arriving to make sure they are ready to go I mean, isn t that the purpose of a camp host? Especially if someone paid to lock the site but other than that, I had a great time and would re-visit. Thank you!Nearby activities: Pisgah Forest with many waterfalls & Sliding Rock (10 min) Asheville (40 min), DuPont National Forest (10 min), Caesar s Head state park in South Carolina (30 min), Table Rock State Park in South Carolina (45 min).

We stayed in site #2 in a 19 ft. travel trailer. This campground is very clean and well maintained. The whole place is landscaped very nicely. Our site was level and was easy to back into. We were only there for a short weekend get away, but I would have liked to stayed longer. The location is close to Pisga National Forest, and DuPont State Forest. We enjoyed our stay, and I would not hesitate to come back and stay here again. The only slightly not positive thing that needs to be mentioned, is that the campground is right beside NC hwy. 64. There is traffic noise. Also a near by property owner has a shooting range, and we did hear gunfire. The traffic sound nor the shooting were particularly bothersome. I highly recomend this campground.

We camped in our Cedar Creek fifth wheel on sites 7 and 8 both were satisfactory. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. The wifi worked flawlessly. We were comfortable and safe. The 4 star rating was due to road noise from Route 64, with that being said, we would stay again.Nearby activities: Land of the Waterfalls RV Campground is close to Dupont State Forest, Pisgah National Forest, Blue Ridge Parkway all have outstanding hiking, cycling and kayaking opportunities. Grocery stores are within a few miles.

Stay in space # 7 for 2 weeks. The location was great, in between Flat Rock, Brevard and Hendersonville. The space was plenty big. Not a huge fan of the big rocks for a patio area, hard on the feet but no big deal. The irrigation box is green and next to the power box, easly mistaken as a sewer hook up. I watched 2 different units set up and they both put the hose in the irrigation box. Also better signs once you get in as you have to pull in and make a U-turn to get in the site. I watched almost everyone that pulled in back up into the spot or pull in the wrong way then have to drive back around. Seems like common sense after you get the lay of the land, but not at check in. There's no camp host here or anything else besides the spot, garbage dump and wood. We had a fantastic stay, the road noice was there but not bad in our spot. We had a great time and would definitely return if in the area. Nice landscaping and peaceful property.

There aren t rooms so my five stars is for the site we reserved for our camper. Service was great. The camp host was very responsive and great to deal with. The location is as awesome! The campground is small but is very well maintained!Nearby activities: Pisgah and DuPont state forests are only a few minutes away! If you love hiking, then this area is a wonderful place to visit!

We got lucky enough to book this last minute. We reserved Sunday - Saturday. We were pleasantly surprised by how cute the place looks. I had my hair dresser who recently moved from Florida to Brevard do a drive by to check on cell coverage since we work full time from home. So I knew that Verizon coverage was good before coming. WiFi is also really good especially Monday-Thursday when there s a few less people there. The little office is a nice amenity and it s decorated really cute like a hunting lodge. The community fire pit area is also really cute. Each site had its own fire pit and picnic table along with full hookups. There is a dumpster. It is near Pisgah forest and not to far from the blue ridge parkway. It rained almost our entire stay, but I still didn t want to leave. The camp host was very nice. I never met the owner, but he was very responsive when I talked to him via text/email. We loved the online booking and check in process. We stayed in site 2 there was a little road noise, but nothing bad. I loved our site. I already told my husband we have to come back.

This is a nice small campground with full amenities. The sites are super level and quite close together. They have a lot of landscaping in this new campground that will pay dividends in a few years. The Wi-Fi is very strong which was important to us as we had work to do on a rainy day. The location is excellent with easy access to Brevard, DuPont and Pisgah. There is some road noise at this campground. There are lovely string lights that add to the atmosphere and make evening dog walks more pleasant. The on site owner is very kind and provides a nice welcome packet upon arrival with very helpful advice for RVers like propane fills and laundry facilities. Thank you for an enjoyable time!

Land of Waterfalls RV CampgroundThis is a fairly new campground with 12 sites on 3 acres. Five sites have partial shade while all others are in full sun. There are some pull-through and some back-in sites. Prices are reasonable. It was $40 per night when we stayed there. We stayed in site #1. It was clean and the full hookups all worked. There is no WiFi, but Verizon cell service was good. This campground is convenient to the Pisgah National Forest, the Davidson River and the DuPont Forest. A great area for outdoor enthusiasts. Two negatives were that you can hear trucks & highway noise all night and a neighboring home has a dog that is left outside and barks all night. A pair of earplugs is recommended for sleeping.

This is a great little park, great location for a base while sightseeing and visiting family. We were told we could Checkin one hour early as our site was vacated. We did not receive any info packet but were told about the wifi password however it didn't work until our 3rd day after asking someone about it.They have a little lodge type building but not able to enjoy it as we were not given the code for the lock. I will definitely be back and would highly recomed this locationWanted to give 4.5 stars but no option.

We stayed here when they first opened a couple of years ago. Absolutely nothing to complain about. It was very clean and well-kept. It is a small quiet campground. I think it is a little expensive comparatively speaking.

Fantastic little park. My wife and I stayed there for about 2 weeks. Brian was very friendly and helpful and the park grounds were immaculate and manicured. Fairly level gravel sites with full hook ups. Massive sites, you wont feel cramped at all. It's a very short drive to Dupont State Forest and Looking Glass Falls. Perfect place to stop if you want to enjoy a hike and some nature without driving a half hour from camp. Minimal road noise. I would honestly recommend this place for a quick overnight or long term. Grocery store and walmart nearby.

4th of July Flop. Pros: Good location close to Brevard and natural attractions, sites are clean and tidy. Cons: Right on a major hwy with too much road noise on our site 5, a bit buggy and damp as it was raining the whole time we were there - some empty sites on 4th of July weekend. It is not really a typical vacation vibe, that being said not too bad for an overnight but not for a full vacation stay. Choose a site further away from the road. We will not stay there again.

This place was amazing! We're pretty new to RVing, so we were booking last minute - Brian was so friendly and accommodating, and the spaces are a great size! Other places we stayed didn't have room for the outdoor rug and awning, this one had room for that and more! Wish we could have stayed longer, it was a great location, quiet and relaxing. We'll be back for sure!

When I arrived I was moved to a different site than what was on my confirmation. When I reserved over the phone with who I thought was the owner I clearly told him that I wanted Wednesday night through Saturday night reserved. Well while we were fishing we were contacted and we were told our sites were booked for someone else for Saturday night. We were not very happy. We were told we could move to a different site. We were not interested in breaking down camp and setting up camp again for one night. Then while breaking down camp we were told the person who had my site reserved had cancelled. Unfortunately my fishing buddy was still with out a site for Saturday night. After all the confusion we decided to just cut our fishing trip short and go home, even though the fishing was great. Oh what a disaster to a wonderful trip.I regards to the owners comments it is clear he is confused. We did not refuse to pay for the extra night. Further more you had already interrupted a half day of fishing on the Davidson which we paid for and did not receive a refund. We decided not stay to break down campsites and set up on another site just to break down camp the next morning to leave.

Just finished staying here for 13 nights. Close to Pisgah, Asheville, Hendersonville. Camp host was helpful and informative. Small sites with no bathhouse or cable but don t need it if you have a RV with bathroom and HD antenna. NO issues with WiFi. Nice alternative if you can t get in Davidson campground. Five minutes from entrance to forest. We will come again.

Excellent spot with full hookup. Awesome firepit area with strung lights to hang out in the evening away from your personal camp or free firewood for your own camp - can't beat it! Wifi was main reason we picked this park due to working while traveling and it delivered and then some. Location had us within 20 minutes of all of our favorite spots. There is lots of TLC and planning going into this small park with newly planted trees and picnic tables. Will be back!
