I was very pleased with their service. Joey explained everything and was very efficient. He tested my battery, recharged it and it was very weak. He installed a new battery in the car in my home driveway upon my request. We are lucky to have them serve our area!Service: BatteryService: Battery

Reserved a van a week before I needed it but when I arrived to pick it up the business was closed. There were two sitting on the lot. No one let me know they wouldn't be there. Had to search for another van at another location. Very disappointed.

Thank you for getting my car out of the mud! I would recommend this company. Even though there was a bit of a wait due to them having to tow another customer, when they got here, everything went super fast and easy. They worked efficiently and fast and in just glad my car is in one piece not down a hill anymore. The don't deserve the 1 star that was given Just a heads up....DO NOT USE. Firehouse towing. Big rip offs. Gave a quote for a haul to the scrap yard. Get almost there and up the price $100 and when we said no the price had already been agreed on, they confiscated the car and wouldn't let us have it back. Also ordered no trespassing. Today on my way home from work I had a flat tire in my X3. Sadly with runflats I had to get the car towed to the nearest dealership ( BMW of Asheville) I placed the maintenance call through Bmw roadside assistance and firehouse towing and recovery was out to the rescue. Andrew and his wife were the operators that came and took care of everything. Very kind, caring and courteous service was preformed. Myself and my car was delivered to BMW of Asheville Safely and without issue. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone that is having car trouble.Service: Car towing

Reserved a Uhaul truck from here and when I arrived I couldnt make the app work for self check in because the location wouldnt pick up in this area. I called the business to ask if they were wearing masks and I was told that no they do not believe they work and were not wearing or requiring that they be worn at all. The man stated that he had read about the masks and they mostly dont work. I dont feel comfortable with that so cancelled the reservation through Uhaul. I think better safe than sorry in both cases here. Beware.

Got a shredded tire (NC DOES have potholes!) on a Saturday evening roadside at Pisgah Natl Forest in a Kia (no spare tire). All the local tire shops were closed but the owner went above and beyond to get us back on the road and on the way home within two hours AND without overcharging for the effort. All that and he let us bring our dog in the truck cab.

Rented uhaul stuff here and man they have everything you need. They also have a groundskeep that lives on the property so 24 hr service.
