Arthur is honest, fair priced, and a real mechanic! Had brakes, spark plugs and air filters replaced in my GLS. Highly recommend Arthur s work as he s thorough and knows what he s doing.Skip the dealer and the other overpriced euro shops. Arthur will be the only one to work on all my German cars.BIG THANK YOU

Arthur recently did a service for my 2002 Mercedes E320 (w210) and did a superb job. He made recommendations and gave estimates on other work which needs to be done to the car as well. He is very experienced with European cars- as I was able to witness some work he is doing on a newer Audi A4 and a BMW as well. Definitely recommend talking to him if you have a Euro and don't want to pay dealership prices!

Arthur has many years of experience and knows cars inside and out. You can tell that fixing cars is his passion and makes him happy. He's thorough and will tell you exactly what's going on with your car, and he won't take advantage of you. He is the most reasonably priced European car repair place that I've found in the Charlotte area. I'm glad I found him.

WHERE TO START? We can start by saying Arthur is AMAZING!!! We have a Sprinter that need a ton of attention dur to no matter where we took it they could not figure out the issue. Our vehicle was to the point it was just a parking lot billboard for a long time. Thanks to the others that experienced such great service, we decided to stop by and talk to Mr. Arthur. I can only say this was an absolute blessing to find him, and he new exactly what needed to get done to fix our issues. Needless to say IT IS NO LONGER A PARKING LOT BILLBOARD!!It is back on the road on service and it is a rolling Billboard.Thank you so much Mr. Arthur

Arthur and Trinity Auto Repair is the only place on the East Coast that you should be bringing your vehicles to. The service, kindness, and value are completely unmatched. Arthur is extremely knowledgeable and charges a fraction of what dealerships and other shops charge. Above all, he is an extremely honest and respectful individual, he will never try to get one over on you. Arthur might seem intimidating at first glance. However, looks may be deceiving.I trusted him with my Mercedes, an old wagon with many miles.He treated the car as if it was his own previous ride. He did a professional job with a very reasonable bill. The only condition is: give him time, yes not a month but few days. He will diagnose., analyze, and fix to the best of his ability. He also can offer you very good hand made coffee. You cannot top that. He will even call you to inquire about the car performance after you receive it.

If you want your car fixed, truly fixed, this is the place. Arthur has all the experience of a dealership but treats each car as it were his own. This is a real craftsman with his work. You will receive his full attention and he is transparent about every detail. Arthur @Trinity Auto Repair was amazing. He is very professional, honest and courteous. My wife s GL450 needed some attention after I attempted to install new suspension. I brought the truck to Arthur and he diagnosed the car and performed the repair the same day. He is master mechanic skills truly set him apart from the dealer at a fraction of the cost. He is well prepared. He even called on us on the following day to see how things were going and if we were satisfied with his work and attention to my family. It is true what they say about Arthur, he treats you like family.

Trinity Auto Repair is the best in the business. Owner and head mechanic, Arthur is the most kind and professional car expert I have encountered. He truly cares about his clients and the work he provides. He will provide you honesty and knowledge. I don't see myself working with another car professional again. If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic, look no further. I heard a knocking noise coming from my front wheel well and dropped it off to Trinity Auto Repair. Even though he was slammed with other vehicles before the holidays, Arthur took a look at my Mercedes, an '06 ML500 with 237,000 miles on it, and he told me the exact problems. I had several problems and he was extremely honest, informing me that the cost of the repairs wouldn't make sense versus the value of the car. My interaction with him felt like that of an uncle/dad, best auto shop experience I've had. Arthur was very kind, honest, and informative with me. If I had taken my car elsewhere, they would've tried to convince me to repair it, even if it wasn't in my best interest. He didn't even charge me to diagnose the car. I've taken my vehicle other places just to get diagnosed and they've tried charging me $100-$150. I highly recommend Arthur and the crew for your German vehicle! Thanks again Uncle Arthur!

I usually don't write reviews, but I think it's important to give credit where credit is due. I met Mr. Arthur a few years ago - my parents spoke very highly of him and his work and decided to give him a shot to assist me with a few repairs for a 2013 BMW coupe. Let me say he helped my parents by fixing a mirror on a car that he usually doesn't work on. But the fact that he took the time to help them, says a lot about his character.All I can say is this guy has never let me down -- or my family. He's probably the realist mechanic I know. From day one he's been nothing but honest, open, and he works very hard to make sure his customer's are good - are safe -- and will tell you what is priority and what can wait. Most mechanics do not do that. However, Arthur does. I never feel like it's just a "commercial" transaction with him -- he never charges more than what it is...and it's very hard these days to find a mechanic who is truthful -- and not a scam. Not to mention, he does GREAT work! Honest, Humble AND does great work -- AND he has funny jokes =) -- why wouldn't I recommend this man? Good auto shop experiences are possible - Arthur is a miracle.If you need service and you re looking for genuine, efficient, and effective - Arthur s the only option. Go to him with your car problems and leave with a new friend (and soon, a pristinely fixed vehicle!).The first good experience I ve ever had at an auto shop, so good I had to write a review - another rarity!

Trinity repair is fantastic. After going to the Mercedes dealership and being very unhappy with the service, I thought I would give this business a try and I'm so beyond happy I did. I have always received amazing service here, and Arthur always goes above and beyond. Today my check engine light came on so I drove there without an appointment. Arthur dropped everything to figure it out. Luckily, I just hadn't tightened my gas cap. He sent me on my way without charging me anything, this is how he does business. This is the kind of service and thoughtfulness you wont find somewhere else! He also is very reasonably priced and will not make up or suggest repairs that you don't need!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I brought my Audi in twice and each time Arthur provided excellent service. He was fair, reasonable and very pleasant. He not only fixed my car but also maintained communication with me throughout the process. Arthur also was able to give me a better price than dealership costs. I will definitely bring my car back in the future.

I had a issue with my convertible top. Took it to other repair shops, they could not resolve the problem. Talked with Arthur, the owner of the shop. He took on the problem and resolved the convertible top issue. He also resolved a few other issues with the car I did not know about. He is honest, friendly and reliable. My Bmw Z4 has found a new repair home.

I can't say enough positive things about Mr. Arthur and his business. He was there on his birthday when my car broke down - check engine light and no oil pressure! He promptly looked at it the next day and found the issue. He brought my car back to life and I am grateful that he is such a kind hearted and caring man!I highly, highly recommend this business and Mr. Arthur in particular!Service: Oil change

What an unbelievable experience! I took my 2012 Audi S5 in to the dealer as I always do (did now) for maintenance and repair issues for a coolant leak. They quoted me $27K for a new engine and thats all they would/could do. I then took my car to Arthur and he fixed the problem for a fraction of the price. My car is running like it did when I first bought it. It's humming like a fine tuned German engine should. Bottom line I love my car and will be able to keep it forever as long as Arthur is around. He is 100% honest, reliable, trustworthy and consider him a new found friend!Service: Engine repair

Ive been living in the Charlotte area for 4 years and own a Mercedes Benz S550... Not only did he provide an amazing service by fixing my car (front right strut replacement) in less than 12 hours. I had it towed there on a Wednesday at 4p and it was ready for pick the next day at 330p. He called in between assuring me that he will take care of my baby and he did. It rides as smooth as it did on day one. Very warm soul Arthur is!!! In addition, he noticed I needed tires. He provided me with a reference which was right down the block. I went immediately after and mentioned "King Arthur's" name.... Victor at Mr Tire recognized the name right away and put together a great package for me.... I'm actually writing this review from the waiting room as I get my tires installed. if you have a European car in need of repair or maintenance? Arthur at Trinity Auto Repair is the way to go..hands down. He is now my one and only mechanic for all my cars.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I took my 2011 Mercedes C300 to Arthur on a recommendation from Caliber Collision. They told me if anyone can fix my car Arthur would be able to. So I took my car Wednesday afternoon just for him to look at it and give me an estimate on a replacement door handle. He said if you can leave it today, you can pick it up tomorrow at this same time. He saved me hundreds of dollars after the dealership said I would have to buy a whole new door panel for 699 + labor!! He will definitely be my mechanic from now on.Service: General repairs & maintenance

It took us a long time but we found a right mechanic who can work on our diesel Mercedes, Arthur knew exactly what is going on and fix it without any problems or extra charges. Honest prices and professional work, it s hard to find nowadays. We highly recommend this place if you need repair or service your vehicle.

Arthur is a very experienced, knowledgeable and great mechanic. He treats you as a friend, he treats your car as his own car, and he fixed it for a reasonable price. You don't have to worry about being cheated or overpriced like some unethical garages. He will take a great care of your car. The only thing is you may need to wait when he's busy as it's a small shop and his great reputation attracted so many customers. My VW Passat got oil leaking and engine problem and my dealer quoted me $5000+ for fixing (the value of my car is only $5000 so I almost wanted to total it). Arthur figured out the actual issue and fixed it with ~$1800. I really appreciated his work and am thankful to him.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Trinity is an Euro car repair shop but the owner Mr. Arthur took my Prius in for a catalytic converter shield addition because I came recommended . He is such a warm person and knows his craft. Very professional. Got my car done in a very reasonable amount of time and charged me a very nominal charge. He is trustworthy and you can be assured that the work will be done right. If I had an European car I would definitely take it to him. I now call him Brother and I feel like one too!Service: Exhaust

Arthur went above and beyond like all of the reviews say. I called just before closing to schedule my Service A appointment for my GLS, and Arthur was willing to stay late to get me squeezed in within 15 minutes. Upon arriving, Arthur was nothing but kind, going out of his way to make sure I was aware of all their current promotions to help save money. We had our 2004 BMW Z4 serviced at Trinity Automotive for an oil leak. King Arthur (Owner) was just amazing. In addition to being very knowledgeable about the vehicle he provided great service and a fantastic price for the repairs. He went above and beyond and fixed a few other minor things on the vehicle and checked everything out to make sure it was in great working order.
