I made an appointment because my car was pulling to the left a bit. Little did I know my tire was split and about to blow! The service department took good care of my vehicle, helped me get new tires and fix a few other issues while keeping my costs manageable. Thank you!

Worst Service Centre. Don t go over here. They wont do anything but they will falsely charge you. Very bad customer service team. I was told that within 5 days my car parts will be available to fix. But its 1 month now. If you call them they will tell to call you back but never will.Advisor : CARSON is the most fake and untrustworthy guy. Never go for service here. Even if you go don t go with CARSON

Unprofessional service. They fixed my one year old car twice and the issue is back. Their manager is ALWAYS on the meeting and never calls back! Do not recommend this place

It is bad place 80% from your neighbours dealers. Thieves are everywhere in this place, and cars are also stolen in this neighborhood. My car was broken, and my neighbor s car was broken as well. Otherwise, the area is not clean.

I was at South Charlotte Hyundai this week for oil change and tire rotation. I found out I have to pay $10 for tire rotation now. When I bought my tires from S C. Hyundai I was told I would get free rotation which was a nice in sensitive. If a customer buys tires now you can inform them of the $10 charge and it is their decision to choose to do this. I am not happy with them going back on their word. In the future I will get tires at Discount Tire where they give free rotation every time.I sent a note to corporate re. this and said these decisions are made by individual stores and I could find another dealership.I would like to sing praises for Keely as she did a fantastic job. Nice staff.Remodeling their already nice building Guess their making a killing off the average customer.. When you buy from them, remember they're making too much money and they can go lower on the price.

One of the better Hyundai service centers. I once had the experience that my dashboard changed to all Korean, when I started the car. This is the nearest service center. I came in, the service manager fixed it and did not charge me. They got my business ever since.

My husband and I came in to browse for a car, we were willing to purchase the vehicle outright but wanted to ensure we liked our choice, as it would be a family car for the next few years. When we first walked in we were handed off from an older sales gentleman to a new representative. While this typically would be okay, we began to notice that our business wasn't taken seriously. Later on, after test driving more cars than we originally planned for, we were told we were wasting the sales representatives time by not deciding on a car same day. However the car we wanted wasn't in stock also we were being pushed to put a deposit down on a vehicle that we couldn't see or test drive. Finally, after asking for 24 hours to decide, we were asked again to make a deposit on the car was coming in a month after we explained how we don't buy anything without seeing it first. Our plan was to walk out with what we wanted same day, or not get anything at all if it wouldn't fit all of our family needs. The fact that we were pressured into the sale and disrespected is exactly why we walked out. I do not recommend this location for anyone who wants to make their own decisions on a vehicle they're spending their money on.

I changed my cabin air filter yesterday. I came in today for an oil change and multi-point inspection. I watch the technician take my cabin air filter out and show someone. I can only imagine he mentioned how clean it looked. Sure enough, my itemized recommendation suggests I get my cabin air filter changed for $60. I explain the above to the service adviser and he claims they don t look at the filter, they just go by the miles and that the system shows I haven t had it changed for a while. But remember, I watched them take the filter out and show it to another tech. I wonder how much money has been spent on services that were not needed?

I originally called the service team in Modern Hyundai of Concord & their nearest appointment was available after a month but here at south Charlotte they fit me in for a scheduled appointment 2 weeks later and after a week managed to work on it and have kept me updated throughout the whole process !! I appreciate Donnie and Keely for being such a big HELP !! And Honestly will be asking for them personally because they have been so wonderful !!!

The service department uses your car stereo at this location, and they like their music VERY LOUDI took my vehicle in for a free recall service. Everything went very smoothly, but as I was driving away I turned the radio on and almost blew my eardrums out. It was startling to say the least and I did not appreciate it

I dropped off my car for a walk-in because the website let me schedule an appointment on July 4 I needed tune up, with spark plugs, oil change, tire rotation but the most important thing I needed was AC AC was re-charged last year and not working now..So after car being serviced or at Hyundai for 2 days no air and Advisor stated that Tech in back do not communicate with them on the equipment and when it is working or not working It seems like they need to communicate because that is unacceptable So today I showed up at Hyundai and the advisor how to go in the shop to see machine to check AC was working again she used the terminology that the advisor and technicians do not communicate.. This is the worse service I have ever received especially after I just spent 500+ dollars for service

loved my Hyundai car.but after 100k miles the transmission broke down and later the engine.I came to the service to repair the engine, and instead of fixing, they told me to change the engine and turbine and billed me $ 12,500.I did not agree because I realized they were deceiving me.Later I fixed the engine for $ 2000, not in the Hyundai service, there was a broken engine valve. Therefore, the Hyundai company VERY disappointed me as they deceive their customers. I will never buy a Hyundai car again and will NOT go to Hyundai service.You will be deceived for a huge amount of dollars, although most likely your car can be repaired 3 times cheaper!Also, the company did not offer me a car for the time of repair, a huge company does not have a car, when my repair costs 12500 on their account ?? For this amount you can buy another whole car!

Went there for a recall. Of course they check your car out to see if you need anything else. They told me I needed spark plugs. I just replaced them 10,000 miles ago. I confronted the service representative about that and he said since I didn't have a repair history there, the tech assumed I needed them. Oh, so they don't actually check out your vehicle. They just tell you what they want to sell you, needed or not. I gave them 2 stars because the service representative was polite.

Came in early for a scheduled appointment for an oil change. Was kindly greeted and told to wait in the waiting room. The waiting area smelt like feces every time someone opened the male bathroom. There were fruit flies all over the waiting room I could not eat in peace, had to let my food get cold and eat after. I waited over an hour just for someone to come and ask if I wanted extra work done on my car, which was overly priced, so I declined. After another 30 minutes they had finally finished my oil change. This is the dealership I purchased from and up until today had had good experience however I do not think I will be returning. They need a good cleaning to their facilities and building and should stop overbooking if they don t plan on honoring peoples booked appointment times.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I will not be returning to this service location after an exceptionally odd and frustrating experience.I dropped my 2013 Hyundai Sonata off for service last Wednesday after the check engine light came on and the transmission was periodically slipping between shifts. Find out later that it will be $1,900 for a myriad of repairs, most of the cost coming from needing to replace transmission temperature sensor harness and timing cover that was leaking. Of course both of these were not covered under warranty. I authorize the repair and am back at the end of my work day on Friday to pick the car up. I check in with my technician and wait for 20 minutes until I am finally told that the car repair is complete only the key to my car is missing. Are you kidding me??? Another 20 minutes goes by before I am notified the key was given to another customer, who has been notified and will be returning the next day to give the key back. This is getting even stranger. How do I know my key hasn't been copied? Was the car itself loaned out to another customer? The technician Crystal was super helpful getting me set up with a loaner vehicle until my car can be dropped off in a few days. I just got my repaired car back today with the original set of keys and another pair, which I am grateful for.This was an incredibly odd and frustrating experience. While I'm sure this doesn't happen regularly to customers, it was enough for me to determine that I will not be coming back to this location for service. Even if it means I need to wait months to get an appointment at the Hyundai dealership off Independence. I will be sharing this feedback in the upcoming Hyundai survey due to my uniquely negative experience.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Oil change

This experience left me disappointed and extremely aggravated. In addition to being lied to about the repair charges, I was treated like an inconvenience after the technician half did his job. Very poor customer service and I will not be back. I came in for a steering wheel recall and agreed to get maintenance work done. However, my vehicle was returned to me with delayed acceleration, alignment issues, and a loud noise coming from the front vent when the air or heat is on.

Buddy in the Service Department is awesome. He will take amazing care of you and your car. There was no up-sell or push for me to do anything else, he just fixed my problem and called me 2 hours later that it was done. It was even washed!

I own a Honda CRV, but when I got a flat tire today, I turned in to the nearest 'tire place' possible. Hyundai on South Blvd. I got excellent service-a pump up to the tire. Though my tire size wasn't in stock, The Saturday Staff did everything they could for me. On the fly. In just a very few minutes. On a Saturday! They ROCK.

Went here for a warranty repair on my brand new Elantra bought in GA. Called yesterday and talked to the service manager who told me specifically to come today at 3pm and ask for Patrick. Well I waited for about 6-7 minutes and no Patrick. 3 other people talked to me and said they would look for him. The service area is old, it smells, and the waiting room and chairs are just as bad. Will never go to this Hyundai for any service ever...would not recommend. Patrick and Mike thanks for all your help!

I bought my first car here cash back in August of 2020. It is currently February 2021 (not even 6 months since I have had the car) and I have already had to buy new brakes and replace the transmission in my car!! Be careful.

South Charlotte Hyundai always has done a good job taking care of all of my vehicle needs. They put the customer first which I appreciate. Buddy, in there service department, exhibits the caliber of customer service a company should strive to achieve. Thanks Buddy!

The service department staff is exceptional. Customer service is outstanding. They have exceeded my expectations to the max. Highly recommend them. I am a satisfied Hyundai customer and will be with them for years to come.

The service was excellent. Buddy was also great in his customer service skills and communicating with me throughout the day while at work in regarding to status of repairs and charges.
