Very reasonable prices (came in right at the insurance quote). Staff is awesome - shout out to Sherry who is the best! She kept me updated and was so sweet and efficient. And the owner actually was kind enough to give me a ride to the rental location since they would never answer their phone to pick me up as advertised. The staff provided quality work and I enjoyed working with them. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at S&M. The team was professional, friendly, and skilled. My vehicle was repaired efficiently and looked brand new after the service. Jared went above and beyond to help me with the insurance company too. I was kept informed about the progress of the repairs. These guys are the best. Always repaired my cars to perfection. Small scratches or horrible wrecks, it looks like new when it comes out. They will fight the insurance company for you. I won't go anywhere else.

We have taken a couple of our cars here. Always for insurance repairs. I never question the work, it's always too quality. They make sure to save you money where ever they can. Great having them work with Enterprise rentals for pickup when you have to leave your car and still need one. Very friendly with southern charm. Pretty clean looking work area despite the grunge they have to deal with. Pretty nice interactions with any of the people we have spoken with working on the cars as well. I just recommended them again to a friend just a few days ago.

The crew at S&M are top notch. Very friendly and helpful. Easy to work with and that do their best to make the whole event as painless as possible. If I need bodywork again (hope not ), I will indeed go back them.

Poor customer service. I had gotten rear ended and my dealership recommended them as a great service. The gentleman who was doing my estimet was rude and short,and In my impression he did not want to help me or want my service. I was told I would receive an estimate but never got one. So I will not do business with this company.

Hired S & M to install new heavy duty front and rear bumpers that I scooped up from Fab Fours to put on my 2002 Ford Excursion. My experience:Customer service: 5 stars. Updated during the processWorkmanship: 5 stars. Bumpers were for a Superduty so modifications were necessary. Had to pretty much customize. Awesome job.My rig looks great with the new bumpers. Appreciate the good work that was done on a very tough job, that many garages would refuse, so wanted to leave a positive review.

My front bumper was off slightly from parking too far ahead and pulling it when reversing. I went to multiple body shops for quotes. Jared was quick and honest. He was able to fix it within the hour for a fraction of the cost I got from other shops. Will definitely be back, thank you Jared!!!

"Like it never happened" Great customer service, great communication and amazing work! My insurance gave me a lousy estimate but they worked with them to get it worked out. I will definitely recommend them.

He and his people are the most attentive, caring, professionals that we have ever experienced in the field of automotive repair. For some 20 years, he has become a stalwart for us. We commend him and his staff for their customer care.

After my accident I sent my 2008 Acura RDX to them on Nov. 13 2016, they kept my vehicle here for 10 days and failed to even give me an estimate. They said it was because they couldn't find 1 part, also Robbie ( shop owner) told me that my vehicle would be a total loss. So after 10 days went by I sent my vehicle to WRG Paint and Body on Nov.23 and they had my vehicle fixed in 1 week, no problems. They mentioned the S&M just flat out didnt want to spend time finding the part they needed and so they didnt want to work on my vehicle. My advise is to not take your vehicle here, go some where that values your business and treat customers with a level of dignity.
