Did a brake service that was supposed to be 400. Like other people in these reviews it ended up costing 850 for some made up reason. Drove the car for a week, same issue, brought back to fix. Two weeks later same issue. The Father and son that own this are not mechanics. You think its nice because its a family business but they are just scam artists. Buyer Beware!

They really seem to care about their customers. Brought my volkswagen for a turbo replacement, they did a great job to diagnose, show a video of the problems, and perform the needed repairs. My car now runs better than ever. Recommended.

Did a 5K$ engine replacement and they installed the wrong engine in my car (a Rav 4 engine-probably stolen, instead of a Toyota Camrey engine). They rigged the mounts to fit it and they broke! Could have KILLED the driver. I call back and they told me good luck they sold the business! Scammers, read other reviews as many of the 5 stars are probably fake. I would give zero stars if I could.

No knowledge on inspections how they work. 2 sons and father are only mechanics none of them are very knowledgeable on mechanical repairs. Will rip you off. Don t go here. My situation told me he would fix a/c and fix mis fire get check engine light off but only recharged A/C and erase all codes on obd scan tool in order to get rid of check engine light without actually fixing. It should have been at best only $150 + $30 inspection fee. No more than $200. But robbed me of $850.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

service is good quality. All the guys there do a good job. My wife and I both have had emergencies with our vehicles before and they are always willing to help us out of a jam. Great experience all around every time. This is the only place I take my cars.

Came in because I was referred here by another shop. They are very professional and knowledgeable they were able to diagnose my car s issue they was able to fix my car the same day. Also was able to get me in and out quick I m very satisfied with my service and would recommend anybody that booking for a shop that specializes in foreign cars to come get there car serviced here.

NOT RECOMMENDED ! PERIOD. Had an oil change on my Lexus last fall. Overnight, oil leaked in my garage which I noticed the next afternoon as I pulled out. I called the owner but they did not have time to fix it and asked me to bring it back Monday, however we were leaving on a long drive to Canada that evening so I could not wait. I indicated I'm taking it to AAA. The AAA tech showed that the oil cap had not been replaced correctly causing the leak and they needed to do a full change again to replace the cap. I called and explained this to the owner and he said to bring the receipt from AAA and he would give me a free oil change to make up for it. I spent a few months in Canada and not enough miles, then Covid. My other car, an Accord, went to them for an oil change in January and my sis asked for freebie but was told I needed to speak to boss so she just paid it. Today I went to get that oil change and he could not be bothered, he wanted to give me a "deal" and charge me $90 for an oil change (more than I paid the first time), then went on to say he didn't want my business. Completely unprofessional. NOT RECOMMENDED ! PERIOD. I have pictures of the faulty cap and obviously the receipt from AAA but hey you have a choice, so take your business to someone who wants it because clearly this place doesn't gaf.

Took my BMW 328i there for the first, and last time, this past weekend due to an oil leak. I thought the mechanics were very knowledgeable but felt ripped off when <$100 in parts became an almost $900 job ($800 in labor). Confronted the mechanic how he would justify that in labor costs for a 2-3/hr repair without a convincing answer...not only did they loose one customer but a few referrals as well. I will go to MBV Europe auto repairs if I were you.

So I had a 911 emergency with my 2006 BMW 750LI today and took it to The Auto Solution on Polk St, Pineville NC. The staff was very nice and the mechanics were very knowledgeable. They accurately diagnosed my vehicle, suggested the best option for repairs and started on the repairs right away. The repaired it, along with some extras and nowbit is running great! I HIGHLY suggest these guys! The know their stuff! D. Davis

A friend reccomended this place. The first question I was asked when I walked in, was what time is it? It was 3:46 pm. The guy was very hesitant after that and slowly reluctantly asked for the keys and went out to "test drive" the vehicle. I should've stopped him then because he didn't have on a mask or gloves. He came back about 3 minutes or less later. Just enough time to drive out of the parking space and make a uturn back into the parking lot. He came back in and said he couldnt fix it today and because of that I'd have to pay $70 for it to be diagnosed without any idea of what it could possibly be becsuse he didnt actually do the test drive. After him repeating this to me multiple times with raised eyebrows, never giving me an idea of what the problem was and the range of cost for repair I asked for my keys back. He told me they were in my car. On my way home I hit a small bump in the road and my keys fell out of the ignition. I wouldnt have a problem paying the $70 if he actuslly test drove it and gave me an idea of what it needed and the range of cost. It also wouldve been fine if he said its too late today bring it on a morning. Based on how he acted, I will just have to find somewhere else to check/fix it. I'm not going to beg someone to let me pay them to fix my car or pay a deposit for who knows what range of cost the job may be. I've already told my friend so he and his family can take their business elsewhere in the future.

Service ...........Poor service.Courtesy.......... Returned guest not welcome specially for one the owner son. Though, one of them is very polite and always have performed great work.I thought they were honest .Though, the work performance has been very poor quality service. Most of the times I have to take the cars to get it fixed and finally I give up. I had to take one of the cars MB some where else to have it fixed.

I brought my 2002 Audi A4 to them when my A/C compressor went out. These guys really are the best, in the fact that they know what they are talking about and they are not going to try and make you get something done that you dont need to have done, like most shops.I wont be going anywhere else.

About a month ago or so (12/15/2020) my vehicle s battery died. When visiting Pineville Auto Repair they tended to my question(s), provided adequate attention, and information to my concern(s). It has been close to a month now, and the vehicle and its battery continue to work properly.

We are traveling from FL to NY. We heard a nasty creaking in the driver's side wheel and know the danger of a bad wheel bearing. We Googled for the closest mechanic and Auto Solutions came up. No appointment and we were in and out in two hours for much less $$$ than we thought. Instead of an over night we are on our way home. They saved us!! And we were treated like friends!

I've told so many people about this place, being that it is down the street from a Mercedes-Benz dealership, Auto Solutions just makes better financial and logical sense. The staff there are friendly and they know what to do with your car. Without Auto Solutions in Pineville NC, I'd be broke....literally! lol2006 ML500

The owner is not honest and will try and get as much money out of you as he can, will not even do the job, or if he does it s not correctly. From my past experience I m never taking my car there again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

No good mechanic I was there for a check engine light come on in my car an the mechanics tell me that was the coil and spar an he changed an after 3 days the light cone on again an he charges for the part and he never change they still my money
