I came in last week for a utility trailer tire. I had no prior business with PTC before. The shop took me right in and got me ready to roll. A+ customer service and I will definitely be using them again if needed in the future.

Had a valve core stuck in valve stem on rv tire. Had to wait to get in about 45 minutes. Replaced valve core only. Job took less than 5 minutes but we were charged a flat repair for 98.00. Not much parking for large RV or any other tractor/ trailer. Will carry our own tool and replacements in future (we knew it was valve core when we took it in). Staff were nice.

Great place 5 star service. Went there with a blown trailer tire and they jump right on it. Almost no wait time. Tec was awesome.

Dismount and mount 4 tires. Service techs were very nice and Service advisors were nice also. The people working seemed happy to be at work. A welcome change from another service center I was dealing with. Done , paid in less than an hour.

I highly don't recommend this location. $82.50 for a simple flat repair. They charged $9.00 to use their tools to do the job. $67.50 for the flat repair. Very UNPROFESSIONAL to the person who said give us a call, please state your name, so I know who to ask for when I call. Because otherwise the person answering the phone won't have a clue on why I called

Parrish tire was great. I needed a tire on my trailer and once they got on it I was back on the road fairly quickly. I did have to wait a little because there were two trucks ahead of me, but that's OK. They do National Accounts. I used it for my trailer tire.

Guy comes out to repair or replace tire, but only brings one tire, company sent msg that if the other tire didn't match within tolerance replace both. The guy even said the sizes were too much off, so I had to drive to the shop to get other tire replaced. More down time due to less foresight on them. Was faster than most I must say

We had a tire blow out on our travel trailer. We called Parrish Tire and spoke to Andy. He found our tire in stock and we headed in. The counter service was quick and they got us into a bay. Andy was there to change our tire. He was friendly and efficient. He even checked the pressure on the other tires. Excellent service!Service: TiresService: Tires

Don't do business with them. Bought 4 brand new tires only a month old. Got a nail in one of the tires, was told it was too close to the edge of tire to patch and that I needed to buy a new one. $1000 month old tire and I couldn't even get it pro rated either. Asked for corporate office number and was given grief because I asked to speak with his boss.Service: Tires

Timing is never perfect, when you are pressed for time. But this facility does all that they can to get you back up & running as quick as they can. With fluent & constant updating regarding communication! That gives them 5 stars!!!

Good deals on tires, and the service is great. I was told when I arrived to get my truck tires installed it would be a hour wait, but I only wanted 20 minutes.

Other than NO menu, service was great, tea was just right with the right amount of sugar, my fish n chips n my wife's quesadilla burger was delicious!!

Got to this place at 9am my truck went back at 9:30 for 2 back tires and 2 front tires. It is now 12:30 and it doesn't seem like I'll be getting out of here anytime soon. They are not busy I'm the only person waiting for my truck to be done. This is my first and last time here, maybe it would be ok if the place had a waiting area. The service center is a trailer so that should have been my first warning. Ridiculously slow averaging an hour per tire back there.*Update* I finally got out of there at 1:15PM. So long story short if you have nothing else to do all day this may be the place for you.

Went in with a flat on my skid steer to have fixed but for the cost of having a tire fixed could almost buy a new one so decided to get four brand new tires they jumped on it and got it done got me back out to work rapidly

Sold me bad tire and wouldn't replace tire because it's over a month old? Don't do business with them.

Quick and awesome service. Prices are reasonable. Way quicker then a truck stop for a tire repair.
