I got there for a flat tire and they fixed faster than the time it took me to get there. The staff does a great job proving kind and efficient attention. The price was reasonable.If I ever need their services, I'll be back gladly.

Mr.Tire are honest people I came across and due to this they earned a customer for life.I had a slow flat, nail in my Car tire, and showed it in a couple of places( Firestone and Sam's club). At both the places they told me that I need to get the tire replaced. Fortunately I didn't go right away with the tire change. I booked an appointment at Mr. Tire for the tire change. However after reaching there they suggested that it is not required to change tire.Honestly they could have just suggested getting the tire replaced however they were honest and gave correct advice and fixed the flat. Amazing people. It's really good to see honest people and great to work with them. Because of them I save over $200 today.I would definitely recommend anyone to get their Car service done here. I have become a life time customer for sure.They have a good waiting space as well. Service was quick.

Amazing service at Mr Tire in Pineville where I bought tires a couple years ago and got road hazard. After finding a nail in my tire they decided to replace the tire instead of patching it at no cost. Such a blessing and super friendly. Definitely recommend and will return

Brought two rims and two new tires, to install tires on rims and balance wheels, that's all.Rims were resurfaced and freshly re-coated, it was not installed on car before.First visit took 30 mins, 3:00-3:30pm, after it was done - one tire was installed incorrectly OUTSIDE vs INSIDE, no wheel weights installed on both, so it was not balanced, and one rim was scratched.Asked the manager to redo - he said noone can do it right now, the guy who did the job just left.Manager asked to come back in an hour around 4:30pm, I could not do it. I said I'll be back before 7pm when they close, or tomorrow.Came next day tomorrow - the job still was not done. Same guy who worked before started to redo it.He put tire again on the rim and was on the way to me - but manager pointed him that he put OUTSIDE and INSIDE wrong again. He has to redo it again.I was watching what he does now, finally he gives me the wheel back. I pointed that he did not balance the wheel after he put tire correctly.He was back at the shop to balance it. Second visit took even longer about 45 mins. And now second rim is scratched as well.I don't know how it is possible to perform such poor job and so many mistakes on two wheels.

1st bad experience went had appt and still did not get services 2nd incident air light came on came to get air In tire and the tire place that does tires didn't have a gage to check air pressure wooh will never give ever give them business again just puzzling paid for a service couldn't receive always something g with pinevile Mr tire . Visited Gastonia Mr Tire excellent service will start taking my business to Gastonia Mr Tire

I got an alignment around October of 2021 when a fellow named Jeff worked at the Pineville location, I paid for the full service and warranty I had originally explained my car was double wishbone front and rear with aftermarket camber adjustment. He told me that was fine and I let them align my car. The printout they gave me showed a perfect alignment, I attend automotive school at CPCC and had an opportunity to put my vehicle on the 2021 hunter machines they had, only to find out they had not aligned my car at all after making me wait in their waiting room for almost 4 hours. I ended up aligning the vehicle myself, it was huge waste of time. Fast forward June 14th, I had done some suspension work and decided I could at least use the warranty I paid in full for so I took the risk of taking it to the location again. This time it s under new management I figured my experience would fair different I spoke to a younger guy and asked if I could also have my caster shimmed to which he replied it would cost extra, that s fine I opted to leave that alone so I asked for a regular full alignment under warranty in which I again reiterated that my car had aftermarket camber adjustment front and rear that required off wheel jack compensation to which he replied okay He told me to leave the car and they would get around to it throughout the day. An entire business day had passed and nobody called me, I visited around 6 only to find my vehicle sitting outside completely unlocked and very clearly unaligned I was upset they had not even bothered to check the car and I figured they didn t ever get around to it so I locked it and left it there. The day after I starting from around the time they opened to nearly closing I was calling, attempting to reach them about the status of my car and every time I would do so I could audibly hear them pick the receiver up and put it down, hanging up on me it wasn t until I had enough and visited them around 4:30 to pick up my vehicle in which they told me they had already aligned it the prior day. Not only was my car left unlocked then, out of sheer neglect not surprisingly as well they only set the toe on the rear and front of the car and left my camber unchanged.I feel as if I lost my money and paid for absolutely no reason. They clearly do not know what they are doing.

This place is a breath of fresh air. Andrew and his team are incredible, from the price to the service. I would have paid MORE THAN double of what I was charged If I had taken my vehicle anywhere else, and I would not have gotten as good of a service. Andrew is a genuine man who will give you the best price he possibly can and, most importantly, he will make sure you are happy before you walk out of that door. Not taking my current car or any other car I buy anywhere else besides this Mr. Tire. Great group of guys there.

I've had maintenance and repair done here and have been very happy every time. They will tell you how long it will take and how much it will cost. I take my work vehicle here so it's important I don't lose work time.

As I was putting air in my tires at a gas station, the valve stem popped off one of them. I walked to the closest tire place and the manager Jeff was extremely helpful and had Todd come out to put the spare on my car. They replaced my valve stem and put the tire back on and filled the tires with air so I didn t break another valve off. So grateful for such wonderful service and hospitality! You can t go wrong with Mr. Tire!

Mr. Tire is my car care for a while providing good service until this last visit. My car overheated and I have to call a towing service. Car was supposed be than yesterday but after paying over $2000 the car overheated again on the way home and had to go back to the shop. Thing is, Mr. Tire replaced radiator and all hoses on the cooling system 2 years ago and having this issue is not acceptable.

We came in with my BMW X1 brake issue that turned out to be a bigger issue than originally thought. Andrew was professional, efficient and very honest explaining the issue clearly. Customer service is a 10/10. They didn't have my size tire in stock, but Andy went above and beyond to call other locations and try to help where others just said "sorry". Hopefully I won't need to be back anytime soon, but I'll definitely be coming back here when needed.

The first time I came here, it was wonderful. From that point on, this place has gone down hill. Upon my last visit, for which I arrived on time, I was told that appointments didn't really matter because they had to take walk ins. Not the worst thing to hear, but not a good look. That same visit, 2 employees had a screaming match- arguing, cursing. They already had my car pulled into the shop, so I instead of leaving I just went outside. This wasn't the first time I heard an employee blow up, the time previously it was at a customer who was annoyed that they didnt communicate properly. And yes, the employees were different people, so apparently thats just how staff acts here. I gave them a few months, hoping stuff would smooth over, and today I show up for my appointment, and the place is closed. No one is here. No one even called to tell me they wouldn't be able to honor my appointment today, which I could have been understanding of since lots of places are short staffed. In addition, it's extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone anymore. The disorganization and hostile environment is not worth the lesser cost of some of their services.

UPDATE:Mr tire reached out to us and tried their best to remedy the issues. However, more issues arose. The panel will not stay up and we have had to since just remove it from the car. They also left a rag under the hood. Just overall careless and we will not be going back and will not recommend.Changed from 1 star to 3 stars because the management did try.Honestly if I could give zero stars I would.Called to get a quote for full synthetic oil change. Was quoted $50 when I got there now it s $60.They called to tell me the air cabin filter needed to be replaced, I passed as they wanted to charge me $30 more.Here s the kicker. When they went searching for the air cabin filter they took off the panel underneath the glove box instead of the panel INSIDE the glove box. Anyone with any knowledge would know that you go in the glove box. The panel they ripped off underneath is now broken and falling off. I took it to the dealership right after to have them look at it. They placed it back but it fell off again. I think they might have yanked a screw out and it s still not right. Obviously I don t trust these folks to touch my car but they better hope it can be fixed.I supposedly got full synthetic oil but the sticker that they put in my car said I needed a change in 3000 miles which would correspond to the much cheaper conventional oil. I paid for full synthetic. When I asked about this they said it s in the computer you got full synthetic but no one could actually be sure.That s absolutely unacceptable.I m left with a damaged vehicle and probably far inferior oil than I paid for. Also remember my original quote of $50. It was $70They re closed today but they ll be receiving a call from me first thing in the morning and I m going to give them the opportunity to make this right.Pictures of the broken panel.

Mr Tire is AMAZING! In my opinion, the best in Charlotte.They provide excellent customer service, quality, punctual, employees are very knowledgeable and they not only provide great service to your car, they also educate you to actually understand the process and why they are doing what they re doing.I had been going to Mr Tire for years when I moved to FL in 2019. Jeff always helped us. He s a wonderful asset to Mr Tire. He never will try to sell anything to you. He ll truly only offer what is 100% necessary. Whenever my car needed to be serviced, I d call Jeff and he d fit me right in! As of April, my husband and I have moved back to Charlotte; My Honda s car service light came on a week ago and who do you think I m calling!!

I ran over a sharp piece of metal that lodged in my tire and caused the air to leak so quickly that I barely made it to the nearest tire store. It happened to be Mr Tire at 327 South Polk St in Pineville. I m so glad I ended up there. Alik B and all the techs that I talked to were very helpful and courteous and quickly replaced the obviously unrepairable tire. I would definitely recommend them!

We have 1 line tech named John, he is constantly doing amazing work. Then we have Billy our lube tech he's very sweet and cares. Both of our techs since I have been the assistant manager have been working harder then ever to make sure all the work gets done and gets done correctly the first time. Please come and see our new rregime. You will not be let down. We are very short staffed right now.

Chris took the steps to figure out exactly what was going on with my car, which can be really hard with so many things to think about.Sam and a gentleman at the front were awesome at helping me get taken care of. Geoff always takes time to make sure I understand what needs to be done. - Super friendly no matter who he is speaking with. He always makes me laugh. The last time I was there the mechanic, Johnathan spent time trying to find the issue with my car, when he wasn t sure he actually said to me I think you should take it to the dealer he was honest and made sure he was putting me first. Awesome service so glad I found them.

Reasonable prices and excellent staff. We did not make an appointment, and on a busy Saturday, we were impressed with the level of attention to detail we received for our vehicle. Geoff was helpful and informative, told us our prices upfront, and provided great communication when they found additional problems with our vehicle. This was our first visit, and we came here because of the reviews, which are pretty accurate. It's an above average business that feels beyond average because of their employees, and because of that, we will continue to come here in the future.
