So where can i start! Scott is a great guy he went out of his way to make sure all my needs were met.. There was one young guy named Justin. He went out of his way to check what I'd asked him to do he rotated my tires like I'd asked & even help me with a muffler question that I had. Keep it up young man !!

Marvin (I think he's the owner/general manager) is a pleasure to do business with. He's super helpful, always nice, and make a boring task (waiting in a waiting room) more enjoyable.The facility is not as nice as some dealership repair shop waiting rooms, but I'd choose Midas for the great service over free coffee and a tv playing any day.

I dropped my car off for an oil change ($120 for 100% synthetic 7qt oil -$10 coupon) - not the lowest cost available, but OK. Mechanic found an oil leak, sent me pics and a video and I approved oil pan gasket replacement ($270). Picked up the car that afternoon and all seemed fine.The next morning there was a puddle of oil under the car in the garage... I topped up the oil, drove back to Midas and they quickly remedied the problem - split o-ring around oil filter that they had just installed the day before. The mechanic was very apologetic, helpful and quick with the repair. While I was certainly disappointed, and out another $15 for top up oil, oil dry to clean up the spill and another 1.5 hrs picking up materials and driving back and forth to Midas, I understand that things happen and the response was good, so all seemed fine.The next day my wife was driving the car and noticed a dragging noise, so she stopped, checked under the car and found that "something" was hanging down under the engine area, but there was no oil leak (she was sensitive to oil leaking after the recent experience). She was close to home so drove back to the house. I found that the rear engine cowling had dropped down because 5 body bolts were missing! Simply missing. Now I am a pretty forgiving guy, things happen, but there was no way I was going back to Midas to get this fixed. I spent another $10 and 2hrs buying body bolts at Lowes, jacking up the car to access and reset the now damaged cowling and replaced the missing bolts.Needless to say, I will be looking for a new place to take my car for simple maintenance.Service: Oil change

Rip off experts! I was charged $189 for a diagnostic when the check engine light came on, and was told I needed a $500 tuneup(additional). I waited a few weeks, and when I brought it in, they said it got worse, and now it would be $800! I took it to Meineke, they fixed the problem for $330. IT WAS A FUEL PUMP SENSOR!!! IdiotsDon t GO THERE!!!

I have been taking my cars here for over 18 years. Scott is the man and has always taken care of me. Marvin and the rest of the crew are top notch and the DO NOT lie. They do not add on work. I trust them 100% for my families vehicles.

Been going here for over 20 years! This is the only auto repair shop I feel comfortable in. Scott and the team are professional, knowledgable. thorough and kind! They initially helped me with my 2001 Ford Sport trac that I had for 15 years and 245,000 miles (original engine and transmission), then my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and most recently my 1965 Ford Thunderbird!! I have been a loyal customer for 20+ years at the Midas in Pineville, NC. Scott, the area manager has been there a long time, and the other associates are great help too! Marvin made this visit a quick turnaround!Twenty years ago Scott, replaced a part for $25 that another garage had quoted me (a woman) $1300. Stopped by to have them check my tire pressure, but there was an hour wait as techs were backed up. Made an appointment to go tomorrow. Just a note, this place has been amazing in the past. Store manager (Marvin) provides excellent customer service. Unfortunately, he was not there today.

They quickly diagnosed the issue with our brakes and did not suggest any unnecessary work, actually said our pads were in good shape and did not need replacing. Work was completed quickly, competently and at a reasonable price.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I went with my friend to pick up her vehicle after being serviced for an oil change, thermostat replacement and coolant flush. They misdiagnosed her vehicle which was drivable upon dropping it off, when she went to pick it up it had a blown head gasket. The manager admitted the shop misdiagnosed the vehicle and refunded her for the services they did provide but will not take responsibility for the head gasket. She had to have the vehicle towed to the dealership she purchased vehicle from to have it re-diagnosed and serviced. The communication took over a week between the shop/corporate getting back to her and denying responsibility. The manager admitted that the shop has misdiagnosed vehicles multiple times while on video recording. I decided to not have my tire serviced here as they are incompetent and I don t recommend them to anyone!!

I sent an appointment request Saturday afternoon. I got a reply saying someone would contact me in 30 mins. So I waited. Then I got an email saying it would be another 30 mins, ok fine. Didn't hear anything after that. They are closed on Sunday so I thought they would contact me on Monday. It's almost 2pm and still no word. I need my pads checked and drums looked at before I drive back across country. This place either has an issue with me being a female or from AZ

Very honest place. Just because you got it cheaper somewhere else doesnt mean they rip you off. Different shops use different vendors for parts . And have different labor rates . Educate yourselfs with how the auto repair industry works before you leave a bad review and shop around before you agree to a repair instead of researching after you signed the agreement. They are honest and will do whatever it takes to diagnose your issue. I have had nothing but great experiance with them. And would recommend them to anyone . Also the reviews saying they had multiple staff but took forever. Not every staff member is experienced with every single service. They have different techs for different services . One guy might be working on a car and the other guys may have no knowledge on what your issue is.

Went to this location to get a transmission flush, and Marvin was a great help! He was thorough with the explanation of what a transmission flush was (I had no clue but was advised that I needed one lol) Marvin showed impeccable customer service from the time I made the appointment which was the day prior to the day of service. Not only was he great but the men who worked on my car did a superb job as well. I would recommend anyone come to this location to get their car serviced.

Excellent customer service and in and out quickly!! I needed an oil change before I set out on vacation and had no wait time. Kevin and Malcomb were very friendly and professional. Tyler actually worked on my car and had it ready in no time. Honored my coupon even tho my app would not open.Overall a GREAT experience on my 1st time there!! I recently moved here from Charleston and I have found my new auto service provider

Ridiculously over priced .... the guy said he put a walker muffler on my Lexus lx470 and charged $290 for the part price while that is for only $163.99. But the justification of higher price was "that they are also changing the complete pipe" which is never changed, lied about it. $102.40 labor charges along with $35 shop supply? What?? How come you are charging shop supplies separately?Very disappointed after my first ever visit.They charged approx. $130 extra one time but lost a customer forever.

I booked a $25.99 oil change online. And the employee took the key to change the oil without asking me anything. But seeing the money charged, it was $69.70. When asked why the price is different, they say it's expensive because it's synthetic oil. I didn't want it and he didn't tell me anything. And I can't believe he exchanged it for synthetic oil. I will never go there again. I don't recommend it.

Wow these guys are awesome. Especially Keith on the front desk and Scottie in the shop. I have been to several shops in the area and this was my best experience BY FAR. Keith worked with me a little on what I needed done, did not pressure me in any way and was an absolute great guy. Scottie went the extra mile on all my silly mechanical questions, and unbeknownst to me fixed a door issue I had that had nothing to do with why my car was there - for free and didnt even tell me! thanks so much, you guys rock! Bring your car here for anything you need...these guys are absolutely trustworthy! Thanks again!

Drove my car in for an check up on the exhaust. The car was working fine. The shop called and said the car was ready for pick up. At the pick up the car would not start. The guy comes out to the parking space and tries a couple of things. He tells me what he thinks it is. He then tells me a diagnostic test will be advise for $115. REALLY!!! The car was working fine before I got here. You drove into the car bay and back into the parking spot. But now it will not even start. Had the car towed to another shop. BEWARE of tactics to get money out of us hard working consumers. I would avoid unless you want to be RIPPED OFF.
