I recently had an experience with Classic Collision that I feel compelled to share. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can affect repair timelines, the level of communication and reliability I experienced was below expectations.Initially, I was impressed with the proactive communication, as I received several texts confirming that my car would be ready by the scheduled date. However, this turned into a cycle of frustration. The completion date was postponed not once, but four times. Each time, I was only informed of these delays on the very day I was expecting to receive my car. This lack of timely updates caused significant inconvenience and uncertainty.I believe in the importance of realistic time estimates, especially in a service-oriented business. As a company that has been in operation for a considerable time, I expected a more accurate assessment of the time required for repairs. More importantly, if delays are anticipated, customers should be informed well in advance, not at the last minute.I hope this feedback is taken constructively. Timely and transparent communication is key in customer service, especially when dealing with something as essential as vehicle repairs.

Classic collision of Pineville, where to begin .. Just go pick three random middle school children. They could do a better job.Can t believe my vehicle was returned to me In this condition. So muchTrash in the paint job. Colors not matched Incompetent properly. Gaps in panels not even. Incompetent finishing techniques. Not only is this the worst paint and bodywork I have ever seen. The wiring Done Under the hood Is a fire hazard.Kept my vehicle for almost 3 months to do the worst job I ve ever seen.Do not I repeat, do not ever use this place if you care about your vehicle.I have to find another place to redo everything they did and any wiring they possibly touched has to be checked.New grill Has paint on it that won t come off. Overspray over the entire vehicle. Nothing was cleaned or washed before it was returned to me. My vehicle has more damage after they worked on it than it did when I dropped it off.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. The repairs done to my wifes vehicle where done professionally and our vehicle was returned clean. Very pleased with the service provided.

Wouldn't recommend Classic Collision of Pineville. Made an appointment well in advance, coordinated time off of work and lined up a rental car, yet when I arrived I was told they couldn't make repairs.When making appointment I told them about damage and insurance company sent them an estimate. Classic Collision could have told me on the phone when scheduling the appointment or called after reviewing insurance estimate, yet they waited until I got there to tell me that they couldn't make repairs. A completely unnecessary frustrating inconvenience!
