I have had at least 2 systems installed by this business location. Both times they provided the service and parts that were expected as well as assistance with a few details after installation. There was no damage to the interior or exterior of vehicle that I saw. There was a screw stuck in my tire but luckily it was new and had plenty of tread to block it from puncturing. They answer the phone and questions without frustration. Not much more to say other than they provide a reasonable price, use quality materials, and have never damaged the vehicle or had a faulty installation. You get what you pay for.

I had a check engine light issue that was tied to the electronics system in my car. An auto repair service recommended that I bring it here. Peter took the time to diagnose the problem and solution. He was more than fair in regard to his fee. I highly recommend Peter for his knowledge and honesty. It's great to find people you can trust!!!

Worked with me through COViD parts shortage and gave me more assistance then required with ordering,installing, and troubleshooting new headlight assembly for my Civic. Their staff is great in particular Adam and Peter.

If you are Hyundai/Kia owner for sure you have heard about Tik Tok car theft! Recently thief's tried to steal my car using the Tik Tok method. The result was damages for $2000.00! After my car was repaired I needed to be sure that this will never happen again. Hyundai/Kia were no help. I received some official "SORRY" email stating that they are rolling out a " security kit" (kill switch+ glass breaking sensor) which "solves" the Tik Tok issue. What Hyundai is doing is simply buying alarm system from a third party manufacturer (Compustar) and selling it through their dealerships at heavily inflated rates (~$600.00). I bought my Compustar 7900AS for $178.00 on Amazon (Now available even cheaper). After I got the kit which for sure works for my Hyundai Santa Fe 2020 ,I started looking for authorized by manufacturer installer. On manufacturers web site there was listed few companies for the Charlotte Metro area, and I started visiting them. One thing in common ( Best Buy Geek Squad, Tint World , etc) all of them were clueless, and not having experience with my particular model! They wasted me few weeks time. Finally I ran over the name of Audio Masters, and I went to visit them. from the door I noticed that they have in the shop running ads on a big screen , and 1 of the products rolling was my Compustar 7900AS. I already knew I found the right people. The guy was very competent, and knowledgeable about this particular model install. I got a quote , and guarantees that the system will work as intended. Install takes about 2,5h. Now 2 months later I have no issues. Great install. Great price. Great service. Thank you. If you want to protect your Hyundai/Kia this is your place. Highly recommended!

Will never recommend this place. Was told 1.5 hours for a sub and amp install. 5 hours later I have an amp essentially thrown under the seat, the smallest gauge wire you could possible for with for the $120 amp install kit, and scratches in my new vehicle that they tried to cover up with touch up paint of a completely different color. Trash left in the trunk tells me what I need to know about how much pride they take in their work. Overpriced and absolute trash install. Too bad I left before I saw the scratches on the car and of course they deny it was them. I hand washed the car last night and they sure weren t there then. Trash. Avoid at all costs.

They did my radar install on my 2022 Tesla Model 3 performance in about 30 minutes and everything works as it should. Everyone was nice and I d recommend them to anyone.

Mark built me a special custom made box with 3 subwoofer twelves and hooked it up to my existing entertainment system. It was specially made for the trunk of my Buick Verano. The best way to describe how it sounds is like when its THUNDERING OUTSIDE! Also, I have a custom bass knob that allows me to precisely control how much bass I want at all times. Audio Masters is the place to come to get the exact sound you want!

Peter is great! Super knowledgeable and accommodating. Had an aftermarket stereo installed elsewhere a year and a half ago and started having issues with my CarPlay. Spent hours on the phone including the guy who installed it originally, Apple, and Kenwood but no one was able to help me with the issue. Finally called Peter who was able to identify the issue from a 5 minute phone call. He got me in the next day and had my stereo functioning like normal within 30 minutes. Won t be taking my cars anywhere else for the foreseeable future!

Peter and his team are such amazing people! I walked in looking to replace the speakers all around in my f350 and walked out with a whole lot more (Kid in a candy store). The level of customer service is unreal. I was treated like I matter on first arrival and when I went back up there for my follow up, they treated me the same and remembered my name!! You all are the best! The only opportunity I would leave is the amount of time I was quoted for the work with the amount of time it took to complete it was longer. I guess when you have a custom build anything can happen. Still got 5 stars out of me, thank you!

I just had a totally new systems upgrade done on my 2019 Toyota Avalon Limited. If you didn't know this model comes with 14 JBL speakers throughout the vehicle, which includes a 10 inch subwoofer along with a 1200 watt amp. I got The Big 3 upgrade which is an electrical system upgrade which includes a bigger battery, bigger electrical cables running to the battery along with my new more powerful alternator installed. Along with new speakers installed throughout the entire vehicle. Plus I got 3 new amps and 2 new 13 inch subs installed which also had to be placed inside my custom made box. After completing the totally new system install. They also tuned the amps as well. I'm very pleased with the quality of work that Peter, Mark, and Felix put in to insure that I had the best setup for my new gear. I originally had a plan for where I wanted each of my new speakers and amps to go but Peter called me and explained a better way for me to get the best results from my new gear. The rack Peter built for the amps is awesome ! I wouldn't have thought of that. I also had the vehicle sound proof throughout as well. I strongly recommend this for true music enthusiasts! You can't even imagine how much better this improves the sound quality inside and out of your vehicle. Thanks so much AudioMasters you will always have my business!

Contacted audio masters to put me a new stinger radio in my truck. Made an appointment. Showed up at 9:30 on the day, I was told,l I could wait when I called. Took off work for the time, as 11:30 hits my truck still didn t move. I took a Uber to carolina place mall to waste time. At 4:30 after walking around mall for 4 hours I decided to Uber back. When I got back my truck still didn t move. I went in a the guy told me he hooked it up and the the screen was messed up but had audio. He said it would take 2 days to get a new one. I went to my truck and noticed it was never touched because the hat I left in front seat was still there. I called two days later to see if was still good, and he said I m glad I called because he forgot about me. He was to call me back. Guess what I still haven t heard from him!! I wouldn t do business with this company. It cost me a day of work to deal with them. And this was going to be a $2000 dollar job. Terrible company!!!! RUN

Car speakers malfunctionedin my Mercedes that was installed by audio masters and I went to back to get them replaced per warranty. Speakers still haven't been replaced. Supposedly speakers were on back order for over a month. Now it's been 1 month and 2 weeks and still haven't been fixed. Had I know how poorly I'd be treated I would have never went here. At this point I just want my money back. I will not be recommending. DO NOT GO HERE.

Audiomasters had my car for nearly a month and my speaker. I had to call them about my car. When I went to pick it up it the speaker that were suppose to be fixed was not. After that they had it another week and my system still does not work properly. I wlll never use them again.

I recently had my Jeep Wrangler stereo upgraded by AudioMasters. Adam and Peter were great. They were extremely helpful at explaining my options and answered my many questions. I had gone to another audio store in Charlotte and decided to see if there were any different options at AudioMasters. Turns out they had the better prices, options, and answers to my questions. The stereo sounds great and better than I expected. As an added bonus my after market LED lights were blinding oncoming drivers. I mentioned it to them and they adjusted the direction at no charge! I highly recommend going here for any of your car audio upgrades and questions.

Horrible customer service and communication. Literally threw away my car alarm that was in my car. Tried to replace it but every time I come up for a scheduled appointment they do not have my alarm and overbook me. I went up several times and they could not get my car right. Talk a big game and was excited to spend money with them but they are not capable and do not treat their customers well. Was told someone will call me several times and I texted but never got a response. I wouldn't recommend the hassle.

Excellent work! This is the ONLY place I will let touch any vehicle I own. They go above and beyond with any task asked of them. The team is very attentive and knowledgeable about all areas and care about customer satisfaction over making money! Will recommend to ANYONE!

To the owner/managementI paid for these items on the april 3rd Monday. On Thursday I called to check on them and they said everything but the head unit will be here tomorrow and the unit will be here on Monday. It's closing time on Thursday the 13th and no phone call still about anything. Idk if I was missed or what but when someone drops 4k for your business you should probably at least pick up a phone and call on the occasion.0 customer serviceTexting from a PROGRAM the person from the number to this store said to ME in a text "why did you leave us a bad review? We called you but guess you didn't get it"After sharing my call log saying prove otherwise and I'm happy to change my review because i have no call or a voicemaol from you. They then the NEXT DAY in a text saying oh we called the wrong person wanna come in monday? STILL NO I'M SORRY LETS MAKE THIS RIGHT.... I have the text conversation archived just incase.My bank will be getting my money back for me and I'll be going to freeman.

I had the pleasure of working with Adam & team to get my new car setup with an aftermarket stereo system. From the components, to the midbass, to the amps, to the custom fiberglass enclosure for the sub-woofers, the system sounds INCREDIBLE. I let Audio Masters decide what would be best for what I'm looking for, and they did not disappoint. They did the job in a timely manner, and treated the car well. They were a pleasure to work with during the entire process, and I can say without a doubt that I'd be back in a heartbeat if I need anything done again on my car. I researched just about every single shop in Charlotte, and Adam's is the only authorized dealer carrying the top-of-the-line Morel speakers. The craftsmanship of what they built is amazing; everything done to the car looks like it came from the factory that way. No scratched panels, no dirt, etc. Very clean job. Thanks again!

Peter and Felix just saved our day!! We are about to embark on a road trip with 4 little ones! Our dvd player s audio wasn t working. They both stopped what they were doing to trouble shoot and figure o it a solution for us quickly so that we could hit the road! They go above and beyond. We so appreciate you and will remember your kindness when it is time to upgrade our system!

I had Bluetooth installed that would run through the factory stereo of my 2012 Nissan Titan. If I am in my truck, I am listening to music or on the phone. I wanted something on par with the factory install of newer cars. After using it for a couple months, I am very satisfied with the music and call quality. The install is discrete - just a small mic in the dash and a single cable running into the aux jack of my pre-Bluetooth era stereo. No messy cables like the DIY products from big box retailers. My phone connects automatically when I turn on the truck, and adding/switching users is very simple and quick. Dealing with AudioMasters was very easy. I called on a Friday to ask about the product and price, made an appointment for the following Monday morning and was good to go by that afternoon. The price was very reasonable for a high quality product and great service.

We had a double den Pioneer installed and it looks amazing! When we googled to see our options we were under the impression we would have to have a flip up touchscreen but Adam and Peter worked their magic and were able to get us exactly what we wanted. They did meticulous work and it looks AND sounds so great! I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. I have pics of before and after that I am trying to upload...

Dishonest, uncommunicative, and poorly managed.I recently brought in my car to have a simple backup camera installed. I installed the headunit myself and they said they d give a discount for this... they didn t.The camera wasn t working so they said I could return with a different camera and they d just finish the install, so I bought a new cam, returned and they said they had to re-wire so they charged me full price again after the work was done and surprised me with a bill.The camera was STILL malfunctioning so I opened the back myself and finished the install and also found out they lied about re-wiring as they just attached the new camera to the existing wire that was previously installed.Lastly, they lost the camera I originally purchased and refused to compensate me for all the poor work their techs performed.Ended up costing me several hundred more than just a single backup install. Considering small claims court since they ve refused to acknowledge the poor business tactics and failing to inform me they were charging me twice for a job they never finished.Appalling.

This place is awesome. They have great prices and they know their stuff! I just have one issue...when Adam is not there I can never get anything done to my vehicle. I just needed to get an easy thing done and was asked if I could bring it Monday. I m going on a vacation next week and wanted my system looked at so I new it was good and get it louder. I guess I ll try it again when I get back.

The guys over there are very helpful. They have tinted 4 cars for me in the past and a great job every time. Also have talked through some audio questions with them and great advice every time. I did have a customer service issue recently but Adam gave me a call and quickly put the issue to rest like a true business owner should.

I wouldn t call them unprofessional. Just laid back. everyone that worked there was really nice and i had a good experience. i was quoted a price that was actually higher than i ended up paying. prices are very competitive. the one issue is work time. i was there for about 3 and a half hours waiting on them to fix my radio. they were quick to apologize and explain thourougly why it took so long. The owner showed me and explained the upgrade in detail and even offered me a great deal on window tint if i come back. Overall great experience and i will be a returning customer

I gave these guys an unusual puzzle to solve, and they nailed it. I drive a 1989 Ford Probe 5 speed turbo. Everything still works, except the CD player, which died awhile back. I took it to Audiomasters, and they hooked me up, without doubling the value of the car! It is again a joy to drive. Add in responsive customer service and a short wait on the work, and it all comes to an experience far beyond expected value. Highly recommended.

I ve been using audiomasters for every vehicle I ve owned. Hands down some of the most knowledgeable and honest people in the audio world and it shows with their work. Adam has helped me with countless issues with my boat and he will do whatever it takes to figure out the issue. Hands down the best audio place in Charlotte and surrounding. Won t take my vehicles or boats anywhere else!!

I ve had three of my vehicles done at audio masters now, Every single time it comes out absolutely perfect. The guys there get me in at exactly the day I want and get the work done so fast at a great price, I ll continue to use them for the rest of my life and all of my friends as well.
