Great and helpful team here! Just stopped by 5 minutes before close because I had to ask about an urgent tire question on my '23 Jetta. Marco and his teammate were helped me immediately and alleviated my worries about the car. Really appreciate this location for these 2 employees and now I'll be a customer here for a long time

We all make fun of them counter guys and gals.... asking those meaningless questions like 2 or four door, just to find the mirror glue. Got to love the keyboard kung-fu going on in here. Good times and great vibes, recommend......

Great customer service. Lisa went above and beyond to make a incomplete online order right. Matt the district manager also went the extra mile to satisfy my order. Highly recommend the Pineville location due to the excellent customer service which is hard to come by these days.

Lisa the manager was incredible and made my day!I purchase headlight bulbs from the store on Durant rd near Wake forest, where I live and shop, For some reason they didn t work, I went back to store on Durant, he said he couldn t take them back!I m in Pineville, NC today and I stop at there store here and Lisa, took care of me! She is a perfect example of what great customer service is and caring about her customers! Thank you Lisa!

Bought a battery online and on their website it says free installation. I Ended up installing it on my own because the guy and the manager whos are their at 7:30 pm says they do not install due to Pineville Regulations.I understand that.1. Advance shoyld update that Pineville branch that they do not install battery.2 manager(mike) should not be lazy to refund. He said he cannot do refunds because its already almost 8- the store cloaes at 9pm. Bad service.

Very poor and rude customer service. No one was available at the parts counter when I show up to pick up an online order. Then the item I ordered online and the item they had at the store set aside for me were not the same. When I tried to explain that, the employee crossed their arms and stared at me as if it was my fault. I told them to cancel the purchase and was told their system was too slow for that and I was gonna have to trust them to get my money back. What a train wreck!

Called in to order parts. Lisa answered the phone and was very rude. Seemed to be bothering her. Probably not the best customer facing employee to have on your front line. Ended up going to NAPA. NAPA seemed to want my business. This advanced auto store is not friendly or willing to assist at all.

Needed new wiper blades and had no idea what to do. The guys were so helpful with helping me choose the right ones and verbally walked me through how to change them. So refreshing to get that kind of service. No more grinding noise. So impressed

My battery went bad and they hold true to their warranty. They replaced my battery no charge. Thank you for the great customer service as well.

(Gold Battery/Test/Swap)Antoine and Andy were really helpful with assisting me with my battery issues. I originally only thought that I needed to remove the corrosion on my battery. Antoine then clean the terminals very thoroughly and also provided me with DIY tips for cleaning it at home . The end result was I actually had a battery warranty that I could use to get another brand new battery .

Advanced Auto parts life time warranty is the best thing since sliced bread. Thumbs way up to the management of this store for moving so quickly to go as far as driving to another store to pickup the part I needed because inventory showed they had my part when I called.With customer service like that how can you go wrong.

AVOID this place!!! Went in here to get touch-up paint for my car. Wesley was an absolute curmudgeon. He grunted at me, barely provided vague one-word answers with no explanation and was absolutely unhelpful. Then he got on the phone with no comment and proceeded to be equally rude to someone else for so long I finally just walked out. Wes seriously should not be in any sort of customer facing job. I was prepared to make a purchase but I ll take my business somewhere they actually help you. (*note - Belk was super friendly but claimed Wes was the expert).

Always good service, helpful staff, good selection of product. Order on line pickup in store for more savings.online or search for 20 or 25% off coupons for on line pickup in store only. Always compare pricing as they can be high on some products.

I drive an 08 Dodge Avenger, the Battery in these cars are buried behind the front driver side Wheel and a pain in the butt to get to. David & Anthony Worked their tails off to replace my battery and I highly recommend them for their outstanding customer service. BTW, battery installation is Complementary with purchase of a new battery, I wasn't charged for their hard work.

No point in ordering online and then expect to have the order ready for you to pick up after the 30 mins they tell you to wait before going into the store. Unless, your able to use a coupon online and save a couple of bucks and want to spare another 30 min in store for them to go around to find your product while your waiting.

To save future motorists time. This location cannot help with any battery issue due to a pineville law of some kind. No shade just informing so no one else has to waste time and fuel.

I enjoyed this place in went to get parts there i have a check engine light one of the manager help me and start talking to him about a bad experience that i have taken my car to others shops that over charge me and him recommended a chop that is across from the auto parts and him was wrigth they didn't over charge me for parts and labor

As I called to confirm they had the part I needed, all I had to do was walk in the door, say my name, and I was ready for check out! It was wonderful and the guys were so helpful over the phone ...very professional!
