This was my first experience with A&M Auto Service I have been in a longtime search for an experienced,knowledgeable , honest & reasonable alternative to the dealer. I was pleasantly surprised that the professionalism felt very much like a dealership. As a new customer you are given a survey to get feedback on your relationship with your vehicle so that care & repairs can be customized to your goals. This was a new and much appreciated experience for me. There was a lot of communication to keep me informed during repairs & the work ended up costing less than estimated which NEVER happens! I feel like this says volumes about their integrity. A&M is a great option for honest and quality car care & repair.

I am so glad I found This gem. They are so professional and so thorough. When I pick up my car, I know that it has been taken care of not just given the once over. I was recommended this auto shop by another that gave it high reviews. It's a piece of mind, knowing that you have a repair shop that honest, Reputable, and just does the right thing

As usual, the service was excellent.I arrived at the shop by 8:30am and my car was on the rack by approximately 9:00am. I decided to wait and by a little after noon the repair was complete and I was on my way.The only negative of the day, was that I couldn't put the top down on my BMW convertible and enjoy the ride home. - It was too cold .A&M Auto Service is the only repair shop that I trust to take care of my 2001 BMW.To the entire staff of A&M, thanks and keep up the good work.Chuck Callahan

Very professional! So far I ve only been there for a regular oil change service of two trucks a couple of times each and they re very honest about the work that needs to be done. They never try to sell you anything you don t need like dealers tend to do. Very happy with their work.

Jennifer at the front desk is welcoming and professional. Shop is clean and organized. Dutch (owner) took a lot of time to explain what they did and why, including pictures! Great shop for my Porsche and yours!

I absolutely love going here! I was relocating to the Charlotte area like many others & have found people I can trust. They are honest, detailed with information & never upsell you on anything. If you do not need something done to your car, they will tell you! I m very grateful for them & their transparency. They treat you like family and you can trust them with your car. I took mine in for a pre-purchase examination. I thought they would tell me I needed Level 3 inspection but he said with the year and low miles I only needed level one. They are not going to do any unnecessary work just for the money!

A@M Auto was honestly the best mechanic experience I have ever had. Professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. It didn't end up being good news. But that's life. I wish they were located in Boone NC too.

Everyone at A&M is wonderful and very communicative. They re up front about costs and really give an added level of customer service. I would definitely recommend their services over a dealership or shop just looking to make a profit.

When selecting a doctor you want to pick an expert in their field who puts the patient first and fixes the medical issue without preforming extra costly procedures. Great place to get your vehicle serviced. They treat you so well and let me know in advance of something that had not been fixed properly prior to me owning my Audi which they fixed. This is one of the few places that I can truly say I'm comfortable with to take a vehicle.Dutch and his folks have always treated me and my family with fairness and respect and never tried to upsell just because.They have integrity and will do the right thing.If you are in need of service for your car and don't know where to go, give A&M a call. They will do the right thing for you and not just look at you as an open wallet.

Outstanding service and a team of friendly professionals. We have complete confidence in entrusting our Audi A5 to them. Our Audi was plagued by an irritating rattle, and we were baffled about its origin. A&M Auto, however, swiftly identified the issue within a few hours the front cross brace bolts were unexpectedly loose. I recently purchased a 2019 Lexus ES 350 F Sport and wanted to have the oil changed and get a quick service check prior to taking a road trip to Ohio. John was great about scheduling the appointment and providing info on the Lexus and they even did a 30 point inspection at no extra charge as they had not serviced the car before. I am very pleased with the quality of the service and support from A&M Auto Service for my Lexus and would recommend them highly . Keep up the good work !

a really high quality shop. a get-what-you-pay-for situation. the intake form even asks how much you love your car. they care, they re knowledgeable, and they don t use any sales tactics. it s hard to find german specialists. i trust them with my TDI.

I took my 2013 highlander in for a brake inspection and overall assessment and they tailored my service based on my needs, priority of demand, cost and availability. It wasn't cheap but the value was good. My one experience lead me to believe they are a pretty solid and trustworthy group. I'll use them again so that's a pretty good review.Service: Brake service & repair

A&M is absolutely top flight. They made sure I understood the issues with my car before beginning repairs, and allowed me a lot of input in where to start and what should be done. Complete rip -off! They wanted to charge me a $75 diagnostic that would not go towards any total cost to repair. There was a coolant leak that killed the alternator. (I work on cars but due to my busy schedule and it not being my vehicle I decide to place the vehicle in the shop). I was then notified of an additional $65 battery testing fee (a service that auto parts stores perform for free) and also told that this does not go towards any repair cost. When I complained, the service representative played pass the phone. Needless to say this place is a SCAM and I would advise anyone to take their vehicle to the actual manufacturer's dealership for repairs because you might just come out cheaper than this place.

I have been a grateful customer of A&M Auto Service for many years. I have always been more than satisfied with all facets of their service. I will continue to use A&M as long as I own any vehicleI highly recommend them. They are fantastic.
