Prices are always marked wrong! Very nice staff. Very knowledgeable but the prices are only a suggestion.

I was driving by & noticed the amount of awesome looking plants outside & was interested in buying a few flats of a few different plants. They had no price tags on any of the plants I was interested in buying. Went inside to ask for the prices. A bearded guy that worked there came outside to show me where the prices once were ... He then went inside to tell me what the prices were that they had on a sheet. Once he stepped behind the counter he acted like I didn't exist & started caring for other customers at the front. Very unprofessional & great way to drive away a new customer! I've never shopped at this store before & his lack of customer service ensured that I won't be giving them any of my business in the future. It would've taken 30 seconds to look at the sheet next 2 the register & tell how much the plants were. I was confused & a bit baffled by his neglect. Take your money elsewhere to a business that values customer service, this place DEFINITELY DOESN'T!

How refreshing to walk into the store and be greeted with Hello! Can I help you ? And they genuinely mean it! The experience of shopping here is actually pleasant. The staff is friendly and make you feel welcome and appreciate your business large purchases or small, it doesn t matter. This is definitely a 5 star store. I highly recommend them!

Today I visited this hardware for the first time, the store appeared clean but I can t say that made me feel any better as none of the employees had their mask on. They even had a very nice display of mask for sell. With corona virus going around and being so contagious along with the governor s mask order I will think long and hard before I come back.

Nice store, always have what I need, however, I will not return. None of the staff were wearing masks, one actually chewing his lunch while walking down the aisles, mouth wide open. Very disheartening that they do not care about their own safety or the customer's.

One of the absolute best hardware stores I've ever visited, I drove over 30 mins to get here because my area didn't have the piece I needed for my plumbing issue and this lady with short dirty blonde hair went above and beyond to make all the pieces fit together for us. Very helpful staff and the prices were cheaper than lowes.

I am a Mason by trade but am a DIY at heart. I purchased supplies for installing a dehumidifier under my crawl space. I needed vinyl tubing, metal ducting strap, ring clamps, 3/4 plastic threaded slide on/compression pipe fittings, and trash bags. They had it all and was helped immediately upon entry. The staff is quick and knowledgeable. Much like Burney Hardware. I was pleasantly surprised with the pipe fitting section. If you are in the pinehurst area it's a much better option than Lowes. This place will probably have the items you need.

It was so nice to be able to drive right down the street to pick up an a/c filter and avoid the in town traffic. Not to mention you can't beat the fast, friendly service. Glad to have our own little hardware store in Pinehurst!

All 5 employees had no mask on as if it were against the rules. They are very nice and helpful but it s clear they either have strange beliefs or they don t care about the welfare of their customers. Either way, I will not shop there until this is over.

I have stopped going here. After the third visit in as many weeks and most of the employees are not wearing masks. It's too bad because it's a nice little store but I refuse to go now. Wish they cared more for their customers.
