We had the most stress free car purchase experience that we have ever had. Everyone was professional, warm, and accommodating. We enjoyed having Ian Longfellow as our salesman. He was knowledgeable and made us feel good about our purchase without any pressure. Top notch sales manager! Billy Clark was also great in processing the transaction and explaining everything we needed to know during the process. I will recommend Clark Chevrolet to anyone interested in buying a car. You are the best!

Always great service and friendly helpful staff on hand for anything you need. Whether buying a new car, needing service or a repair at the body shop, you are well taken care of. As long as I live in the area, they are my go to car dealer.

My daughter is not happy!! The body shop is the worst. Using zip ties and not fixing what was broke. Quote was for a little over $900 but was charged over $1800. Also talked to another man that took his mother's car in and he got it home and it would not turn off. He called them and they had to take a rollback to pick it up, take back to shop,then wanted to charge him for their f-up,he told them no and to bring it back to his mother's house. So people beware!!Pictures show what is had to fix today!!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Body & Trim, Auto body & trim replacement

I cannot say enough positive comments about my experience in purchasing my new vehicle with Ross at Clark Chevrolet Cadillac. This is the third new vehicle that I purchased and the first that I ordered to my desired specifications. It was my first Chevrolet. From the start, Ross provided excellent, professional, transparent service. He explained the process, clarified pricing, projected delivery to the week, and delivered a spectacular, clean, fully outfitted vehicle on time. I appreciated his constant communication throughout the process, including email, phone calls, and text messages that kept me informed on the status of the vehicle's progress.If service at Clark Chevrolet continues with this level of professionalism, I look forward to a long relationship with the dealership and Chevrolet.

This place is the absolute worst place spent hours and days here they finally fix some of the problems and then the owner was the worst attitude and way of doing business when a customer was there just to get issues resolved and told me that I needed to leave after his employee name Adam lied to me then try to cover it up and then take more money then they were suppose to. Sorry but some people are right and I m that person have a nice day

It was good. The whole office crew were so helpful trying to help us find our little packet we keep our registration and insurance info. We finally found it after we were home and searched the vehicle. Thanks to all for the extra time they gave to help us find it.

Had a collision with a deer and needed to get my truck repaired. The body shop office helped me to get my vehicle in sooner than expected and completed the repairs ahead of schedule. Can't say enough, to easy they made the whole process work, speed that it was done and quality of the work. Big thanks to Mandy and the team in the collision center.

I was in the market for a gently used truck. I spent countless hours looking and contacting dealerships ready to purchase. Some were already under agreement and most never returned calls or emails. I was also purchasing out of state 800 miles away in a sight unseen situation which on my end required only the best service.Clark was definitely different and there is no denying that their level service they expect to be provided to potential clients is high. I was contacted within 30 minute of inquiring of the particular truck I was looking at. I was connected with Ross Cooke who handled and made the entire process as smooth as glass. He shared additional photos and made sure that everything was perfect from service records to delivery of the truck. Total professional. And the truck was even better than the photos showed. the description and accuracy of every detail was spot on. Hats off to the Clark Chevrolet team. Well done and thank you! I would gladly make the 13 hour drive in a heartbeat for the next vehicle.

The Service Department at Clark Cadillac is excellent- patient, taking their time to explain things so I fully understand, they are not pushy at all about upselling and are mindful of my budget and timeline when suggesting and scheduling regular maintenance, diagnostic work and possible repairs.

They did everything professionally except at check out. I gave them a coupon to help with expense and they said it was already taken care of. I said I did not see it on the invoice and they said that it was applied to the labor charge and that I would not see it on the invoice.Really? How do I know that. Just when I thought I was feeling good about Clark Chevrolet this happens.Gives me bad vibes.Service: Electrical repair

I took my brand new 2021 Toyota 4Runner to Clark Collision Center after I was rear-ended. They got me in for my estimate quickly and I only had to wait a few days to get my truck in for repairs. Jesica's customer service is top notch and Chuck explained everything that was going to be done to my truck. They kept me updated on the status as it was going through the process and they even got everything done a few days early. I would highly recommend them for any body work you need done to your vehicle.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Just dropped in for my first service and once again Clark Cadillac Chevrolet exceeded expectations. And, to top it off, the car wash was more of a 'light' detailing! Gotta love my 'hometown' dealership.

5 stars for Todd East! Really appreciate him being upfront and confirming costs before doing the work! Easy to make an appointment on the website & good location from where I was.-1 star on overall review as when scheduling service - website lists all makes and models and doesn t disclose all listed service rates are more expensive for any make that isn t theirs. Would have gone somewhere else.
