I drive from Fayetteville near hope mills to Pine Bluff just outside Aberdeen to have anything worked on my truck at the transmission physician. I have never questioned his prices or the work needed. I discovered this shop by pure chance. Shop around but you won't find another honest shop unless that mechanic is you.

Great Service!Very Knowledgeable!Excellent Experience!They fit me in last minute & had my Honda ready within 24hours! The 2 other shops I called did not even return my voice-mail. Transmission Physician has my business from hear on out! I appreciate the quality Work!

The Transmission Physician is just that - a PhD in what car maintenance and repair should be. From your fist phone call with Pauline up until Scotty walks you out to your car and hands you the keys. Their service is second to none. This is the most knowledgeable and customer experience oriented shop I have ever been to. Do yourself a favor - call them for any and every service you need. You will not find a fairer price anywhere. They are amazing!

Good price, friendly, only time will tell if the repair holds. Just a heads up, pull into the dirt lot and go to the door towards the back of the left side wall.

Repaired my vehicle at a good price. Didn't include tax in estimate and did front end work that they knew would need an alignment but didn't tell me about that until after the work had been done. The alignment was cheaper than most places however. A very different experience from places up north where I normally got car work done, but apparently fairly common down south.Work was done professionally however and vehicle runs great and nothing ended up 'broken' that wasn't when I took it in.

If you want quality work done right THE FIRST TIME. Then this is the place to take your vehicle when you are having transmission or rear end trouble. They arent the cheapest but i know my work will be done right and in a timely manner without a call back. And the staff there are second to none.

Scotty and Pauline are the best. They put a transmission in our F250 while we were visiting our son at Fort Bragg. Scotty has years of experience. Very fair price, cannot imagine better service or better people!!

Scotty helped me design a remote, fan cooled transmission oil cooler for my old motorhome. He also spent the time to explain the problems of the Ford E40-D design flaws, and how to get the most life out of them without being taken by the who want to rebuild a tranny just because it gets hot, and pops a seal temporarily. Two shops in Atlanta wanted to do just that. What is amazing is that he charged nothing for his time and expertise. He is a jewel, as it is hard to find people like this who are totally committed to their profession and not trying to dupe or take you. I wish he was close, but he is 2000 miles from where I live now.Thank you, Team Scotty (his wife too!).

After calling about my transmission issues they told me what to look for and what could be wrong. I corrected issue myself. They didn't have to do that but i greatly appreciate them for the assistance. If I ever transmission issues i will take it to them.
