This body shop is amazing and I highly recommend them! Tommy, his wife, and the other staff here have been awesome to work with. Professional and very friendly. I've used them twice for repairs and for both visits everything went smoothly with no problems. Easy to get to and great to work with. Last time I was here was over 20 years ago they still the best in customer service they are so friendly make you feel comfortable to make you feel like they were able to help you out and give you the best service work ever

THORNSBURY IS THE BEST!!! . HANDS DOWN!!! I was hit by a deer a few months ago. I had a hard time finding a body shop. I was referred to Thornsbury & I am so glad that I was. Jessica was soooo nice & professional. She got me in earlier than expected. Barry was so friendly when he called to confirm my appointment. Daniel & Tommy did an amazing job on my car. It looks like I had never been hit by anything. When I went to pick it up, it was washed & detailed. I was so happy with the job that was done. Nice professional folks. Friendly too. If there's one knock (1 star deduction), it's the backlog. Three month 'plus' before you can get a car in??? Couldn't imagine the spot that would put people in if they really needed their car.

Thornsbury's Body Shop is the absolute best. Number one in customer service, workmanship and professionalism. In these crazy times with labor and parts shortages they took me in on short notice and got me my vehicle back in no time. Please shop local. Please use Thornsbury's whenever possible.

Friendly service. They fixed a minor problem for me and refused to charge me for it even though I offered to pay. I would go back if I ever needed body work as it seems that they are fair minded people.

I had an estimate done on a government vehicle. They were so fast and efficient giving me the estimate. They're awesome!!!!

Went by here to get an estimate on a repair and the lady who gave the estimate was very friendly and helpful. She gave a me a print out and it was free.
