For those complaining about cost: if it was easy, you d be doing it yourself! Nothing but admiration for the knowledge and skillset of these men. They relentlessly tracked down some difficult-to-find parts for my 2nd gen Ram. They even consulted outside sources to find the best solution. If you want the best for your vehicle, take it to the Pro Shop.

I used The Pro Shop recently. They were seriously busy, but made time to get to my vehicle. They diagnosed it, ordered parts and had it back to be in an acceptable timeframe. Most of my interaction was with John, Ben and Ryan, and they were all professional. This is my go-to shop in the area. I recommend them. Pro shop Auto Repair is a great team of professionals that really are pros at what they do. Very courteous, genuinely friendly and accomplish their work in a timely manner. I highly recommend them!

Huge mistake trying this place for the first time. I explicitly told them I wanted my vehicle just looked at over the phone. When I arrived and gave them my keys I reiterated the same. Three hours later I have the same broken door handle and a window that doesn't go down. Obtw for the low sum of 200 dollars. Never ever go there.

I have taken multiple vehicles to The Pro Shop and I am never disappointed, and never have any doubt in their work. Prices are extremely competitive, and there are NEVER any odd charges. If you are sick of being ripped off at dealerships, and don't trust a local Ford maintenance department, come to the Pro Shop and you will get the service that every driver deserves.

I ve never written a review but this had to be said, I took my car in for an estimate. Every other shop I ve ever taken it to have an estimate ive never had to pay before they did any work on the vehicle what so ever. I originally took my vehicle to Jason s tire and auto in Aberdeen where I got a FREE estimate and was referred to the pro shop because it was beyond their ability. I take it to the pro shop, simply requesting an estimate on repair cost. I m told it ll be well over what I was willing to pay I said cool I ll come pick it up. The man at the desk says your total is $107 This frustrated me for many reasons: I had 2 phone calls with the shop both of which the individual did not notify me that d I d have to pay for an estimate or that I owed anything at all, I ve taken cars to plenty of other shops and never had to pay to have an estimate. I did not ask for a vehicle diagnostic and I said to call me before anything was done to let me know what was going on. This is $107 life lesson for me, I m sure they are great mechanics and do a fine job, what I do know is they aren t the best at communicating and I will not being taking a vehicle to this shop in the future.

Absolutely amazing work done! Super fast I was seeing family in nc and my driveshaft decided it was done and part of the transmission cracked. It was done quickly and I was given a military discount and everything is running amazing. I will be going back when I m stationed in North Carolina

I had our van towed into Pro Shop because of what was diagnosed by another auto repair shop as a blown head gasket. Pro Shop tested the engine and told me that it was a thermostat and it had to be tuned up. I said OK....$800 plus later they call and I go and get the van. I drove it 5 miles before the temperature light came on. I took it back immediately. Well lo and behold it was a blown head gasket. They refunded $200+ for the thermostat and labor and then said it would cost $2,700 to fix the head gasket. I went and got my van preforming exactly as it did when I first brought it in. Beware as they did not correctly diagnosis the engine problem nor fix it in any satisfactory manner. You have been advised to process with caution and a tight hold on your wallet.

Always great service reasonably priced. Pleasant to deal with. They never do unneeded work, but will tell you "maybe next time you want to consider doing this."

Team there was helpful with knowledge but sadly could not fix my problem. Steep price of over $60 to hook a coder up to my truck to tell me 1 code.

From day one I have experienced nothing but excellence from the Pro Shop. They have taken care of my classic, my import, and my daily driver. Each time they delivered professional results. They are the only shop allowed under the hood of any of my vehicles!!!

My experience was not good so I would advise to stay away. Did not properly diagnose my issue and the gentleman working the front desk is very unprofessional. Telling me my car was not a priority and to be patient. Will never go back.

I really like the shop but prices are triple or quadruple what other auto shops charge. I asked them to look at my cabin filter and they charged me just to look at it. Then 3 X's what it cost to replace

Good place to get car repaired but I guess it's not.Note Employees do not wear Face Mask or Covering during the entire process of the County or United States Of America Cov19 virus pandemic.
