My daughter had hit a pot hole with her Suv tire busted I called where we had bought the tires from only 5 months Earlier they checked 50 of their stores and didn't have one, and didn't know if they could get one. Call Scott's tire late on Monday he got me the tire by Wednesday morning. Thank you for getting what we needed so quickly.

This is hands down the best experience I've ever had at a service center. These guys are the best and I highly recommend them! They helped me get my Bronco Raptor back on the road in minutes! If you're in Pembroke NC and need a solid place! Try them!

I'll never go back again my 1st and last time. Went to have my spare put on and 2 days later my tire was coming off broke one of my studs that the lug nuts go on so i advise you not to go there

Went in for a front brake job and they told me I needed rear brakes as well. I had just replaced the rear brakes less than a year prior to them telling me this. The rear brake pads were worn at an angle showing signs of calipers sticking. The young guys running the place said no need to replace the calipers. I took his advice and they turned the rotors which their machine/blades did a poor job causing it to sound like an airplane when braking. The guy said oh I had another customer said the same thing after we turned her rotors. Well heres your sign!! A year later guess what, I need rear pads again. They are worn at an angle with one side having almost the full thickness of the pad. Guess what else, calipers are stuck and now seized up.

One of the best in Pembroke NC. Ray and his guys are always helpful and friendly. They also do great work. Only people around I will let handle my rims.

Definitely recommended. They try to work with you when your car totally dies and try to get it squeezed in. They're knowledgeable and they're extremely honest and their prices seem fair although the work we've had so far I haven't needed somewhere else but I highly recommend give me them a try if you're in the need for a mechanic anywhere in the area. I'd say I look forward to using them again but I hope I don't need a mechanic again for a while lol. Shout out to the girl behind the desk she is incredibly empathetic

Took my car in for an alignment and only took like 30 minutes to do the job and got my car riding smoothly no more pulling to the right when i drive did a great job.

I'm student at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, my home base is Charlotte, NC. On the way home, my alternator belt snapped. Scott's was the closest place AAA could tow me. I had my mother get me home while I waited for them to give me a quote the next day. They claimed I needed a new alternator along with the new belt, grand total was $575 after the college student 10% off. Thankfully, I had a buddy with a flatbed willing to take me there after I got off work. We got it home, tested things ourselves, and the alternator was completely fine. Repairing the belt took 20 minutes, only because we decided to do the other two belts while we had them off. The belt cost $30. The folks here knew I was at their mercy and took advantage of my situation, what they didn't count on was me not putting up with that and coming to get it. Hope ya'll treat your locals better cause that behavior is down right pathetic. Thanks for nothing.Service: Auto maintenance

Highly recommend this shop. Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Had front end work done on my 2015 F250. Excellent craftsmanship. Bought a set of Cooper all terrain tires. Very satisfied.

Ray and his staff were very professional. The service was done extremely fast...same day service in fact. I called and needed a brand new set of tires that had to be ordered. They came to pick up my car at work at 4pm and I picked up my car at 5:15pm. Not only were they quick, the awesome customer service and friendly smiles were definitely a plus. I also received a great price on my tires and the installation. Stop in at Scott's tire for your next set of tires and/or service.

The prices are reasonable and very professional and very helpful,friendly. I came from Fayetteville because the shops there was by appointment only and Scott's took me right off road. I would recommend this shop to everyone if u need ur car fixed quickly and professional come on down to Pembroke NC

As soon as I got there I was greeted with friendly people who cared about helping me and making sure they gave me the best service possible. Took care of everything in a professional and timely fashion. Explained everything that was wrong and how they fixed it and if I had any other questions to not hesitate and call. Will definitely be going there again if I need anything else done.

Very nice people and they do great, quality work. Decent prices on labor as I brought my own set of brakes. Would definitely come back. Only issue is the parking lot can be kinda tight to get in and out of

If I could give zero stars I would. They are the WORST. They tried to charge me 1k to fix a lower control arm and to get an alignment and I had my own parts.They gave me a quote but refuse to send me the quote thru email so I could get the true break down. I tried calling but noone would answer, but if I would call from another number they would answer. Take your car somewhere else.
