Listen everyone, if you need a professional, timely, reasonably priced and friendly pick up...don't hesitate to call Gene's Towing. He was on time and a pleasure to work with on getting my newly acquired vehicle home safely. Moreover, the guy never used profanity which was a real plus for me. he stole the transmission computer out of my friends car, which made it never drive again. He also fixed my starter but after i pulled off the lot my car drove worse than it ever did.

My tire blew out while I was on the highway. I called roadside assistance and they sent Gene s Towing to tow my car. The gentleman did an awesome job he was quick, courteous, and very friendly!When I said my dad was driving 4 hours to pick my car up with a trailer, he found the perfect spot to drop my car off where I had access to food and entertainment to help keep me comfortable. The original address I had entered in on my roadside assistance request would ve been an awful idea, so I m very glad he suggested a different location!Service: Car towing

Gene answered my call when nobody would for a tow after a car accident. After having issues with my phone and getting it fixed he waited with me outside of Copart until my ride showed up. This company is what it s all about helping people in the time of need and not asking for anything in return except a handshake. Our alternator went out 2 hours from home , so we called around looking for someone to tow us to a garage. We called Gene's and his cousin Danelli (Not sure I'm spelling his name correctly) came to give us a tow. Little did we know he would save us. He was so kind and helpful. Not only did he offer to replace the alternator....he spent ALL day helping us find an alternator. He even drove us 20 minutes away and waited 2 hours with us to have the alternator delivered. He went above and beyond to help us. Great guy!!! Felt like we made a friend.Service: Car towing

Danielley was our driver, and he was awesome. You could tell he had been working hard in the dirt all day by his clothes, but he had a great attitude and was very timely. An unfortunate accident happened in transit, and Danielley took full ownership. The people at the shop were surprised he said anything about it at all, because most drivers don t.Service: Car towing

Gene helped me to move two of my vehicles while I was broken down on the side of the road. This was the best towing company I've ever dealt with. The driver was polite and cordial. The service was amazing I'd recommend this towing company to anyone. Outstanding job performance. And punctuality was just amazing I was given a time that they would be there and you could set your watch to it

I ran my car off the side of a dirt road into a ditch. Then, while I was idling, it ran out of gas at 3:00 am and I didn t have anyone to call. But, I called, and Gene came right over and was able to tow my car home. This man is great. Thank you!
