Was there to drop off Verizon return package for UPS pickup. The clerk representative was professional and efficient with receiving and documenting my package. I also needed a bottle of cataclean, which he found quickly and processed my purchase.

Needed to replace a battery in one of my vehicles. Was able to get in and out really fast. Employees were very helpful and answered all my questions.

Awesome customer service. The employees are always down to earth and funny. Today one of the employees walked me through how to plug my tire even though it took 20 minutes in the rain.

Charles was great with helping out with my car battery! That guy deserves a raise. Update: On 12/30/23 my boyfriend went to this location and didn t find what he needed, we later found out that the manager on duty (April) had her employee to follow him out and take pictures of his truck as he was leaving saying that he stole something. When he went back to confront them about this incident, April said the employee was just doing his job . I will not be back to this location because he was profiled and the way the manager handled this situation was not okay. A simple apology could ve went a long way but she decided to instigate the situation. If I could rate her 0 stars I would.

Posted prices are wrong and you're expected to pay for their mistakes. Walmart is across the street and the same item was $4 cheaper.

If you order something and it says it's ready for pickup you better drop everything and run there or, they'll turn around and sell it and cancel your order. See order 132383552. I'm at a loss, how was it ready for pickup one day and canceled three days later? What happened to the 7 days? Online chat was no assistance especially when that was the only one available in the state.

The gentlemen who helped me tested my alternator and battery and replaced the battery for free after I bought it! He was so nice and understanding.

Came in and received little to no help, employees were chatting and didn t offer help. Not a good experience. I have found the chain helpful but not this location.

Price for a battery was 160 plus tax...that's a rip off if I've ever seen one. Said that maybe we could find a used battery somewhere for like $80....umm....no homie. Went and got a brand new one for $100 including install. Never shopping here.

Ordered gas tank and they said it would be there that evening. Went back the following week and they couldn't find it. Then they said I could order it then but I don't understand why they didn't order it in the first place.

If u need parts don't go to advance after five the nuts work after five and probably better to not go at all cheaper on internet
