These guys were great, easy to talk to staff and they had the part I needed. Shipping was quick and the price was right.Left my number with someone late Tuesday, got a call back early Wednesday, they had the part ready to ship. They were honest as to not knowing the functionality of the radio I was buying and were quick to send a photo of the part. There was damage to the face which they were upfront with. The part worked great, they were responsive and I'm happy.Not a normal buying experience these days so they get 5 stars from me. Thanks guys.

Not very friendly staff. Called looking for parts and the lady who answered the phone acted like I was interfering with her afternoon siesta. Didn t want to be bothered looking up parts for me and acted as if they couldn t get me off the phone fast enough. The service has gone downhill since they opened under new management. I do not think I will burden them with having to take my cash money. Especially when there are so many other places that would be more than happy to have the business. Maybe for one week out of the month they could get a non-pms afflicted person to deal with the public. It is apparent that lady is suffering from the condition terribly bad. My condolences to her husband and her colleagues.

EXCELLENT customer service, very reasonable rates. I needed a tailgate for my car. I called around noon, confirmed they had the part in stock, payed over the phone, and they delivered the part to me THE SAME DAY at my dealer which is about 65 miles away by 4:30pm. I will definitely do business with them in the future.

Called these guys about a seat for my truck, called about 10 others before them but their listings where not up to date and was sold already, they were going to hold my item(Truck seat)but I took off work the next day and they had it out waiting for me when I got there, price was correct and customer service was excellent

I bought a engine when it arrived it did not have a rear main seal and the crankshaft was gouged. I talked to the owner about it and oh well too bad it must have happened in shipping. What a load of bull just selling bad parts and not standing behind it

Easy to deal with. Good prices on hard to find parts, have had 2 good experiences with them so far. Will definitely do more business with them.

They sell you the wrong part then won't own up to it. The last time I buy anything from them. A waste of my time. Thanks guys.

I drove 30 minutes to get an alternator they said they had on the shelf only to find out they lied there was no part so if theese people tell you they have it tell them to make sure its very disappointing when you get there and they dont

Poor customer service and the owner is never is in his office and never returns phone calls. Never deal with them as they do not care about their customers.
