I bought my 2014 Acura TSX from Next to New, the process was seamless. The car itself has been phenomenal. Jim was very friendly & his willingness to help is outstanding! I appreciate him & Next to New so much!

They were suppose to be cleaning out a van for me, getting the mechanic to fix whatever going on with it, and giving me a call. It's been 2 or 3 months. Never really happened. They're selection is very small, they had new guys hanging around Everytime I went claiming to work there and asking for my number... Needless to say, I found a vehicle elsewhere. But the girl that works there seems really nice and helpful. The guy I met about the van seemed pretty cool as well, just never got an update. So hey, give them a shot of you see something you like, but again, the selection is tiny.

Just went there to get my car washed! They were very professional.. They sale cars,Rims, tires. I would recommend this place if your looking 4 a good used car...

We got a car, and ten days later it stops running. They tried to fix it but the mechanic in Durham cannot find the problem. We have taken the car back to the mechanic in Durham 3 times, and had to leave it overnight once. The latest problem started and we could not make it out of Oxford and that was 2 weeks and a payment ago. No loaner or word when we will get a running car. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

Unprofessional, not only in how they go about handling business but how they present themselves at work. Lackadaisical and unwilling to except fault when they are wrong. All around not a pleasant car buying experience

Hey i brought an car from NEXT TO NEW car lot in early part of 2016 for an nice nice amount of money for an bad car that was no good i had problem with it every since i got it from them DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THERE them people taking your money for bad cars they brought auction and saling them to you for more then what they are good for.
