Don't usually leave reviews but thought compelled to do so after my recent experience with Low Life. I had no idea what I needed or wanted until I talked with these folks. They kept it simple and did not pressure me into more than I needed. The sales and installation process was very comfortable and yielded a solution that exceeded my expectations. These are my kind of people. I would highly recommend them.

I was everywhere in search for a system and no lie 4 text messages in they told me to come in and once I got there they got me set up Low life is the my go to for audio needs and all very very impressed I've always dreamed of a system like this and thank you guys for making it happen for me nice work and nice service team lowlife

I bought a sound down E-10 and the cone started to come apart haven t had the sub for not even 2 months he blamed the boxes but I have 2 identical subs and two identical boxes, so why did one sub do it and not the other it seems like it was faulty equipment but he won t stand behind it.

Im in Awe !!! First of all Owner seemed attentive.let me State just the Facts!!!called on Fathers Day Owner responded on Monday told me Thursday was open. Took Bike in to Can Am dealer on Tue had oil change and Serviced was told the bike was in an impressive shapeBike rode nice. Rode Bike 68 miles to low life. To have Stereo installed. Thursday eve went to pick up Bike it sounded ok paid $$$ Like a honest dumb a$$.Walk out to take Bike. Bike had Transmission fault! Windshield wouldnt work Parking brake would not unlock But didnt show on panel.Owner (skeeter) says If its something I Did I will Stand by it!!! Im not a bike mechanic .Huh!!! I RODE THE BIKE IN WITH NO ALARMS They Took the parking brake spring loose to roll the bike (indicated in pic) said I could ride the bike it would just beep "not safe" waited for a tow truck to tow bike to dealer. sat outside in pking lot 8 pm left bike at shop to be towed to dealer 9:00 am.24 jun 2022 .They read several can am forums on everything Still I have no Bike well waiting for Bike to be towed to shop Performance East Goldsboro Ncthe facts!!!

Very professional and down to earth guys. Skeeter and slim know what they're doing when it comes to the audio.great environment and atmosphere. Just know you get what you pay for when it comes to music. VERY PLEASED WITH THE INSTALLATION AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND LOW LIFE CUSTOMS

We thought we would use the professional to suggest and install a MARINE radio onto a pontoon boat. We went with Lowlife Audio, and the OWNER suggested a Kenwood receiver and the OWNER did the install. In less than 24 hours, the boat is rained on, the NEW Kenwood shorts out. What s the problem? The OWNER didn t recommend a marine housing, which is needed when installing a marine radio. We thought we were using a professional, apparently not. The 24 hour old Kenwood is now useless. Took the boat back to the OWNER, now he suggests a new radio marine radio shroud, and another NEW radio! All at MY COST! Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Go with an experienced professional. Go elsewhere.
