We are so thankful to Greg s Tire & Service for staying open late to help our family. We are traveling back home tomorrow and their team was gracious enough to wait until our tow arrived. Thankfully they had our tire size in stock and were able to replace our blown tire. Five star service. Our family would have been stranded without their help. Thank you.

I had my front brakes put in aftermarket when it was time for my front brakes to get changed. He tried to tell me he never changed them for that price on that same car and try to charge me for $1000 for OME breaks he kept on acting like if I was confused and brought him a different car, it was definitely sarcastic service with a smile on

I have gone to Greg's tire for years and unfortunately the lady who answered the phone today was extremely rude and hung up on me. She has no idea how to talk over the phone to customers and had no patience whatsoever. I understand the world has turned upside down, but treating people unkindly is not what Jesus teaches. Unfortunately, I will not return to Greg's because of her.

I have been a loyal customer of Greg s Tire for years, but my recent encounter with the woman answering their phone has left me extremely disappointed. This woman was rude and unprofessional. She must be the owners wife or that behaviour wouldn t be tolerated. Only idiots would be that rude to customers. I have four trucks that I have serviced here but not anymore. It would be a cold day in hell before I ever do business with Greg s Tire in Otto. And I plan on letting all my friends and family know how rude the face of this company is.

Driving up from Florida on vacation, around Clayton we noticed our tire pressure was low. Filled it up and had to stop a 2nd time as we were losing pressure again. Googled and found Greg's Tire Service - 2 miles ahead. They were amazing!! We had a punctured tire. Got it diagnosed and replaced as quickly as possible. They were very efficient and friendly. I was so happy we stopped there and now they got us back on the road to continue our vacation! Thank you!

Always very professional! Randy goes above and beyond providing best customer service. He is always very busy, but he manages to single-handedly address all the requests. Reasonable pricing is always a bonus. I did tire replacement here. They caught some issues with my car, which helped me timely fix issues before it happened somewhere on a highway. Thank you guys for all you do!

I had a tire emergency a few days ago. I had driven to three other tire shops in the area before I got to Greg's Tire. I simply needed a tire change. They did it immediately! And didn't even charge me for it! I was prepared to pay for the service. I was asked to tip the young man that changed it out for me. I didn't catch his name but I was happy to give! A huge thank you to Greg's Tire!

Fixed a flat tire in minutes. Checked the air in all 4 tires plus my spare. Reinstalled the tire and stowed my donut spare. Excellent service.

It was a great place with great people. I met Randy at the counter. The guy knows his business. As a business owner myself I believe customer service should be rewarded as it is no longer as prevalent in our society. The technicians were great they brought stuff to my attention I wasn't even aware of. I dont remember everyone's name but I bet Randy does. I hope my employees can hold up to the standards Randy and his teem set. I wish I could give them a raise cause they all deserve it.

Driving home to FL from the Great Smokey s and our alternator died. Greg s tire & service saved us and a God sent. They were a mile from the ga station where the alternator light went on as they took us in without a hassle. Randy the mechanic over there went over the moon and back for us. They are the most hospitable people with genuine hearts. They are focused on customers and making sure the customers are happy and accommodated. They are also pet friendly and accommodated our 3, 90 lb dogs with ease. They even skipped their lunch break to finish fixing the van. They fixed it in less than 1 hour. We only had $40 in cash and we gave for tip but everyone deserved $100 each for the above and beyond service and treatment they provided. We are very thankful to the staff and for your assistance. God works his wonders in many ways and He placed his blessings on the hands of the staff who worked on our van. We appreciate you all may God give you all the blessings of abundance of customers and reviews. Have a wonderful holiday season!

Absolutely wonderful shop. Friendly and professional. They have squeezed my emergencies in a couple of times, and I will support this company always. They have done my oil changes, tires and more.

I won't go anywhere else for my tires. Their prices are competitive, and the free lifetime rotations- made the decision easy for me. During my visits, I've watched twice as they've made allowances to help out travelers with unexpected situations. Nothing but good things to say for this place.

It was just before closing time when I pulled in to Greg's Tire. No appointment, they were swamped! Phones ringing off the hook. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite though he was totally covered up assisting in the front and back! He went out checked my oil, had one of the guys in the back fill it. Charged me easy and had me on my way quickly. Great job!

Greg's Tire is the best. Today, returning from vacation in the mountains we blew out a tire on our VW Jetta Sportwagen near Otto, NC. Luckily, Greg's Tire was nearby and they replaced the tire, we were in and out and back on our way in 25 minutes. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The price of the tire and labor were surprisingly low. I'm 70 years old and this is the best tire store I have ever been to. Thank you Greg's Tire and Service Center. Jim Gilmore

Got my truck back from a oil change with it leaking from the drain plug. They say it's from the front main seal and then they guys wife comes out saying it's and axle? Like come on now it's common sense to see where it's leaking from. Especially if that seal has been replaced recently. This place will never get my business again.

WOW! They were kind enough to work me in on short notice. I can't say enough about the service and the cleanliness of the waiting area. The young man behind the counter was polite and courteous. How nice!! It was a pleasure doing business with them. I will definitely be areturn customer.

Randy and his team did a phenomenal job getting my problem fixed! They were professional, kind, fast, and helpful. I was in a real pinch! I didn t know what was wrong and they quickly looked at my brakes and found the pebble stuck behind the rotor. Which of course was a huge relief to me that I didn t needed need to replace my brakes/rotors/pads!! I really appreciated their kindness and help! They are definitely trustworthy!

Stopped by Pritchett's first since they were closer. They said the tires would be in the next day. I tried calling several times to make sure the tires had arrived but only got an answering machine. Finally had to drive down there to find only 3 out of the 4 tires had arrived...... I told them to forget it. I called Greg's and got a real person - not an answering machine. They had the tires - all of them - the next day. They were pleasant to deal with and had all 4 tires on - mounted, balanced and ready to go - within 30 minutes of my appointment time. I'll definitely be back.

These people know their stuff and their prices are reasonable. I had a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. In and out in less than an hour plus I got to visit with their dogs. I'll be back.

I had a flat tire while traveling and these nice people were wonderful!!! They got me in and out in under 30 minutes! They were so friendly and knowledgeable! Great customer service AND great prices!!!! Thank y all so much!

Please take a moment to read. We were desperately searching for a tire shop to help us. We lost our "impossible" security key on some very big wheels. No one could help us because this key was made specifically for these wheels. We've taken it to four different tire shops and to make matters worse, the security lug was stripped in the process, but we weren't upset because they were trying to help.When we told my father what was going on, he told me, "Take it to Greg's. If anyone can get it off they can." We did, this was our last stop because we didn't know what to do. One tire was extremely destroyed, but luckily we made it to Greg's. Well the sweetest fella by the name of Justin came out there and said he loved a challenge. He did it on his lunch break, took all of them off for us in less than 15 minutes. Then they didn't want to charge us. So I have the fella who earned it , I gave it to him. Thank you! You guys take wonderful care of your customers. Justin, you are the best customer service rep and employee. You guys saved our butts when no one else could. God bless all these wonderful folks here. The whole staff was ridiculously awesome.

Greg's WAS my go-to place for tires, oil changes, brakes, unfortunately it has gone down hill. I've made three appointments for two vehicles in the last three months, two of those appointments were for oil change, rotate tires, and check brakes (replace if needed). Both of those appointments, when I arrived, on time, I was told they "didn't have time for that today and I needed to make an appointment." I said, "that's why I am here, I MADE an appointment for this. My suggestion would he to get new people to run the office!!!!

I got a flat tire during a visit to the Highlands Aerial Park. I dropped my family off and called Greg's Tire Center to let them know of my situation. I was able to get there which was few miles away and they were very busy. The person that answered the phone remembered right away of our phone conversation and got my vehicle in right away. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. These guys were very nice with top service skills from the front desk to the technicians, I give them thumbs up! Thanks for getting me back on the road ASAP. I have never seen this speedy quality service anywhere. Great job guys!
