All the guys were quick, very informative, and friendly. My fluids were topped off and tire pressure was checked in addition to my oil change. Very pleased & happy with them!

I have an older truck- Every time I go here The service is quick. The staff is courteous, and work is thorough. Wait room is clean. Any issues I have are addressed and promptly taken care of. No pressure. I highly recommend this place.

Always a great experience at Strickland Brothers. Fast, efficient and friendly guys. They take time to show you filers and oil level. Vehicle inspections are also done on weekends; so convenient when you work M-F.. I always recommend when ANYONE asks about the above services && prices are very competitive.

I have been to my share of quick oil changing places, but I ve never seen one this professional and quick. They had me in and out in 8 minutes and even checked my tires per my request. Everyone there was so nice and professional. It was below freezing outside, and they didn t skip a beat! They even showed me my dipstick after changing my oil to ensure I was happy. Not a bad price either! My family will ONLY use The Strickland Brothers for our oil changing needs! You gotta check them out!

We've been using Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil change in OIB since they have opened, they've never disappointed and this time was no exception. My preference is not to drive into the bays and they are always helpful and accommodating! The service is great and complete. Highly recommend!

Quick, nice and professional! Went for an inspection. Tag light was out. They replaced. He brought the old light out and showed us it was blown. While I was in the waiting room another man was getting an oil change, and another attendant brought out his cabin air filter and a couple others to show him (he did not need to change them), then at the end they brought his dipstick out to show him the oil level. I was impressed.

Strickland Brothers is the place to go for oil change and state inspection in SSB and surrounding area. They are fast and knowledgeable and their customer service is excellent! Can t recommend them enough.

Always fast, friendly, & honest! I have been to Strickland brothers many times for oil changes and even my yearly inspection. The guys here are always so friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work gentlemen!

Very friendly and competent. These are the only people I trust to change my oil. They keep me posted of all changes or if they find something they tell me. No hidden fees. My car runs so good after they work on it. Thanks store 168!!! Keep up the great work!!

I took my car today for the NC car inspection. The process was quick, and no appointment was required. They are very professional, genuinely polite, and discount for Veterans. I agree with other reviewers and certainly agree to recommend it to others. Thanks for the great service including offering a bottle of water as a courtesy!

The company I work for uses this place to service their trucks. All I can say is wow! I was in now that place pretty quick. Never even had to leave my vehicle. I drove in over the pit and like a NASCAR crew, they went through the truck and had me in and out of there fairly fast. There was a little bit of a wait to get in. Pretty popular place to go I assume. And I know why. Let the guys at Strickland brothers take care of your oil and lubricant needs. They were very thorough and checked all the places they needed to look. Overall, the price is what you would expect for an express lube place. You could probably do it much cheaper on your own, but I dare you to do it as fast, and with the clean hands I had when I left. Lol. Good bunch of people

I arrived at around 3pm and was met by one of the service representatives. He asked had I been there before and what type of oil I used.About a minute later I drove my car into the bay and the service crew took over. They checked fluids and air filter. Filled up what needed topping off. Then changed the oil.I wasn t watching the clock but it seemed less than 10 minutes. Very happy with the results and the customer service. Will definitely be going back and recommending it to my friends.

As advertised, a 10 minute oil change. The two staff guys who did the work for me tonight were polite and professional. They had candy at the register - yum!I'm from (way!) out of town with respect to SB, so it is hard to give all 5 stars; I doubt I will ever be able return. But my buddy here in town recommended them - he gets his oil changed here all the time. And he was right.Highly recommended.Service: Oil change

The crew was on their game! I don t think I was there for more than 15 minutes total from the time of check-in to the time I hopped back in the car! They brought the dipstick to me to verify my oil fill with Valvoline full synthetic! Great group of guys doing quality work! Thanks again!! I will be back!
