Excellent service! I had a punctured tire that needed patched. The staff got me an appointment for the same day, got me in and took care of me all within an hour at a very reasonable price. Everyone was super friendly and professional.This location is super convenient right across the bridge from Ocean Isle. I highly recommend and will be back here for all of my tire needs when I am in Brunswick county.

I would highly recommend this for your automotive repair needs. I'm down here visiting for vacation and my brake pedal went to the floor. I was thinking it was probably a $300 to $400 job because I thought it was the master cylinder or brake booster. Jim and his staff did a full diagnostics on my car and they found that the brake fluid was old and dirty and it wouldn't even come out the bleeders. He recommended a brake flush before throwing parts at it. After they flushed the lines they were able to get a steady flow of fluid to all four wheels and my pedal came back and I got the car repaired for $80. I was highly impressed with their knowledge and honesty especially me being from out of state. Some places will price gouge you and try to rip you off but these guys were honest and straightforward as soon as I walked through the door and they not only save me money but they fixed my car within a couple of hours and got me back out on the road safely. Thank you again for being so honest and helping me.

Mavis Tire in Ocean Isle Beach is first-rate! While traveling through the area we developed a tire issue. Stopped into Mavis with no appointment, they took our car in and issue was resolved quickly and inexpensively while we enjoyed breakfast nearby. Richard and Donnie were very friendly and provided high quality customer service. The waiting area is very clean, and the business is in an easy access location. 5-star recommendation!

They had a great play area for my little one while we waited for a tire repair. Will be using them again, such a convenient location too. Easy online booking! They have a free air machine out front too!

The crew at mavis was awesome! I was in a crunch for time grabbing my kids from school and discovered a nail in my tire, I swung right in and they took me right away and had me patched up in 30 minutes! Very professional and quick and let s not forget knowledgeable! I recommend them to all my OIB friends and family. How convenient to have them as part of my community!

Had a great experience with the front staff both guys were cool plus remembered me from when I made the appointment! I came a little early and they got my car straight in all for my tire repair. All around Just Amazing.

Terrific service and honesty. Jim and Donny were wonderful and provided the best service experience with the most honest recommendations I have ever received regarding my vehicle. Highly recommend if you need any type of car services, especially brakes or tires; they are truly there to help. Absolute wonderful experience!

I had a appointment for 11am I got there on time, walked up to the counter and the two guys working the counter didn t acknowledge me for a couple of minutes until they realized that there were now two other people in the store. Finally told me they would be with me in a minute, I have been in the automotive/ parts Business for twenty years and neither of them seemed to know what they were doing by listening to the conversation. They finally got to me took my keys etc. it took them almost a hour to get my truck in to put on two tires. Finally when they were done I was looking at the tires and they are directional and one was installed backwards, I let the guy at the counter know about it and all he said is are you serious . They took it back in and fixed it, no I m sorry about that or anything. If you go be prepared to wait a while and if you have kids make sure you have something for them to do.

Best service and best prices!I was on vacation and stopping by here could have saved my life. I thought my tire just needed a patch but when he took it back he saw that the sidewall was destroyed and it could have blown out at any time. He made sure that I got a brand-new tire for a price that I could afford. Who knows what would have happened if I had driven it like that back home, 5.5 hours away?If you're looking for someone that is honest and has a genuine concern for their customers this is the place to go!

I went to the Ocean Isle Beach Mavis Tires & Brakes this morning because my wife had a nail/bolt in her tire. They told me that it could be plugged which was a great relief. Then the manager came out with the tire and showed me damage not related to the nail. He said he didn't know if they had done it taking the tire off, or it had been like that when I brought it in. He then said they would replace the tire for free as he felt it could be unsafe and I couldn't believe it. Anywhere else and they would have said it was damaged when it came in and it was my responsibility, but he said he didn't how it was damaged so they would replace it free of charge. Talk about good service. I would give them 10 stars if possible. They were so professional and nice that I would recommend without hesitation.

My tire pressure light came on in my car, so I brought it in to Mavis to get my tires checked. Donny was very helpful, even came out to visually inspect it before bringing it in the bay. Brought it in on my lunch break, didn't take long at all!

Absolutely excellent tire shop! Quick, professional, and prepared!I have brought multiple cars to this store, whether its a flat tire, or a bald "its time to change" tire, or even brake work, this store is the best in skill and price in the area!I would recommend this store to friends, family, and anyone looking for an easy and inexpensive repair/maintanence!

This was my first time going to Mavis. I had a flat tire that I was sure needed replaced. They ended up patching it for no FEE! Donny and Jim helped me, and provided EXCELLENT service. They were very helpful and courteous! I would definitely recommend them for your tire service

I would rate this Mavis 10 starts if I could! They got me in within a half hour of me calling and had my tire fixed in no time. Great customer service! Come here for all your car needs, they won t disappoint.

I needed tires for a while and finally did it. Went to the store and had a great customer service experience. They didn t try to over sell me on anything nor tell me I needed a million other things as well. The manager assisted me and got me exactly what I need and wanted. Will definitely be recommending this place to many people.

These guys are the best ever!! I came out of the grocery store and noticed my tire light was on. It said low tire pressure and I was scheduled to travel the next day. I saw the Mavis Tire next door and went in right at closing time. They were so nice to check my tire and realized that there was a screw in my tire. They took my car in immediately and repaired it for me. I am so thankful. I will be using them in the future for all of my tire needs. Richard, Donny and Jim....THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

What an amazing experience today at Mavis in OIB. Justin was really fantastic at explaining what my tire issues could be and reassured me that they would do everything possible to resolve any problems. When he called me a few minutes later with the details I was very impressed with how they fixed the issues. Over the top service and personal attention from Justin and the staff. Got a flat tire last second and was recommended to go here. They took us in with no appointment booked and had us ready to go within 25 minutes. Fast service and very friendly staff. Highly recommend going here if you need any help.

Just had Mavis Tire and brakes do an emergency all 4 brake service. All staff were very helpful and nice. They got me right in had the parts in stock. Clean waiting area a bonus too. Also noticed they are open on Sunday!

I had an air leak in my tire. Checked in with Donny for a 2pm appointment. He was extremely courteous and professional. They found a nail in my tire and had me in and out in no time flat (no pun intended). I highly recommend them for any service that you need.

Had an immediate need to get a valve stem replaced on a trailer tire. They took me in right away, fixed it in 5 minutes, and did not charge me. Great service. Will look to use them in the future for my service needs.

They were wonderful! Quick service and attention to detail! I had a problem with only one tire and they checked them all, reset the tire pressure light and double checked my spare to be sure everything was correct. As a women I ve had tire people try to rip me off several times over the years. That is not an issue with Mavis These guys are legit and really care about making sure things are right.

I had a nail stuck in my tire and the low tire pressure light came on. I stopped at Mavis Tires and Richard & Justin immediately helped me. They were friendly, professional, and gave me a great price! I was on my way within 15 minutes. Highly recommend!!!!!

This Mavis was amazing!!! First off, they're open on Sundays. If not for them, I would have had to miss work on Monday. Second, they provide excellent, speedy, and courteous service. I came here for a tire patch. But after I saw how great their work is, I started thinking of more things I might want done. This place is THAT great. Third, the waiting area is clean and spacious. I watched "Dateline" on their TV. They even had a little special corner for children. So, will I be back? You bet. And I will be sure to ask for Jim, who was funny, professional, and kind!

My tire pressure was low, so I stopped by to get the free air they so graciously provide. It was past six o clock and they were open (perfect for those 9-5 workers). The staff was very amicable from the time I entered the door. I told them about my problem and they investigated it. Turns out, I had a nail in my tire. YIKES! They patched it up for me. S/O to Chase and the team for the labor!

We just moved into the area from Utah and were looking for a great general service center. Mavis is the place. We received excellent service at a great price. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Work quality is excellent. Highly recommend Mavis Tire & Brakes.
