Turned to Jim's to help get my car in better running order while waiting to replace the car. He and his crew worked patiently with me and my weird schedule. Very friendly and helpful. Their checkout video of the car was very helpful.

Jim s crew always does a great job! Normally on time and they get what needs to be taken care of done quickly and efficiently. Phil, who took care of us, continually checks to make sure things are moving along as should be and to the satisfaction of the customer. The technicians are courteous and friendly. This was my first time at Jim's Car Care and I'll definitely be returning. Everyone was polite, courteous and professional. My final bill was significantly lower than the estimate I was given. The owner explained that the price for my tires was originally calculated incorrectly and he made sure it was corrected on the final bill. If he didn't say anything I would never have known the difference. This shows honesty and integrity and it's people like this that I want to do business with.

I always feel like I am in excellent hands at Jim's. I never feel like they are trying to push something on me that I do not need like I have experienced at other car places. The cost always ends up being a lot less than I am expecting. This place is truly a gem and seems to have genuinely good people working there that are very knowledgeable.

Jim s Car Care was great. I took my Audi A4 there for 100,000 mile service. I was concerned about up charges, but they said everything looked good and nothing was needed. I will definitely go back!

We were lucky that the first car care spot we found when we moved to the area was this one! Really friendly, knowledgeable staff, fair prices, and they ve never steered us wrong (no pun intended). They are always honest about the work you need vs what you can possibly wait a bit on. Pretty fast service too! I ve never waited for too long for them to get anything done. Our whole family brings our vehicles here!

First time at Jim's Car Care. Had a pulsating brake concern on 2020 Ascent. Had appointment and was greeted politely while listening to my concern. Gentleman explained they will verify my concern with the brakes. 20 minutes later he explained issue was just the front rotors warped. Back rotors were fine and brake pads had 50% life left. Suggested repair was to turn / lathe front rotors that would take approximating 60 minutes. This was spot on so I approved the immediate repair. This was excellent news as I had a estimate from a nearby competitor who wanted to upsell putting all new rotors and brake pads for 4 times the cost.I will bring ALL my vehicle service to Jim's Car Care now!Awesome Job!

It was hard to find a shop that worked on BMWs, but they definitely know what there doing here. Every one was so friendly, helpful, informative and thorough. I won't take my car anywhere else now.

My Air conditioning went out and I had a dinner date at five and ask Jim if he could get this done by 4:30 and sure enough it was done before that great place to get your car. Serviced good mechanics and good sales folks.

Jim's Car Care is the best! They let me schedule an appointment the next day. While I was at work I received a text that included pictures and quotes for all the things I had requested they check. I called back and they answered my questions. We came up with a plan and my car was ready by 3:00 pm. I was able to make an appointment for a future date to take care of the things that weren't immediately necessary but were needed later. They listened to me and respected my need to do the repairs and replacements on separate occasions. This is the second time I used Jim's Car Care. I would highly recommend Jim's Car if you're looking for a trustworthy place to take your car.

Today my check battery light came on. I called and they were able to work me in, replacing my battery within 3 hours. I am a single woman so knowing they will take care of my needs is very important. This is not the first time they have come to my rescue!!! They are the best.

Very clean place inside and out. The Service dept is very attentive as soon as you walk in the door as well as the technicians working on the vehicle. At the end of the service you get a detailed printout as well as an email of everything that was done and checked. This was my second service with Jim s Car Care and I am very satisfied.

Jim s Car Care has consistently provided excellent service. They take the car is on time, don t try to up sell services and explain things clearly. I always leave with a detailed report with pictures of my vehicle. They might be a bit more expensive, worth it!

Wow! Due to some extreme circumstances, I was not able to come to OIB to have my car inspection. I have a few days that I am able to get away so I called Jim s to see if I could get an appointment. Spoke with Richard and the 14th was the earliest appointment. I told him I would call around and if I couldn t get one earlier, I would call him back. He proceeded to tell me where I could go and have one done in a drive through. I think this service went over and beyond trying to help a widow woman. If ever I need any work done in the future, I will definitely go to Jim s.

Dropped my car off to have what one vendor told me was a bad alternator/voltage regulator. Jim called the next morning and said replacing the battery may take care of the problem. It did and saved me a lot of money. They also performed oil change, tire rotation and inspection. They took care of me ahead of my appointment and saved me time as well. I commend them on their expertise, customer service and reliability.Service: Vehicle Inspection

This was my first time at the shop and I couldn't have been happier with the service. I showed up a day early for my appointment yet they found the time to take my vehicle on the spot. Since moving to the area two years ago, I have been in need of car repair services three times. All three times (four if you include an inspection) I have taken my car to Jim's Car Care and have been completely satisfied each time. The people are friendly, courteous and efficient. The technicians know their stuff and fix the issue right. Their prices are fair and they don't ever exaggerate the problem (or fix) or try to up-sell unneeded services. I feel very fortunate to have such a great repair place just five miles from my home and will continue to go to Jim's for all of my car needs.Service: Tires

Awesome experience! I would have rated it a 5+ if I could. Not only did they quickly and professionally fix the issue, but they also took the time to patiently explain the details of the problem and the solution. I felt like they cared and love what they do. One of the best automotive shops I ve seen in over 30 years and highly recommend them!

I needed new tires and TPMS sensors on two cars. I made the mistake of going to another shop first ... what a mistake it was. The place was chaotic and not well run. It took forever, they neglected to do work that was on the work order, damaged my car, massively over-torqued the lug nuts and more! I couldn't go there for the second car. I found Jim's, stopped in and what a difference. After pulling up and walking into the shop, I could quickly tell I was in the right place. They were professional and courtesy, and run a clean and well kept shop, so I gave them a try. I was not disappointed. They did a great job, did it right, did it fast ... and yes, for a better price.
