I d like to thank the guys and girls at Oakboro tractor for all the help they gave me on renting the excavator to clear out the rest of my backyard and get rid of the stumps it was a pleasure working with them, especially on short notice they did an outstanding job, and they were fair and upfront and informative. I highly recommend their services.

Another great experience at Oakboro Tractor. Stopped in to get a Husqvarna weed trimmer. They took the time to make sure I was getting what I needed and answered all of my questions. It doesn't matter if you're just picking up something to use in your yard, or you need larger equipment, they treat you the same. Prices are good, and you get a higher quality product than you would at the big box stores.

Bob & Dan are great with product knowledge and to listen to what I needed/wanted for what I am doing. My 3 series is working better than expected. 21 bags of leaves in 2 days. Y'all keep up the good work. Yes, I cleaned the tractor after I took the picture.

Phenomenal customer service!! Entire staff went out of their way to order what I needed - assemble it! Even offered me coffee while I waited! I will definitely be back even though I am surrounded by these types of stores the customer service cannot be beat and I am willing to drive 17 miles each way for it!! Thank you and I will definitely be back!

Excellent customer service. Went out of their way to get us what we needed. They even delivered it!!Extremely knowledgeable and you almost don t feel like you are talking to a salesperson. My favorite place to shop Bob and Dan and there entire team are super helpful honest and straight to the point. I never felt pressured into buying anything and any questions I had they would answer to the best of there knowledge. I've bought so far a sweet echo chainsaw that Bob himself went over on how to sharpen and tighten the chain properly which I thought was awesome even though I already knew how to it just made the experience that much more genuine. Since then I've bought a bobcat tractor from them and never once was pressured into anything I didn't want or need. Both Dan and Bob said if you want to go home and pray about it we respect that and encourage it. I was very impressed with the service and the salesmanship I received. Both the chainsaw and tractor have been very amazing machines and I do honestly believe these people at oakboro tractor believe in the equipment they sell and stand behind it. God bless all of you at Oakboro Tractor and thank you for your service and knowledge and your help.

A perfect place to shop for lawn equipment. It helped me to get the right and suitable equipment that I needed for my home. They gave a lot of military discounts and filled my machine with full gas. I highly recommend it. Good place for veterans to buy equipment

Ordered my CT 2040 on 9/30/22. Then went there on 10/1/22 to pick up the tractor and towed it home. Boy am I going to have fun with TOY. Lots of fun to be had. So many projects that have needed to get done and now this is the year!!! Thanks Oakboro Tractor

The folks here at Oakboro Tractor helped me select a Husqvarna riding lawnmower and had me in and out in minutes. They were very knowledgeable and HONEST. I was about to spend the same money at Lowe s or Home Depot on a mower that wasn t nearly as nice as the one I got from Oakboro Tractor. This is because they don t price gouge like the big box stores are doing right now with supply and demand. They have now received a life time customer due to their excellent customer service and hospitality.

Went to buy an attachment for my weed eater and get a price on a mower. Got a bit of a discount on the attachment, which made price better than Home Depot's price. Got a quote on a mower and the gentleman was super knowledgeable on his mowers. Great folks to do business with. Very glad they are a part of our county. Had done other business with them in February and got some advice on an old chainsaw of mine and was able to repair it myself. This is the kind businesses we need more of.

My mother and I bought a brand new Husqvarna zero turn from this group 1 year ago and eve since I have had it has had to be worked on! Everything that has went wrong with this Husqvarna zero turn I was told every time it wasn't coved under the warranty! Now what's the use of having a bumper to bumper warranty and nothing be covered under it. When that carburetor went out I was told it was covered under warranty I would have to buy a new carb it couldn't be rebuild; ya right that was the moment I knew to go some were else! I took it to another Place "The Law Mower Shop" and they rebuilt the Carb and the mower ran 1000 times better then when I bought the thing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND OAKBORO TRACTOR TO ANYONE. Once I get the chance I am going to clean this mower up and sell it for what I got into it! Oh ya if I could I wouldn't give even 1 star I would leave this review starless!

I have been frequenting Oakboro Tractor and it's 3 other locations in Concord; Mint Hill and Monroe for over two years. If you want a friendly and knowledgeable atmosphere in which to learn about the products you need to purchase. This is the company to deal with. You are not a nameless body that walked through the door and they hope never to see again... this is where you will be treated like family! Family owned and operated... great customer service! They WANT you to come back again and again and again!

Be careful if you want to do any kind of business with this place. Their not honest and will start robbing you with all kinds of upcharges with out your approval. Actually on parts that weren't messed up and that's when the price went up for me. Just be careful if you choose to do business with them.

7 down days, four trips there, four lies, an $80 non-refundable deposit on a 10 month old mower with a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty ...I picked my broken mower up and took it to another service dealer. They fixed it in 10 minutes. I honestly in all good conscience can not recommend them.

Very friendly and courteous people. They even fixed at no charge a cosmetic issue that they didn t have to. I highly recommend this company for any of your outdoor power tools and mowers.

Very impressed with the staff at Oakboro Tractor. It's a family owned business and to be 100% honest, they treat you like family when you walk through their door. I would much rather shop at Oakboro Tractor than the big box stores. Great prices and great customer service. They also don't pressure you to buy, which I think is hard to come by these days. Service was very slow. Had to call daily for status update. Finally go my lawn tractor back with brand new dull blades that were not sharpened. Tried to get them off myself and they were torqued down so tight it was impossible to get the blades off. Was told someone would come by to get them off for me. Nope never did. I bought this tractor because they sold on their great service. Sorry service is poor and slow. I would buy my next tractor elsewhere.Well someone did show up but I went and bought a blade tool (best $7 spent) and a breaker bar before they arrived and got it taken care of myself. I'll give them points for trying.

These Guys are awesome! I went in soon after they opened and purchased a brush cutter.They were knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help you get the right piece of equipment for the job no pressure to buy Just plain good people.I have since purchased a Bobcat 2040 tractor from them.It is an awesome tractor plenty of power the is sturdy built and loaded with features. I had an issue with the tractor the second time I used it I hit a limb or stump and bent the clutch safety switch and couldn't get the tractor to start. I called at 8:30 pm Dan to ask if I might be overlooking something. He didn't hesitate 1 second he and his Dad Bob came over right then found the problem got the tractor going again and ordered a replacement bracket for me the next morning. If that's not good customer service I don't know what is.I would also like to add that the prices are great.I bought a 40hp tractor and in my opinion a better tractor, for what the competition wanted for a 25hp unit.These are good Christian folks ready to help you with all you're equipment needs. From tractors and mowers to saws, weed whacked, implements even UTV's.Give them a try you want regret it. I'd like to say a special thanks to Bob, Dan,Brandon and the whole team at Oakboro Tractor for the hard work they put into my purchases and looking forward to doing business with them in the future. Great people to deal with behind the counter. They are knowledgeable about the products they sale and if they don't know the answer they will research the solution not just give you some random bs. If you have a small engine that needs repair. Ask for Lee Fur to do the work. The best at what he does.
