Charged me over $1200 to replace water pump in Janury. Leaking water again first of April. Took it back he claimed it was a crack in thermostat housing and he could repair that for over $700 also recharge my AC. Had my car over a month said he kept finding problems and had to order parts which were on backorder. In reality he OBVIOUSLY didn't know what he was doing. Picked my car up after being told many lies and receipt had all original parts on it he was never waiting on new parts. Drove away from there and thermostat wasn't reading temp and it blew the heads in my car. Guy fixing it now found the original water pump on it Andrew never replaced the water pump that he charged me $1200 to replace in Jan. I was pushed for time. Andrew personally answered and was able to adjust my pitman arm, wheel alignment, and was able to diagnose my check engine light. And he also adjusted my distributor correctly with the timing gun and this cost was very reasonable. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I will be using Andrew as my mechanic from now on. I am a hotshot truck driver and had just dropped some material off in Oakboro NC and blew a tire. I called Andrews Automotive and asked if they could change it. They said they were extremely busy but they could jump right on it anyhow. I was greeted professionally and the gentleman jacked my trailer up right away and put my spare on for me. I was in the Automotive industry for 17 years prior to driving truck, and I would strongly recommend this business to anyone that needs anything done Automotive wise. Andrew is a great, knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic. Has worked on my personal vehicles as well as my work trucks and has well exceeded expectations. Very dissatisfied with his quality of work. He claims he replaced the water pump. But we had someone look at it and is going to fix it right and brought the original water pump to us. It has fomoco stamped on it. Which means ford motor company. So theres no way he replaced it.

Worst service ever bought a car from Andrew with in a month the car was in the shop he charged me $174.00 for spark plugs and the car still doing the same thing. WORST SERVICE EVER DON T RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL!
