We always go to this location for parts and they've always been very helpful. I was disappointed in Ryan throwing our cabin air filter frame in the trash after he ordered a new filter for us. It seems like he would have known or at least noticed the frame was needed for the new filter. Went back today to see if it was put aside for us, but it wasn t. A sweet lady named Sandy found it for us in a trash can.

Great experience, got excellent service from the employees. Glad I could visit this store in Norwood because it is close to home. Definitely recommend this place.

So I never had a bad experience till today. I bought a 90 day warranty battery from here the battery dont work and I told him i would call corporate to get it handled. Dude was big balls said ok you can tell them shane said it . I told them what he said and that he wouldn't give me my money back. So now corporate emails me back finally "Shane" good luck. But I'm right and I'm going to get my money back for this dead as battery. The GM is being notified from corporate. They apologize to me for this stores actions. So we will see where it leads from here. I guess he thought I was playing or something but from what I understand is the customer is always right. All I want is my bread back!! I been shopping here before he was even thought of and he didn't give me my refund.

So my mother was there today to return $14 worth of stuff. A guy didn't even ask for receipt, but wrote down her license plate and her license number.Um why? I get it if it was $50 or more worth of stuff, but it was $14. I guess because she had accent, not fluent in english and Asian, you didn't trust her return.Do better. Thanks for hurting her feeling.Will definitely not be back here and not recommend this place.

TERRIBLE customer service! If I could it would be 0. Staff there need customer service training. I waited at the counter and waited to be helped. Another customer came in and the staff person helped him before me. I patiently waited. Another employee became available and didn t acknowledge me there and began helping the guy that was already being helped. So now there are 2 helping one guy. I just left. Took my $450 and spent it at Auto Zone.

Finding the part was fine, staff was fine, tried to return the bulbs that I did not need 5 minutes after purchase but the guy gave me a hard time about it. I just ended up keeping the bulbs I did not need. Most likely will go to O reilly from now on, will not be back

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The sales lady actually gave me a 10% discount since I was helping my daughter who was having battery issues!

Nice store for a small town. Staff were helpful and efficient.Nice app to select writer board. Large stock to choose from.

I always get great service without waiting long. It's not like most auto parts stores where You may have to wait a long time before you get waited on. I have tried almost all of them and I always go to Advance Auto.
