This track is absolutely fantastic! Went to Cars Tour event, and it was probably the best race I have ever been to. They done a great job resurrecting this short track. Easy to get in and out of. Has plenty of seating with great views of track. Clean and well maintained. Will definitely visit again in near future!

Came all the way up here from FL for the NASCAR all-star race and was it worth it. They've did an AMAZING job with this track they've done all the right upgrades but leaving it's old school NASCAR look and feel. The atmosphere over the 3 day event was 10/10 highly recommend coming here for a race if you get the opportunity!

Fun place to spend the day. If you have never been, you have to go. It's a blast! The excitement is phenomenal especially with a group of friends when NASCAR comes to town. It's great to have them back. There is not a bad seat in the house and you're not crammed into a confined spot. The pricing of food and drink is a bit high as you might expect but it won't put you in the poor house. The food is actually pretty good and the people serving you are the absolute best. Just down to Earth good people. The place is a mixture of old and new but it kept that old look which is an awesome reminder of wonderful and fun childhood memories. The only reason why I have just four stars on this review is the condition of the track. It really needs to be redone. As compared to others I wouldn't call it the worst but it's a long ways away from some of the nicer tracks.You have to get there and check it out, especially if you're a NASCAR fan. The old small track races have an excitement all their own. It is such a great way to spend a day with the entire family!

My great grandfather was one of the original track founders. It s an understatement to say it s amazing to see this place up and running again.

Glad to see that nascar has been working on bringing this track back to have cup cars on it. This was taken during fan day before the all star race the following week

It was 2023 when I sat int he grand stands, watching cup cars race at NWS in the rain. I'm not sure what timeline I'm in, but I love it. Can't wait for more.

Keep in mind, this place had 9 months to prepare for it's first Cup race in over a quarter-century, so there's things that need improvement, but that'll come with time! It's great this historic race track is FINALLY BACK!

Three stars for the amount they charge for hot dogs. For months we were told there would be $2 hot dogs. Everyone knows $2 dogs taste better than $3 dogs. We feel betrayed and saddened that a historic race track like this would go to such lengths to crush our hopes and dreams.

Went to this track for the Whelan Modified 150. Was happy with everything, from parking to the seating, to the concessions. They've done a good job getting it going again, i just hope they keep having events there, and never let it set empty again. That was a shame. There were a lot of people there for the Whelan race, people will go for any circuit, just to get to be there with all the history of the track. They should even consider having a concert, ball game, etc. People would go!

My son and I attended Friday thru Sunday racing. It was a wonderful experience and a visit to history. We love all the vintage signage as well as seeing the track being preserved for the race. The food truck were great especially the one withe smokers. My son could get enough of the pulled pork but the BBQ was good to. The truck racing we awesome and the cup race was good. So glad we made the trip from Massachusetts.

What a great experience. Flawless execution of a huge race weekend at the all-star race. Never have I ever got into and out of a race event so easily. Great work. Thanks iracing for clearing this place out so people could see it's still a viable venue.

Bucket list track if you know your history in nascar. Went here for the truck race and it was awesome!

Exciting and I met people from all over the world. It was sold out historic event. I am happy I was a part of it. Very family friendly also. I hope racing starts up here on regular basis like before

The races were great the seating was a little tight and should have continued running the crate race with only 18 laps to go

absolutely amazing organization of traffic and facilities for the All Star Race. we attended Sunday and had zero problems with traffic and 100% fun!! the upscale of the facility was far above and beyond expectations. hoping NASCAR returns because we will too!

I know it's more fun when a race is in full swing. But you could still hear all the amazing memories made at this lendary track. The track was completely empty and free of anyone. This experience made me giddy!I can't wait to come back to the race next year! To be able to experience where my daddys stories came to life! My daddy would be proud as many races he worked there! Pit crew in the good ole days. The best thing was to bring this track back to life! THANK YOU!
