Called in advance before driving to this location from Salisbury for a warrantied part. They said since this water pump was the newer version that they would not need my old part in order to complete the warranty (me getting the new part to fix my car). Inconsistent communication and would not recommend this location. I like napa but go to a different location.

The young lady doesn't know if they've got "air governor" for big trucks. But, they probably do. Anyway..... off to Mocksville.

Reccomend this place to anyone. I had a part that didn't even have a part number. These guys sat down and flipped thru their books for over half an hour before finally locating my part. I will be back again.
