This is an awesome place with great customer service. My husband and I needed an oil change on our jeep and we were able to get it done without having to make an appointment. Johnny and Jake were very courteous and helpful in explaining a breakdown of the services rendered. Thanks Mavis Tires and Brakes for a job well done.

They are wonderful! Anytime I have stopped in for any issue (minor repair, tires, light blub out) they have always found me the best price; were efficient and fast in fixing the issue. Definitely recommended.

Came in for some work on my car. Johnny helped me out. Great customer service. Guys in the back were respectful and did it in a timely matter. Brakes have been good ever since. Great pricing. Great service. Honest work. Anyone looking for a repair shop in the area should check them out.

This shop is wonderful! My husband always purchases our tires there and gets great service. We trust them because they often don't charge for things that other places would. My husband took my car in today to get the hatch lifts installed that I had purchased online. An employee installed them quickly and they didn't charge anything. Things like this make me have great confidence in a place. They know we will keep giving them our business and referrals. They are wonderful!

The crew here treated me with so much respect. The manager Brian went above and beyond what I asked for. He found things wrong that the dealership told me was fine. He s earned a customer for lifeI will send everyone I know to him.

Best Experience I've ever had at a tire dealership !! Management is Awesome !! The team members do their job quickly and safely!! All my tire buying will be from this Mavis from now on. The previous owners only wish they had this level of courtesy from their employees.

Overall a good experience. They found a suspension issue with my Mom's car and showed me what the issue was. Everyone is courteous and Johnny W is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back for my automotive needs.

They were quick and friendly. Johnny welcomed me right away and got someone to take care of my car within 3 minutes of being there. Dylan did a great job at fixing my tire and getting me back on the road within 20 minute's. Thank you mavis tires & brakes!

I've been going here for tires, inspection, and a bit of auto advice for about 3 or 4 years now. They're always super friendly, patient, and the crew definitely knows what they're up to. Can always trust them to get the job done right!

Was in few weeks ago and got tires on my truck. Place was clean and very kind friendly staff. Jake helped find rite tires for my truck and explained the difference in tires . He was perfect in fine detail and checked to see if my tires were in stock . I was very impressed with his customer service to a complete stranger. I highly recommend Jake to help you with all your tire needs.5 stars to this shop for sure.

Very impressed with the guys here. They are very hardworking and addressed all my car issues. Kind and courteous, you don t find that much around anymore. I would highly recommend this mavis store to anyone. Thank you Brian for going out of your way to make sure I was satisfied with the work done on my car. I had brakes and tires put on. Came here with my mother in law to get her tires done and had AMAZING customer service. My mother in law is going through a hard time right now cause her brother just passed Thursday. The two men Johnny & Jake gave us a good laugh and was super nice to us. Will be back again.

They are amazing. I have had bad experiences with the other mavis in Wilkes but this one will be the one I recommend to others. They will show you if there is any other problem(s) then what you had went in for before doing anything. I like that they show you so that you know they aren t lying. Great men. My kids love the environment as well.

I made an appointment to have my oil changed and wipers replaced. I was given a great price and it was done in a very timely manner. The manager Brian was nice and front desk employee Jake was very nice and super helpful with making our appointment and getting the job done. And the tech that changed them did a wonderful job. I will definitely return for all my vehicles needs.

Johnny really helped me out with my lawnmower tires. I'm kinda detail oriented and not easily impressed by customer service. I watched him work and really appreciate his attention to the details and advice he gave me. Johhny really took it to the next level.This might be the first Google review I wrote in my life.

Good friendly and affordable service. Came in on a rainy cold Sunday, got 2 new tires installed at a good price. Checked other fluids for me and found out it was 2qts low on oil. Added as a friendly service. Very great staff that's here and will be doing business with them for the remainder.

Need air in my tires and a gentleman was extremely helpful. He not only put air in my tire but he also took the time to check all my other tires and make sure they were fine. Highly recommended!!!

Great service they gave me inspecting my car . They took real care in making sure my car was up to passing inspection. Johnny was very good at checking over my car he was highly knowledgeable and didn't waste time getting me taken care of and back on the road. Super awesome guys! I was in need of a flat tire repair asap. I had the tire, but no one would mount it near me. Found these guys on Google, and they helped me out right away. 10/10 work, no damage to my wheel or tire. I'd definitely recommend these guys any day! Will be coming back.
