Great service. Friendly staff. Excellent value. Always helpful, they treat ladies with respect and never overcharge. William and Jamie are both very professional. They won't sell you something you don't need.

The best place to go to get your car inspected. Joe is amazing. He is truly a wonderful person. I took out card for inspection the other day & while he was inspecting the car, Joe was working with my 6 year old son & letting him help where he could, just so my kid would stay calm. It was amazing to know that there's someone out there that cares enough to do that. It's hard having a wild child, but people like Joe make it so much easier to get things in public. Especially when you're just having one of those days.I even got to meet one of his own little ones (not so little really). But she was super sweet & polite too.Joe knows what he'd doing with your car and you can trust him. We've brought our vehicles to him for years and never had a single problem. I highly recommend going to see him if you need anything.

These guys really care about you & your automobile as much as you do! They treat you like family! SERVICE IS FAST & FRIENDLY!!!! They keep it 100 for you!!!!!! GIVE THEM CHANCE TO IMPRESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY & YOUR AUTOMOBILE NEEDS!!!!!!! Inspections, New & Used Tires, Brakes, Rotations, Oil Changes, ETC.

The guys really treat other's like you are family. One of the cheapest prices on new tires around town! Office to wait in with couch & tv to watch while your vehicle is being checked/repaired. Great overallexperience. Hours are Tuesday- Friday 8:30 am - 5:00pm, Saturday 8:00 am - 12:00 noon, and Sunday's & Monday's CLOSED.

I showed up super early one morning unannounced right b4 we were about to get hit with bad weather with snow & ice & he was perfect! He had the 2 tires I needed & he put them on for me all at no charge bc he's just a genuinely good person! The tires are also cheaper that where I usually go so I will definitely be back!

We were headed up to ASU for a college tour when my tire started losing air pretty quickly. The closest Tire Shop off of the highway was Joe's. There was no chain retailer around and I needed a tire or a patch ASAP so I took the chance and I'm glad I did. The guys there were AMAZING. They immediately came out to check my tire. I was talked through all my options from plug/patch to replacement (I went in knowing I would have to get tires soon). They found the best tires that they had on hand and gave me a great deal. I was back on the road within 30 minutes. As a woman driving out of town with her mom and two girls, I never once felt like I was being pushed to do something I didn't need. The guys were friendly, informative and quickly made me feel at ease. It was practically like stopping at your uncle's shop or a neighbor that you've known for a long time. I left there feeling like they really cared that I made the trip to ASU and back home to Raleigh safely. Great guys, great prices and great pride in doing a job right. Thankful for Joe's Tire & Auto.
