Dell had my car for an entire year. It was towed in due to the oil light being on. He attempted to rebuild the top end then stated the bottom end. One part led to another part. My car sat out back under a pop tent for months, also damaging the paint job as all four corners of the tent made contact with the car. From November 2022 till Mothers Day week of 2023 he gave me weekly excuses on why the car wasn t done . After giving a date that I d tow the car out of there he gave it back with a missing oil pain and a hole in the motor. I paid $4,600 and he gave me a broken vehicle back. I towed the car from his shop straightaway to Kia. They informed me I would have a new motor in my vehicle due to a recall if Dell wouldn t have put a barring cap through the side and blew the oil and debris into the catalytic converter causing another $3000 of damage. If could give a zero I would treats employees like trash and can't even get paid right. If you drive your car there it will be towed back out good luck

Very horrible company brought the owner dell Scott a 88 gmc 1500 to completely swap the motor and build the motor gave him 2300 down and he said it would be 2 weeks 2 months goes by and truck sat in same spot untouched he made every excuse you can think of after 2 and a half months I was to my ends with it I told him I was coming to get the truck well he closed his shop that day. And I had to call sheriff to retrieve the truck and his mechanic told me he closed because I was coming and now he won t return my 2300$ so having to go through court. Worst person to work with beware everyone he s a con I was very respectful and reasonable until it was almost 3 months later and truck sat in same spot untouched.

Dell and Jimmy sure do care about their customers. They'll make sure your car is done quickly and done the right way. No better mechanics in Wilkes county.

The incompetence of this business is unbelievable. When I got there the first thing that was said to me was "How much can I do you out of?" - it was about $80 for a synthetic oil change. I overlooked the price. I caught him trying to put the wrong kind of oil in my engine. Then, when I told him I wanted the correct kind of oil, he got a bit of attitude.He told me he would fill up all the fluids, and didn't. I didn't feel like correcting him twice, or driving all over town to get someone to do it correctly, otherwise I would have just left. I have never paid that much for an oil change and I have never watched someone try to put in the wrong kind of oil - right in front of me! I just couldn't believe what I was seeing.I would highly NOT recommend.Service: Oil change

100% satisfied with my experience with this place. Super nice family owned business and staff is very knowledgeable and friendly as well! They have done work on 2 of our vehicles so far and we are very satisfied with not only their quality of work, but also their customer service! We will continue to use them! I have found my NEW mechanic! Very trustworthy!

They fixed my car right up! Showed me what was wrong with it, which I greatly appreciated and was able to fix it that day and hooked me up with new tires. I couldn t be more pleased. My car drives like it s brand new again!The owners and employees were so friendly and shared so much information with me.

Dell and his wife and crew are awesome very knowledgeable friendly affordable and care unlike some mechanic shops around me and my family have used them and will continue I would recommend them to anyone who needs work and don t want a hassle

This is the worst place I ve ever been to the staff is completely rude, unfriendly, and uneducated... not to mention they don t pay their employees and talk to them awful... I promise you ur car will be in worse shape when ur finished doing business with this place!!! This place is so shady... the owner completely gave me the creeps!!! I would give 0 stars if possible!!! #completelydisgusted
