Easy purchase and finance experience. Friendly and non pushy environment. Didn t have the exact 24 Sequoia we wanted but were able to find one and sell to us in a matter of several days.

I am impressed with both the vehicle and sale service I got from Henry at Classic Toyota. The transaction was smooth and stress free. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. I feel you worked with me in getting what was best for me and went above and beyond, if you re looking to buy a car I highly recommend Henry. Staff is also very polite.

So I was super happy at first with my car but then found out it was wrecked...apparently 17k in damages I was never told about...I was never showed a carfax. This dealership is definitely on the shady side of things. I tried talking to someone 3 times and finally got the sales manager and got all but cussed out in his office...I will say after reading the reviews I'm not the only one this has been pulled on either...I wouldn't say go to this dealership for anything...the pic is of the damages I was not told about

We have been 4 times for service. 3 times out of 4 we was there for over an hour and half for a oil change after scheduling a week in advance. Each time the same excuse of we are short handed. The sales Manager was extremely nice and understanding, but the service department did not show any concern or care we was held up way to long for such a simple task that should have taken 30 minutes max. I would not suggest them for any maintenance if your time is of any importance to you.

If you are looking for a warm, caring, and family centered dealership then this is the place. It has a very relaxed feel unlike many other dealerships. Alex was wonderful to work with and so patient as we had our baby girl with us. He accommodated and we were able to bring her along in the car seat for test drives. Throughout the whole processes Alex was so kind and never pushy. Alex is awesome. Matt was also awesome to work with along with Isaiah, James and another James whom we met. Everybody was intentional in making us feel welcome. There is something to be said when the managers make it a point to come out and meet their customers at the end of a long day. Even when I walked back with Alex in the service department and gear store everybody was kind and helpful. Another sales person, Jay, was so kind and personable. Everybody was a blessing to meet. This is a good place to buy a car from.

The salesman greeted us out on the lot having been advised of our appointment. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, easy going and personable. If he did not know an answer to our questions he sought to find an answer. Everyone else with whom we encountered was also very polite, knowledgeable, and was very straight forward with us.

In love with the way these guys and gals do business. Never left my house and traded in my Lexus for 4Runner with about 20 minutes total on the phone and and hour and a half to get the vehicle to my house. Flawless procedures and protocols they implement over there!! Keep up the amazing work!!

Jae at Classic Toyota in Wilkes is truly the best car salesman. He is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to assist in every way possible. I highly recommend this dealership and Jae for anyone in need of a new car. He is an all-around awesome guy!

I never ever leave reviews, so trust me when I say, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. I walked in not knowing exactly what I was looking for and after a short conversation, John knew exactly what I needed. The first vehicle he showed me was perfect for me. We looked at others, but I kept going back to the first car. He took time to really make sure I was 100% comfortable and happy with my decision. He was not pushy at all and made everything so smooth and easy for me. I plan to keep my car a long time but if I ever need to buy another car I m definitely going back to him! Emma was also really great and informative on warranties and services. They stayed long after closing and answered all of my questions and didn t try to rush me one bit. I highly recommend John P and classic Toyota overall!

Couldn t be happier with my experience at Classic Toyota of Wilkesboro. As a first time buyer I was stressed out a bit on my first big purchase. However the guys treated very well and made the whole process a million times easier. I m thankful for experience and I highly recommend anyone to purchase their vehicles from them. I bought a used 2020 Tacoma TRD Off Road and it was excellent condition. Super stoked about this truck and thanks again to Henry, James, and Matt for making this happen!!!

I can t say enough about how great they run this Toyota dealership for new car sales. I went through five different Toyota dealerships before finding classic Toyota. They found the car I wanted and were able to get it to me . The whole team was able to fulfill my needs when the car is dropped off at my house Everything was great. I highly recommend this dealership.

Had a great service with the service dept. Denise was nice as well as Cleaston. The service manager even came out to greet me making my experience top notch. I got a simple oil change and tire rotation and couldn t have asked for a more perfect experience! 10/10 would recommend taking your vehicle there for service

Jae Somers was my salesman. He was very easy to deal with and professional. Unfortunately the ball was totally dropped by the rest of the team. It took 3 months to get the paperwork right. I m not sure if it was the dealership or Toyota that was the problem. Was also promised a check which as of April 6th I do not have. (Took the truck home Jan 20,2024). I ve asked about it atleast 8 times. I feel like they don t have their ducks in a row here. I d go somewhere else

Horrible Customer Service! I have never dealt with people that look you in the eye and knowing lie straight to your face and that are so disrespectful! Matt is the absolute worst, he couldn't even take his sunglasses off to tell his lies--INSIDE the building. If I could give zero stars I sure would. You would think that paying so much for a vehicle that someone could at least call you and give you an update on when it will be in and at least have the one you ordered when they FINALLY do call you come pick it up and not think you're stupid enough to just take whatever they decided to give you and that's AFTER they make you wait 2 hours to clean it up--KNOWING that it's not even the correct vehicle. I have never experienced anything like it in my life. My advice would be to stay away from this place.

Unless you got plenty of money to put down or a 800 credit score, don t bother coming here. Once I said I only have a trade in, I didn t have any money to put down (he asked four times) and I didn t want no one signing for me (I m trying to get this on my own) they could have cared less to help me. I won t be wasting my time here again. I would go out of town before trying here again.

Service wasn't what I thought it should be. Supposed to have took an hour. Ended up being 5 days. I called on the third day they said that afternoon it would be ready. Well it wasn't. Called back the next day still no luck. Finally got it on the fifth day. I will no longer use Classic Toyota of Wilkesboro for any thing I need for my car.

Drove 250 miles (round trip) from Asheville to have key fob programmed to new car, which I purchased from Classic Toyota, WILKESBORO. Was told original dealer needed to order and program the fob. Waited for hours. Was then told the computer was down, they had been having computer problems etc. Could not program car. Would not even give me the key fob. Stated go to another dealer and see if they could do. Total waste of 8 hours, gas, etc. It would have been very nice, if they had said, hey, it's lunch time. Take a loaner car, eat lunch, come back, we will solve this. Oh well. I guess I should have pitched a fit, got the GM of the dealership involved, etc. I just don't like having to do that, and I shouldn't have to. In addition, $999 doc fee when i bought the car, and $2,499 paint and interior protection fee. The car already had all of this factory installed from Toyota, including the paint protection and interior protection, and paint protector film, from the the distributorship. I reluctantly paid the fees, because the car I bought is very hard to get, 2024 Prius, Limited. Love the car, but WOW!!

Jessica Curry was so awesome to work with, ask for her! On the downside we felt the detailing crew did a below satisfactory job on the car we purchased (they had a several day notice to have the car ready and there were obvious signs of a rushed job, splatter marks around the interior).

Nice people we dealt with during the purchase. However, $999 document fee is high. Also, didn't tell us (until the check was deposited and the money removed from our account) that if we wrote a check for the car, we would have to wait 2 weeks to get the car. "Their policy" - and the general sales manager was not helpful.Not sure what happened but they called and told us we would get the car according to our original expectation. John the Sales person was great, helpful and did a nice job. Thanks.

My wife and I decided it was time to replace her 2011 RAV4, and Classic Toyota had a special gift for the first 6 vehicle purchases on Black Friday 2023. My sales person was Karen, and she did well. I enjoyed meeting the various managers of Classic Toyota. The only complaint I had was that the process included too much of the classic purchase game that most new retail automotive establishments use. The process was much better than what I experienced in 2012 when I purchased my 2008 Toyota Yaris from the Victory Toyota.
