Crooks! Busted my oil pan while working on the car for minor repairs and never told me. I took it back after it was leaking oil as fast as it poured in, and they "fixed it" by putting epoxy glue on it. Ultimately, my car blew up from lack of oil and running it dry over and over. All a result of this shop. They refused to fix anything when they were clearly at fault.
