Took my car in for alignment was charged for 4 wheel alignment the rear was pretty far out they said there was no adjustment I later found out there was the front wheel only had tow adjusted left camber like it was so it has a slight positive camber doesn't drive right because of it they only spent 15 minutes on it and done a terrible job

My sister-in-law used to tell me nothing but the great service this company provides. Now, I go there and get to experience it too. I will not go anywhere else either. As long as it's within their scope, this will be my new go to for all of my vehicle needs. Lastly, I knew they were great, genuine people when they didn't over charge me for any of the services they provided. If anything, their prices are the best around... especially these days... thank you so much.

My family and I were traveling to Boone for vacation this past weekend. I kept losing air in one of my tires so I was trying to find a tire place and praying the issue wouldn t be expensive. It wasn t the place my GPS was taking me but I had turned down the wrong street but found this place instead. It was a simple fix and they fixed it for me no charge. I was very thankful that I was led to that tire shop. Thank you so much! God bless you!

I don't do reviews, but feel like i need to for this place!!! I'm a 72 year female and scheduled appointment on line for 8:00 am June 1st, 2023 for inspection. Went in with regeristration and keys at 8:00 am. Talked to Scott and was told he didn't look at appointments on line. He took my information and I went to set down. After waiting 20 minutes Scott came and told me they couldn't do my inspection there , I would need find someone that can check emmission. I ask if he knew of anyone whom could do it near by, Scott replied no. I went to get in my truck and within two minutes of talking to my daughter about someone to do my inspection one of Scotts employees walks up to my truck and said are you leaving now? I said after I get through talking on phone that I dont talk on phone while driving. White's employee then said you are in my parking space. I said is your name on the space or is there a sign saying its your parking space. He then replied my dad owns the business and you need to move. I have never been talked to by a business like this. Never schedule appointments on line, Scott told me they never look at on line appointments that are scheduled !!!! I would have been a new customer for oil changes and tires in future, but the dissrespect I got tells me all about the way I would be treated for future work. I will never go to this place again!!!

My first time doing business with White Tire. They were very professional and friendly. I had four new tires put on my car. They got us in and out in a very timely manner (around 30min total time). I would highly recommend White Tire.

I love this shop . They are kind and knowledgeable. I can trust them with both of my vehicles. I don't need to worry about being taken advantage of. I tell everyone to go to this white tire and the one at 761 US-70, Hickory, NC 28602. Both places are great.

We had a issue with our alignment and needed new tires. We were able to get the alignment and tires in just a few hours time. Great service and products. Plus, you get a free tire rotation after 5k miles on a new set. Well bring our business back to White's.

Called for a state inspection and was told if I was there before a specific time it would not be a trouble to get my vehicle inspected. Arrived before the time and was told to try back tomorrow! No thanks. I will never be back. Never to buy another tire or oil change. List a 20 year customer

White tire was first recommended to me by a coworker - and he actually used a different White Tire store, but this one is just a few blocks away from me. Always had great service & fair prices. The first time I came, I was quoted a price on the phone and by the time I got in that afternoon, they had sold out of the tire they quoted me. The manager remembered my call, apologized & offered me the next higher priced tire for the originally quoted price. Customer service at its finest.

I always get my car inspected here every year.they are very friendly even though they are busy with customers everytime i go there..i plan to get my next set of tires from them. These guys i trust with my car and thats why i drive from taylorsville to newton when ever i need inspections or tire service.i highly recommend them just allow time as they serve a lot of customers each day,update,i just had 4 tires put on and they came in very quick and the guys did a great job.

We do business with Scott Hefner at White Tire regularly, for all our tire needs. Everytime has been a pleasure. They are knowledgeable, hard working, and have fast service. Order the tires one day, get em' the next. Prices are reasonable and you cannot beat the hometown service. We love doing business with White Tire in Newton!!!

Great prices, excellent service, the staff are not only professional, but just downright nice!Best part? Despite the polite exterior, they will not let Karen's put themselves or other customers at risk, and will provide masks to those who "conveniently" forgot theirs.
