Never used S and S but they were recommended. I looked at negative reviews and realized those didn't understand all that much about mechanic work. Brandle was great. Fixed quicker than expected, it was inexpensive, and he realized I was charged for something that shouldn't have and removed from invoice and credited me. Great honest guys at S and S Automotive. Good to have people you can trust.

First time customer ..Absolutely horrible experience, did not do a proper diagnosis, replaced and charged me for an alternator when it was only the pulley. When I asked for alternator back, they said it s gone and wouldn t let me pay the code charge to get back. So not only did I pay for an alternator I didn t need, it was way overpriced and didn t even get to keep my old one that was still good absolutely never going back.Service: Electrical

Brindle is a highly intelligent mechanic, like having a NASCAR level tech work on your Kia. Their prices are fair and they will do everything they can to accommodate you.

Honest for one. Thats a mechanical miracle. And does his best to not cost you an arm and a leg. Reasonable timing he said a week and it was a week. He fixed our truck that had been "fixed before" but this time for real. No more oil leaks and no more crazy noises!

Great place to have accurate work done at a reasonable cost. They have a very loyal following because they are honest and will not rip you off. I have all my business vehicles worked on by Reggie and the crew. They are so busy that sometimes is it difficult to get through on the phone but if you drop in they will take care of you. I highly recommend S&S.

Staff was very friendly, took car up there to figure out an oil leak problem turns out 5 star car wash didn't correctly put my oil filter back on and that caused all the oil to leak out to the point there was almost none left, s&s took very good care of myself and my vehicle they found the problem and fixed it, could have charged me an arm and a leg just to diagnose the problem, but they didn't. They actually didn't charge me anything and being a family of 5 and this being our only form of transportation them not charging me for a problem so simple means so much, they could have told me there was something different wrong with my car and charged me hundreds of dollars but they didn't this is my new go to place for any car services I need that they provide. 10/10Thank you s&s

I have had this place work on my last two vehicles. They are stand up people who are great mechanics. Recently I took my vehicle in for brakes and was told I didn t need them for a while longer. Most would have fixed the brakes just to make money. I have had transmission work, axle work, tune ups, engine work done here. I ve never been disappointed. Takes them a while to get to the phone. You might have to call over and over, but if they are busy it should tell you they are doing great work. I don t let anyone else work on my vehicles. Reggie, Brenden and the people who are employees there do a great service.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

They are very friendly. They contact you and let you know what's going on, instead of surprising you with unexpected charges. Did a great job on my truck. I will definitely be back the next time I need my vehicles worked on.

I have taken my vehicles here on 3 separate occasions and can honestly say I will never go anywhere else for exhaust work. The workers are friendly and the guy that runs it is always accommodating and very fairly priced. Can t say enough good things about this place!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

S&S did service on my 2010 Nissan Maxima, recommending a new transmission replacement, and a back axle. Took it too Mike Huffman and he mentioned my Nissan needed 2 sensors and a motor mount. Spent over $3000 and S&S never fixed the problem, always had the same issue once I left the shop. Do not recommend this shop for any auto work.

Always honest, always fair priced. Reggie has always been the nicest person to deal with. Very knowledgeable and work gets done efficiently. Best place in Catawba County for vehicle repairs..

Best place to get auto work done. Always on time, decent prices, and works their best to vanquish your automobile needs, very knowledgeable and they work with you, and don't hassle. Only issue is they rarely answer their phone.

This is a great place to have your vehicle worked on. The guys there are very nice they listen to what you need and help work out and fix the problem. Just an overall great experience.

Very disappointed this time. Paid them good money to do a poor job. Then when they put my dash back together they messed up my seats and cleaned it with brake cleaner but didn't want me to know that.

Don't normally trust most garages/ mechanics. They did a super job with the timing chain replacement on my jeep. Good value & good job.
