Most aweful place to buy a car. After 2 years they still have not supplied Raleigh dmv w a title. I have since traded the vehicle and still having problems getting my tag renewed Olin new car because of this group. Never buy a car from them.

Worst car buying experience ever! I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealer. Said they would fix a/c on the Jeep I bought from them. Finally fixed after 3 months and being in their choice of shops for repair a total of 26 days. No offer of a loaner vehicle. Buyer Beware!

The buying experience with Cary was very good. He worked with to get the loan that worked best for us. We believe we got a good vehicle (2010 Buick Enclave) for a good price and look forward to years of good use for my son going to college in Georgia. They even went the extra mile and replaced the battery the went dead after taking ownership of the car.

I can't say enough about this place! Brian went above & beyond x10 for my family to get us into the car we wanted & deserved! the process was quick, easy & all around just smooth! our family waited months to get into something & after being turned away multiple times, Brian at One Source did everything he could & then some to help us out! we are eternally grateful for this opportunity & for all the hard work & dedication Brian put into helping our family!!!! would 100/10 recommend!

Where do I start?First, the salesman that greeted us. He is by far, the nicest salesman I have ever met at a car dealership. Pito, thank you for the handshake that came with a smile and the kindness that was minus the "pushiness"!Second, is Gabe (office manager/finance), he was also friendly and eager to work with us to get the numbers right so that we could leave with the car! He was patient and didn't make us feel rushed!Third, all the cars on the lot were clean , the lot itself was clean and the office was clean and inviting. Didn't make us feel like we were walking into a business meeting and possibly might need a lawyer to wade through all the bullcrap.We did buy a used car and we had the option to take it and have it checked out by our mechanic. We realize it's used and that problems might arise. As a used car buyer it's my responsibility to understand that and to not blame the dealership in the future if problems occur.I would give these guys much more than 5 stars if I could.I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. We happened upon the dealership by chance and we r sure thankful that we did.Thank you One Source Auto Group for a great experience and a great new used car.

Edited review..Been too long to do anything about it but i got ripped off. Driveshaft was missing for the front and vehicle is not in fact four wheel drive. Should have known better when the transmission failed the day after buying it. I do not recommend this dealer.. they obviously don't know their own inventory. Also disappointed with the finance company they use(westlake) because i paid off the vehicle over a month ago and still haven't recieved my title. Would give negative stars if I could.

I can't fully put into words how amazing this car lot is. Everyone that works here is so friendly and helpful. They will work with you no matter what situation your in!! Gabriel was our go to guy, he answered all of my questions (there were TONS) and made this deal as painless and quick as possible. I can't thank them enough for everything.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Drove 3 hours to pick up a car that was spotless and smoke free within 5 seconds of looking at it we noticed disgusting stains in every single seat and a receipt for a pack of cigarettes like it had NEVER been cleaned. In addition, the speaker vents were brown from soda grime and residue. Absolutely awful, spoke to Gabriel who works there and he wasn t even trying to argue with us knowing full well how nasty this car was that was marketed to us as an absolutely beautiful car in and out. NEVER GO HERE. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.

Called on Tuesday about a car within 4 hours everything was ready to go he was waiting on me went the next day with the down payment the process took about 15 minutes and I was out of there in a brand new nice Cadillac Bryan Stacks gave me the easiest car buying experience I've ever had in my life and I've probably owned 30 cars I got daughters coming up I'll definitely go to Brian to get the cars for my kids because all of their cars are looked through and make sure they're taken care of hats off to you guys see you when I need another car

Can say they nice but I have to get the truck fix and it goin to cost me 3000.00 to fix it. So if you ever buy a use car have it look at first before you by.

Dealership mishandled the license plate registration process so the tags have not arrived and my temporary plate is expired. Called one source auto for a solution to allow me to keep the vehicle legal to drive. They refused to assist in keeping the vehicle road legal until the plates arrive.

They will promise that if you have no credit that they will have a finance company that will approve you then say you can't when you try to get approved so don't go here

They had a car we test drove and it had transmission slippage and I didn't feel comfortable with their knowledge of the car
