Love our new shed! Construction and build time were supposed to be 2-3 weeks. They called to let us know it was ready early. It was built, delivered, and installed within 1 1/2 weeks. Well done, Leonard's. So glad we did not purchase from a big box Home Improvement Center. Thanks, Cris & Ryan, for your customer service excellence!!! BTW, coolest delivery trailer ever.

Wow Chris and his team are true customer service professionals. I had a camper shell installed with a BedRug and a couple of other accessories and I love it! His team is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and I will be a returning customer for sure!!

Super happy with our new shed. Excellent customer service and coolest delivery trailer ever. Shed was to be built within 2 weeks. It was finished early and brought to our locaton and professionally set up. Super glad we bought from Leonard's instead of going to a big box home improvement store. Buying from Leonard's has been an excellent choice for us! Thanks Cris & Ryan for your customer service excellence as well as to your production team!

Had to order our trailer and it took over a week, but working with Adam and Cory was the best! Adam is a very friendly and professional communicator and kept us well updated on the status of our order. Excellent selection and availability of accessories as well.

Awesome, professional service. Needed adjustment on a liftgate catch on my Leer cap that would not lock. They handled it quickly and perfectly. Outstanding customer service. Thank you guys!

These guys are awesome. We had the shed delivered and set up the first time and unfortunately had issues with the City of Hickory because of setback. I had to move it to my back yard which I was initially hesitant about because it's a tight space to get there and also has a sketchy, slanted hill, but Cody drug that thing down there on his mule like a boss. Great to work with and definitely recommend them!

Adam at the Hickory location was very helpful and professional when purchasing our small storage building. There was a delay in receiving it and he followed up and kept us informed. When the building arrived, there were a couple of damages. Adam arranged for the repairs and they were addressed within the stated time frame. Richard from the corporate office came out this week and took care of the repairs very efficiently and to our satisfaction.

Chris the Manager was Great But Kieth was The Bomb he went out of his way to find me a better Trailer than what I was looking For .I drove from Ashe County to this Location and I would do it again .... Not to talk bad about others But they made Lowe's and others who Are in the Trailer business look like a matures ! They blew experience out of the water ! Great Job All the way around ! Thumbs up !

Great job on the spray-in bed-liner and nice guys. A little disappointed in the attention to detail putting things back together. Bed rails were missing a black plug, one of the bolts was left loose and lost a part off my bed extender mounts. I fixed it all and found the replacement parts at Ace Hardware. You should mention to your techs to pay closer attention the the re-assembly. Also had dirt on my tire sidewalks and driver floor-mat. Not sure where that came from as I had just vacuumed and washed the truck before dropping off. Also not happy about the Leonard Logo sprayed into my bed-liner. Should have asked.

Chris and his team at Leonard's in Hickory, NC installed a new spray in bed liner that looks flawless in my truck today. Chris also helped me get setup with a brand new heavy duty 18ft Leonard's trailer which will meet all of my hauling needs. I highly recommend the guys at Leonard's in Hickory for all of your truck accessories.

Cant give enough positive vibes to those guys in hickory. Hardworkers Adam did a great job!! From online enquiry to driving off with my new awesome tandem 16ft carhauler. Very knowledgeable and helpful with great finance options. Extremely easy to get in and get out. Thanks again

Went to Leonard's today late in the evening yesterday. I talked to them about financing a 16ft utility trailer with BAD CREDIT!!!! Told the gentleman what I could put down. I filled out a quick application maybe 2 mins to fill out. They don't ask you your life history... Said it may take till the next day to get turned in and proceed before I could get home about 45 mins away I was called talked to the finance company told I was approved!!!! . + I give them 10 + Stars.. Not good with names I'll update tomorrow But thanks man . Hard to find people that will work with No credit more less get you approved.. Pick up my trailer tomorrow.. Thank You Again.. David Edwards..

I am thrilled with the spray in bedliner I had installed by Chris and his team here at Leonard's, I have seen a lot of these, mine is on a 06 Silverado with over 100,000 miles, the bed looks like new! You can't go wrong with these folks if you want a bedliner sprayed in here

these guys are great. I'm from out of town and needed my lincoln rigged up for a small trailer. left the car there and three days later, we pulled in and the vehicle and trailer was ready and waiting. Great job guys and thank you

Stopped today to check out some trailers as we are in the market for a flat equipment trailer for an excavator. They have two small lots with trailers here, one paved and one gravel. Nobody came to help us at the paved lot for the ten minutes we were there looking. Next door at the gravel lot, some guy in a hat came out with a stank face on. Didn't bother to say hello, ask if we needed anything, nothing. Not sure what the issues was, but I'd avoid this place. Buy a trailer or a building from the dozens of other places that sell the same thing but actually give a damn about selling and customer service.

The store and sales was average, no problems. The 3 stars is for a trailer we bought. we got the orange 3 motorcycle trailer. The paint started coming off within months of the purchase.
