If it had a 10 star option, I d give 10 stars!Leaving a wedding our truck broke down on the interstate along a stretch of NOTHING. Called and he was there within 25 minutes!!! His wife was a pleasure to deal with as well. Well into the night and these people jumped in to help. Granted it is their job, I feel like our experience went beyond that. They were super helpful in thinking/problem solving as to what might be the problem, and so polite/friendly towards my family. Nicest people I ve ever dealt with in this kind of business.Thanks so much Hamilton s Elite Towing!!

Was very pleased with the quality of the work. My vehicle left me stranded & they were able to pick up my car & deliver it to my address without me having to be present. Was able to still make it to my appointment & when I arrived home my vehicle was in my driveway just as I had instructed. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I called to schedule a towing of my husbands truck. Mr. Hamilton was honest about his schedule and told me it would be in the afternoon. Great customer service! Hamilton s is towing was amazing! My car left me stranded and lucky that Hamilton s was dispatched! They were very punctual and kept me in the loop every step of the way- They took my vehicle long distance from one dealership to another during the hectic thanksgiving time frame and it arrived in perfect condition! We locked our car keys in the truck. We called for car service and Jerry came out to help. I can't express enough how great he is. He got in the car in no-time. Our car is old and the trunk release is in a weird spot. He was able to get in and get the trunk open. I really wanted to tip him because I was and am truly grateful. All he wanted was a positive google review. He's great and great at his work.Service: Car lockouts

When you break down it s horrible to have to navigate the next steps.We were in a real pinch and Hamiltons Elite Towing saved us! They were extremely prompt, efficient, and polite. I can t recommend them enough.Absolutely wonderful people who are fair and hard working!

My 5 year-old truck unexpectedly dropped my family and I on the side of I-40 returning home from the beach. Hamilton's was the second tow service I called. They answered on my first call and were loading my truck within a half hour. Very fair price for a tow to the nearest dealership - $100 vs. $275 quoted from the first service I called. Very friendly and understanding of our difficult situation. They were great.Service: Car towing

I was very pleased with the service Mr. Hamilton provided me. He kept me apprised of his arrival time, quickly and safely loaded my car on his truck, and dropped me off at the car repair place I asked for. My daughter was at school late at night and her car wouldn t start. We called Mr.Hamilton and he said he would be there within 30 minutes, and he was. First he tried jump starting the car to see if we even needed towing services but realized it was the alternator. He then loaded the car up and towed it to our house. Mr. Hamilton treated us like family and we wouldn t hesitate to use his services again.Service: Car towing

Kindest man I have met in a long time. He was helping someone a few hundred feet behind me and noticed I needed help as well. I had my 6 month old daughter with me in over 95�F heat. I was 1.5 hours away from any relatives. My tire had blown out and he changed it for me for free out of the kindness of his heart. Please support this man s business.Service: Tire change

Life-savers.. literally the only company that could AND would help us. Boyfriend and I got stuck on the highway at 10 at night because our trailer blew a tire. We called everyone, from AAA to the highway patrol, and nobody was able to tow us. Low and behold Hamilton Elite was able to get to us fast and replaced our tire. Plus, they re very affordable (coming from the mouth of a college kid). 10/10 quality serviceService: Tire change

Great Experience! He showed up in a timely manner, knew what he was doing while loading my car, and safely delivered me and my car to the desired location. He was nice, I felt safe. I will be a return customer if I find that I need a tow again. He stated he will travel any distance. Thank you!

We were moving to the area when one of our trucks broke down. Received Jerry's business card at a local gas station where we went for help. He arrived when he said, was very professional and courteous, knew what he was doing and loaded the truck quickly and securely. Jerry even called local shops to make arrangements for our truck to be repaired. He was a blessing in a difficult situation! Would highly recommend Hamilton's Elite Towing to anyone!

Jerry the owner is the kind of person who after bringing my family and I gas, waited to make sure we got back on the road. When we didn't he made sure we got home, stating he will not leave us stranded. This is the kind of owner/operators that this country need. He is a "God Send" I bless him and thank him.

Fantastic customer service and very fast response. Jerry Hamilton of Hamilton Elite Towing performed a lockout service for me on 4/2/2021. He answered my call immediately and was at my location in no time. He was very professional and careful with my car which was not an easy lockout to perform. I was waiting for service I had called for, and Jerry came by. I thought it was the service I had called for, he was so incredibly helpful. He apologized for being short on tools, and it was only later that I realized he was helping me just because he saw I needed help.
