Came through late at night, needed diesel, store was closed it was 2:00 am but the pumps where on and active, was able to pull in and get it even though I had a 35 foot trailer behind me

Traveling in the RV from Hampstead to Jordan Lake. An inside dual blew out a mile before Newton Grove exit. We were able to drive it to Cecil s Exxon. Family Tire Service nearby suggested Cecil s because they couldn t get us in right away. Mr Cecil and his young helper got us in and mounted a new tire In about an hour. Others came for tire service and had to wait until they got us back on the road! Very pleased with service and price!! Thank you Mr Cecil!

Excellent service. Came out promptly to help me with my flat tire on a busy afternoon. Mr. Cecil was very friendly and so was the staff at the shop when I went to pay for services rendered. I wish more businesses were this hospitable. A+

Would give 0 stars if i could. I was having car trouble here with my boyfriend, and the lady at the counter was not only unhelpful, she was borderline rude. She laughed in my boyfriend s face after he asked a simple question about their gas. Do not go here unless you want to be disrespected for no reason.

Very poor service, I was traveling with my two children and our dogs in our rv this evening and had a tire blow out on the interstate in the pouring rain and getting near dark. Lady that answered asked what I needed so I explained our situation and that the company I found doing a Google search referred me to contact them because his company did not have anything big enough for an rv. She asked me where I was , when I told her on the side of I95 she told me honey I am 70 miles from you. I said well why did he give me your number being that far, she said we don't something and when I started to ask her who I should call she hung up on me. I am still sitting on the side of the road as we speak broken down in many more ways than just the tire at this point with 2 kids and dogs. Very unprofessional service I would hate to see how they treat their customers that they do go out to.

I stopped in for fuel in a family road trip(from NY). I noticed my van had a funny sound. They heloed me and replaced my water pump and fan clutch for a vary fair price. They also stayed late to get it finished. Cecil told me he wanted to make sure my family got back on the road and that he didnt mind missing dinner to do so. Very nice people, very fair prices. Thank you Cecil, JoAnne and your hard working employees.

I needed a tire, 195/60r14 is my size for my car and he knew I was in a rough spot(I shouldn't have made it obvious ) and I feel that the price for the no-name brand was way to high. I paid 115 before taxes for that tiny tire.

Best Towing and Service Station around. `Certified Wreckmaster 8/9AR Recovery Specialist' /Heavy, Medium, Light towing and Landoll service available. Complete fleet from 55 ton to flatbed rollbacks. No job is to Big or Small for Cecil's!

Stopped for gas around 6pm, walked in and the old guy stoned faced denied me the bathroom key saying they closed at 6pm but they close at 9. I m confused and can only think it was racism.
