John helped me figure out why Bronco wouldn t start. Instead of just selling me a battery he came out in the heat and trouble shot the issue and discovered it was a connection issue. What a genuine act of kindness.

I went get tools to repair a toilet at work. The manager and staff were able to get me the right tools promptly, along with a speedy checkout and receipt. The tools worked perfectly for the repair.

I stopped by this store today for a few items. I want to start with how helpful and friendly the staff was, when I walked in I was immediately greeted by staff and asked if I needed help with anything. The store also looked clean and well kept. I would like to point out there was a guy in the store as well that bought a few buckets of big oils over 6. I was so pleased when I seen the staff member Jamesen( I hope I spelled it correct)help him carry his items to his truck with no problems. Great customer service I will definitely come back to this store!

the service was good but we were stranded in a town for 1 day and our car was in front of the shop the help a little but the next day they were no help nun what so ever but luckily people helped and now we are done but we did not even get to go to the beach like we planned MONEY WAISTED

I shop at this location often and every time I come I'm always pleased with the service. As normal I came in for a few items and also some information, I was greeted upon entering the store and staff that was helping me was nice and patient. I will continue to shop here. I would also like to add the store looked cleaned.

I came in today wanting info on parts that I wasn t to sure on and looking for recommendations on what would be the best choices for me. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jamesen he was very pleasant and patient with me. Good customer service is sometimes hard to find and I was very pleased thank you again Jamesen!

I had already been driving an hour or so from the other side of Fayetteville, NC. Went to hit the wipers to wash my window and the rubber piece came off and was flapping against the window. Stopped here to buy a replacement and felt like I was just in the way from the very beginning. The cashier acted like he didnt wanna help and just gave me the part number to go look for myself. I couldn't find it, was in a hurry as I had to travel another hour or so to New Bern. I went to ask him for help, he did but you could tell he didnt want to. He rung me up and I proceeded to go put the wipers on but the instructions were horrible which isn't the employees fault. But as I was putting it on another employee walked out to his car and got a cigarette. He walked back to the storefront, leaned his back against the wall and propped his foot up against it while he smoked his cigarette and checked his phone. Any good employee would have stopped and asked the customer if they needed any help. Ruby Tuesday in New Bern has been the only place where I said the service was the worst I've ever had but this place here was just terrible even beyond Ruby Tuesday. So to management, please implement a better customer service training because these guys need it and bad. Remember its a reflection on your integrity as a company. Please reply to this.

My serpentine belt broke while driving to the coast pulling my small camper. Luckily I was close to this store and limped into the parking lot. These guys went above and beyond the call of duty and replaced my belt for me even though it was unbearably hot in the parking lot with no shade. They also allowed me to bring my German Shepherd inside while doing the work. Thanks guys, ya'll were awesome!

Very great customer service. Checked my battery, helped me pick the best for my car s make/model, and what was best for my wallet. Very courteous, respectful, and patient.

The experience could have been better considering the bad luck I've had with vehicles the last 16 months. 1st of all I was looking for something to slow down or stop my transmission leak when I asked 1 of there employees for help he proceeded to give me something to put in the motor to stop leaking oil,thank you jesus ,thank you so much jesus. Thank God I didn't just go by his directions or it could have ruined my car. I know PUTTING the wrong kind of transmission fluid in my van a couple months back caused the transmission to go out in my dodge caravan before I could even get out my own driveway. Anyway we all make mistakes and I never claimed to b perfect.

Quick professional service! Stopped here when my battery died just up the road and they told me what tools I needed, got them there and went and replaced my battery in about 5 minutes.

Prentiss F. has the most lousy attitude I've encountered in a while from a store associate anywhere." Yep uh huh that's it " were his only words to me which came at the end of the transaction. It is clear he is only there to get a paycheck. I am a twenty year veteran of the GM parts and service programs and would be ashamed and embarrassed is one of my team members acted this way.

The female manager of this store always parks her vehicle close to the store and uses 2 PARKING SPACES! This is not only inconvenient to customers but also inconsiderate and rude! I WILL NEVER SHOP THIS STORE AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS!!
