First of all they charged me $55 for one used tire that I didn t like the looks of when they brought it out to my car. They were working so quickly to put this terrible tire on my vehicle that I didn t have a chance to get a very good look at it and about 5 miles down the road noticed it felt lose and checked 3 of the 5 lug nuts were lose! Not just lose but about hand tight! They use their pneumatic impact driver to tighten them, which if you know anything about cars is an absolute no no. I trusted them because I bought 3 used ones for my truck and haven t had issues about a year ago. 18 days after I bought the tire I took it off my car and had a look and it s completely dry rotted and the tread is even starting to split to where I can see the steel wire underneath. Thank god I decided to have a look at it before I suffered another blowout. We will see on Monday when I bring the tire back if they get me a new one or reimburse my money and I will think about changing my review. Picture included.

The mechanic slipped the jack on my vehicle and completely snapped my automatic running boards bracket. Then on top of that 4 hours after I purchased tires I am on the side of the road with two completely FLAT tires. Stay away.Update: went to Walmart to have those tires inspected. They found patches inside the tire on the SIDEWALL. Completely illegal.

They are fast and amazing people. The guy even waited for me to get there since I was arriving from out of town and was there 5 minutes after they closed. Amazing service, great people who won t rip you off, and they only took 15 minutes to get it all done.

Got a flat while on a roadtrip and needed two new tires in the quickest time possible. The guys immediately helped us, found the tires we needed and offered new or used. As soon as we picked out the tires they immediately started putting the tires on. Probably spent less than 15 minutes and would highly recommend over any chain tire company.

I go to these guys every time I need a tire, by far best prices around and they ve always had my tires in stock. Never spent more than 10 minutes there either; quick, affordable and no hassle.

Prices are outrageously high compared to anywhere.Bought a used tire there 2 months ago and today almost wrecked after it exploded into pieces. Stupid me went back after having problems with another tire. That's the last of my business there. Don't waste your time and money.

Horrible service! We drive a Mercedes,and we went there they put a wet tire in the trunk then slammed it closed and it has a button to close it which as most people know,can ruin the motor to close the trunk,other than that good prices and quick,Don't think I'll be going back!

HUGE STOCK! Best prices in town. They can hands down order you whatever you need if they don't have it in stock. And quick Service time, in and out all 4 tires sized up swapped out, leak checked in submersion tank, balanced and priced in only 16min! Haha! Thanks guys!

Went up here a few days ago to purchase 2 uses tires for my car, the following day I had a blowout after going over railroad tracks at 30 mph. Checked my pressure on my other tire that I recieved to see that it was at 55 PSI. Returned today to receive no refund, nor no new tire, they don't honor their warranty on the tires after trying to blame it on me after I messed up my rim because of the tire they put on my car. I will not be returning for the simple fact of that they do not honor their warranty, and put the blame on the customer for it.

This place is on top of it. They practically had the tires on my car before I got out of it. Very nice very funny very friendly and they can get any Tire and rims that you need. They're extremely fast and efficient I would recommend going there

Horrible place to go to. They charged me $150 to literally swap tires from one car to another. That s ridiculous. I drive a corvette and honestly I feel like they took advantage of that. Because I look like I have money never again!

We blew a tire on the highway. We made a phone call. In 30 minutes everything was taken care of. This is the best roadside service I have ever received! When we called we were apologized to and told it could be TEN MINUTES! The fact that this shop is so concerned with getting to you instantly is enough of a reason for 5 stars, but the service was also exceptional. The person answering the phone was polite and helpful, and they did their best to save us money by getting us a used tire instead which would have been perfect for our situation. Once we all set they even went out of their way to help us with directions as we are from out of town. I hope you don't need roadside service in the area, but if you do, make sure to call Shorty's! P.s. typing out this review took longer than ot took to get the tire REPLACED. Simply exceptional!

after attempting to call to inquire about a tire with no answer, i received a phone call back from one of the ladies at the shop quoting $65 for a tire. when I got there and the tires were mounted on our truck, one of the guys tried charging us $160 for both the tires when it should ve only been $130. after several minutes of debating with my husband, he ended up replacing the passenger tire with another, stating that the one initially mounted on was an $80 tire. Even if so, The total still should ve been $145 not $160. My husband pulled out his calculator and tried to explain it to the gentleman which then he then told my husband the driver side tire was $75 not $65. The price changed 3 times in a matter of 30 mins. Will go elsewhere next time.

Fast friendly service. They couldn't fix my tire with a patch after trying twice but was able to plug it and did great. They didnt charge me for the two patch attempts and I was very happy with the experience.
