Excellent experience all the way around. Brett was great, everyone was VERY friendly and helpful. Buying a car can be pretty scary, and you never know what you re going to get. They definitely made me feel comfortable and welcome, and I pulled off the lot feeling good about my purchase. Will definitely be back.

Traded a Yukon for a Town & Country. Saw the van on their website and feel in love with the van as soon as I saw it. Very spacious and clean. Brian G and the rest of the guys helped me get top dollar for the trade in. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle that doesn t want to deal with huge dealerships.

If I could give this place one star I would! When we bought the car it was great. We traded in my car and got a new car. We bought the car in December. It s now March and I checked my credit score to find that my old car hadn t been paid off until February! Seriously?! My credit score got hit with a 120 day late payment! When I called and asked them about this they said sorry there is nothing we can do. Are you kidding me? And not only did my score get hit but my moms did too since she was the consigner. On top of all that I m getting letters from the bank saying they haven t received proof of ownership yet from the car I have now because they never sent them the title! So they pretty much had my car for sale on their lot that I technically still owned and I was making payments on a car that I didn t have a title for! When you buy a car from them they charge you a $499 fee to transfer titles and to take care of paperwork but in my eyes they did none of that. What did the $499 go to?! They could have atleast refunded that. This also happened to our friends who also bought a car from them, so it wasn t just an accident . DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!

I have had a great overall experience with Oceanside Auto Sales. When I went out looking for a vehicle last Saturday, Oceanside was the first dealership I thought of, since I drive past it on my way to school every day. Quinn showed me a Volkswagen Jetta that I fell in love with immediately. The buying process was quick and painless -- no haggling involved, which I was extremely thankful for. I know that when I am in the market for another car in the future, my first -- and likely only -- stop will be to Quinn at Oceanside Auto Sales, and I would urge anyone in the area to do the same!

We wont be returning here. My husband bought a GMC Sierra from here about three months ago. The general manager and salesman seemed very nice and accommodating, that is until there were things wrong with the truck. I don't know if it's just how they run things over there or if it was a lazy mechanic, but not all of the things that were written on the "we owe" were done and now we just keep finding even more things wrong with this stupid truck. It's like they never even checked if there was ever anything wrong with the truck before making the sale! They now seem like they only care about the money. We feel like we were conned into buying a money pit and we wish we never bought the dang thing! We really wanted to like this place, we will be needing another new vehicle in a year or two and originally planned on being returning customers with them since they seemed so nice, but they have lost our trust and so much more and we will never be back. Highly dissatisfied with our experience here.

Quin and Brian was wonderful. They helped us get into our first financed vehicle. They kept their word on what they said they would do. They put us in a loaner vehicle until our vehicle was being serviced. I would recommend them to anybody for great service and great people overall.

In July 2017 I purchased a Mercedes E350 from Oceanside in Newport. From the time I drove up it was a great experience. Brian and his team went above and beyond to help me each step of the way. I will purchase from them again. Thanks Oceanside!!!

Great customer service. Unfortunately I know this because, in the first few months after we bought a GMC Sierra, it developed electrical problems that are not uncommon. Had we been told before we bought it, we wouldn't have. Since then, there have been other problems costing over $1500. Time to cut and run so we're looking into trading this pretty piece of cr-p in, probably at a substantial financial loss.

I wouldn't even give them a star but you have to so you can write a review. Very overpriced!!! Will tell you lies to get you to leave them alone. Will not return phone calls. Made promises but never held true to them. Plenty of other dealerships out there. Plus there's always Craigslist. Better deals than you could think of.

I bought my car from oceansides sister lot in January of this year upon purchasing I found multiple problems with the vehicle they promised to be mechanically sound and i fought with them for roughly 3 weeks to fix the issues. finally i get a call from Bryan one of the owners and he promised to fix all the issues wrong with the vehicle. So i brought it in shortly after our phone conversation� and he said they'd take care of ALL the issues with the jeep. I finally got my car back after it being in possession of Oceanside service dept for 3 plus months after being told several times the vehicle was fixed and each time I went to pick it up problems arose or nothing had changed so finally I came to pick the vehicle up and immediately more problems. I don't understand how the vehicle has been repaired but some of the issues came back and were worse. And now to top it off i am being ignored from the owner instead of trying to resolve the issue. Needless to say This has absolutely been the worst experience of ever buying a vehicle. Please learn from my mistake and save yourselves the headache of buying from this place. I would give it negative stars if I could!!!

Hard to get your junk fixed promptly. Even if you are stupid enough to purchase a $16,000.00 car out right. Warning, Don't deal with David at their other lot Bogue Auto on HWY 24. He will give you all kind of lies. I wouldn't let my worst enemy deal with Bogue Auto, because of David, my car, 4 months later has the same major issue that David has given me the run around about repairing!

They told me that the car I purchased was only driven a few times and was almost brand new. Took it to get looked at, over 20,000 dollars in damage to the whole car. It had been wrecked before, which we weren't told, the engine is only holding on to the car because the passengers side panel is the only thing holding it up. Drivers side is destroyed. Transmission pan dented, and many other problems. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Working with Oceanside was so refreshing. From the moment I contacted them, it was nothing but great service. Everyone on staff was so nice and I didn t not feel pushed to purchase at all. They gave me a great deal on my trade in that I couldn t have refused.

I wanted to say big thanks to the new Internet sales manager Marshall Heckman for helping me find the car that had everything I was looking for. I went to multiple car dealership and all tried to put me in something I couldn't even afford but with Marshall it seemed like he was more focused on what I wanted in a car. So, with that I say thank you mr. Marshall at oceanside autos for my 2012 dodge avenger and I hope to have future business with you all.

The staff was amazing very friendly and worked with me. I was very picky since it was my first car purchase but they were patient with me and worked with me. I definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Tried to sale a truck to me that wasn't road worthy. When I looked underneath i found massive amounts of rust and holes in the frame. They said it hasn't ever left nc but was only 4 years old in that condition
