Very professional and polite Staff, Two friendly office dogs hard at work welcoming customers as they come and go. Reasonable price point and fast service. My vehicle and personal items inside were treated with care. Great customer service when setting up the appoint. You won t be disappointed with their work.

Great experience from start to finish. Called late Monday evening and was able to get an appointment the following day. Jane was very courteous and informative. No wait time, everything was done in the allotted time. They even made the effort to save my inspection sticker on my windshield (from out of state) highly recommend!!

Jane at Glass Doctor is great. When my windshield needed replacing, I called around to several shops. Everyone I spoke to was nice, but Jane was above-and-beyond responsive and helpful. She even answered my specific questions via text when I was too busy to talk on the phone. Out of all the shops I called, I could tell Jane was knowledgeable and wanted my business. I had an appointment and the installer started the work right when I arrived. He was done in 30 mins. Jane handled all the paperwork with insurance and the replacement only cost me my $100 deductible. You don't get customer service like this very often these days. Overall a great experience.

I reached out via their website on Friday and by the end of the day had an appointment for first thing Monday morning. They replaced my windshield and completed all of the recalibrations in just an hour. Great service. Nice office area inside to sit. My daughter (3) was over the moon to get to play with the dogs and Jane was so pleasant and understanding. 100% recommend this place if you re needing glass repair or replacement.

We received excellent service at Glass Doctor of Morehead City. The customer service was top notch, accommodating, friendly and professional. We were promised it would take 1.5 hours to replace our windshield and it was done exactly on time. We would highly recommend their services for a windshield replacement and would use them again.

From the time I filled out the online inquiry, it was less than a few hours before receiving a response by text message and phone call. Setting the appointment was easy, the estimate was fast and the email communication was timely. The person scheduled called when he was on his way and showed up on time. The windshield was replaced in an hour and I was given clear instructions on how to take care of it. All interactions were very professional. I would highly recommend this company!!

Everyone from the owner to the techs were extremely friendly and helpful. It was obvious they wanted to be sure I was happy with the quality of work. After my inability to get in touch with anyone related to SafeLite, I randomly called this business and was told to bring my vehicle in so a technician could take a look at my damaged windshield. It was fixed and I was on my way in roughly twenty minutes. I would strongly recommend this business to anyone dealing with any form of windshield related issue.

I went here to get my windshield fixed. Easy scheduling an appointment and setting up my insurance over the phone. It only took them an hour to calibrate and install my new windshield. Jane was an amazing help, I highly recommend you go here.

From the moment I had the crack in my windshield, I found this company through Google, submitted a request online, I got a call & an email with a quote the next day. The Glass Doctor works fast. From day one, very professional & friendly. Now, my windshield is as good as when I bought the car. Ms. Jane walked me through the whole process with my insurance and everything. God forbid anything happens with my glass again, but if it does... I choose the Glass Doctor!

I contacted Glass doctor about replacing a large bay window that had lost it's seal and developed moisture inside. They gave me a very fair estimate and then ordered the glass. It arrived about a week later and they scheduled an install appointment. They installed the glass today and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you John and Robert for your professionalism and excellent work. I would highly recommend Glass Doctor for all of your glass needs.

Ms Jane was very kind and understanding and had my window fixed the very next day for a much better price than SafeLite. Very professional staff and experienced, windshield looks better than when I bought the car.

Everyone there was vary polite and helpful. They did not mind giving advice as to how to get a good install (I installed my own windsheild on my 70 Monte Carlo). I hope they stay in business for a very long time. Thank You every one there! I will be back I have more cars......

I was in need of a window replaced from a break-in and Glass Doctor was very accommodating. They not only gave me a great deal, but replaced it at my job in less than an hour. BILLY was AMAZING! Kate stayed in touch throughout the process and Jane was so sweet finishing out the transaction. I'm so glad I went with this company. Will recommend them 100%!

The service was perfect ! We were dealing with a family emergency and they got us a new windshield within the morning of the next day. And ordered the glass even if we weren t going to go. Very sweet place with some pretty little puppies at the store to wait. Highly recommend!!

They responded fast. Came out the next day bright and early to take their measurements and we re back within hours to replace the glass in my door! They had to drive 45 minutes each way but they got the job done promptly when Noah s glass failed in every professional way. Thank you Glass Doctor!

Covid has all but destroyed customer service in this country. You see it everywhere you do business.Jane at the Glass Doctor was an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the start I could tell she wanted my business. Outstanding communication and real salesmanship. So refreshing these days. Replaced the windshield in our Bronco. On schedule and at the price quoted. Highly recommend.

Had a chip in my windshield. Got a response and repair in the same day! They are a preferred vendor with Geico so I didn't even have to pay out of pocket! Jane was friendly and knowledgeable. The tech was impressive, in more ways than one! I can't even tell where the repair is! Can't say enough great things about these folks!

After being denied at other places the glass doctor took my vehicle in and was able to replace my windshield. He even came in on Saturday when they re usually closed to have it replaced. He was done in less than an hour as well. The workers are very nice also, would definitely come to them again for anything.

Great customer service! Lady up front was so sweet and helpful. She made sure my insurance had all the necessary information while I was in the office.
