This company was next in rotation when I was in a wreck. Next day I wanted to see the truck. Said he was on his way made me and my wife wait over an hour. Fast forward several days and GEICO sends email saying another tow company is on their way to get my truck towed to begin being fixed. This email is from 9:59 AM. I called that other company and they said this company is making them wait what seems to be all day too.Unprofessional doesn t do this place justice.Beware of this place as it seems off

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This tow company was assigned to me with AAA. Gary never said anything to us about the truck when he got there. He hooked it up and left. 30 minutes into the tow he texted me that it would be $295 due to a lift being on the truck. Let s put it out there that it s not a lift it s a 1 inch leveling kit. A difference to them both. Whatever I call AAA because I ve never had that said to me before. They called the tow company and of course with AAA being unable to physically be there they take their word. Again whatever, he already had the truck and driving so what am I gonna do? I agree to the $295 because I need it done. They took the card info over the phone since I wouldn t be home when the truck would be dropped off and charged me. BUT WAIT THERES MORE! Gary proceeds to continue texting me arguing and also told me since I called AAA I now have to pay a total of $695!!! A $400 price jump! Like what?? How does that even make sense. And that s what I told him and he accused me because of not planning to pay and threatening to impound the truck. So I call AAA again and tell him I m calling them again. Once I did that, he starts backing up what he said and settles with the $295 and drops the truck off. So they re big time scammers. Trying to get cash money or double dip with AAA and get my money.

Never use them they where hired by my insurance company and never showed up. They never responded to my insurance company when they called either. Worst people to ever work with I rather drink toilet water then deal with theses stupid people.

Cherry point towing moved my small shed for a move. Shed made it intact and they were very friendly and efficient. They treated that shed like it was theirs and I appreciate it!

Mr. Cherrypoint Towing. I found this person wandering on 9 Mile Rd. I fed him a pretty good size and put Netflix on for him. Cherry Point Towing, cherry point Towing no more fish tank, please. No!! More fish tanks.

Called triple A and driver tried to charge me out of pocket. I told him it has been towed 3 times by AAA and he got mad and left. Very poor attitude and I am guessing he just wanted some cash in his pocket. Waiting on a REAL driver to show up and do what I pay AAA for. I would give 0 starts if I could. These people are crooks trying to collect as much money as they can by withholding my vehicle. Both me, my husband, and the repair shop have contacted this business multiple times for 5 days asking them to tow my car to the shop to have it repaired. Each time they say they will and don t do it. I m having to contact law enforcement and my insurance company to try and fight them and figure out how to get my car back and off their lot. They are also dodging calls from the repair shop. Don t do business with these people, they are dishonest crooks!Service: Special vehicle towing

Please be cautious if you need assistance. Glen, the owner, has no problem in attempting to aquire equipment needed to do the job from his employees that are contracted. If he is willing to steal from a former contracted employee he just might do it to a customer. Thank you to the Carteret County Sheriff department in assisting me with getting our tools back.

Spoke with Gary at the office of Cherry Point Towing when I was informed by my brother that my handle to my driver s door was in the hand his assistant Tyler who towed my car. Gary immediately told me he was aware of the handle b/c they take pictures but they were not responsible. Because the doors are not used in the towing process. I m no genius but the door has to be opened and closed more than once. He tried to degrade my car because it s an older model and said he didn t care and would not email the pictures that were taken. Do I think they are totally responsible no - but his attitude and complete denial is disturbing. Will I used them again? Nope. It s a shame that you pay for this type of service. Estimated time of arrival was between 90-120 minutes. After 240 minutes they canceled. They never answered a single phone call.

I respect getting to where you need to go fast however, Swerving down Burgaw hwy into oncoming traffic and riding peoples bumpers THE ENTIRE WAY DOWN to jacksonville at 80+ mph is extremely dangerous and not how you get there safely for her sake and others! The female driving needs a refresher; god forbid she was carrying something

Not 100% yet, will give update Friday when I get my camper back that was towed!? Called and gentleman was polite and seemed to be willing to help work with me on cost!

I would not ever use this tow company. They are rude, they have no customer care. When you call them out on why they didn't call and tell you they wasn't coming. They will just hang up on you.
